Tucked between Rancho Drive and the 95, Michael Way encompasses a number of prime suburban hotspots, all of them just six miles from the famous Las Vegas Strip. The area is classic Vegas with its towering palm trees, succulent gardens, and stucco homes. Three parks and the Las Vegas Golf Club round out Michael Way’s green space access, making for plenty of recreational escape from the desert landscape.

Chain restaurants and well-known retailers cater to most needs, but with the Strip so close there’s more unique fare and shopping to experience in just a matter of minutes. Domestic travelers will get plenty of use out of the North Las Vegas Airport that sits just across the 95, and those who commute for work by car are right next to the 15 and 95 junction.

Renters Beware

Notice how this ad says nothing about being a gated community because the gates are broken and open more than they are closed. This place is not safe at all. There is no on-site security.They have a courtesy patrol that comes through at night with flashing lights.The thieves literally just duck down and wait for them to drive by. Trash is everywhere for days after the garbage truck comes.The dumpster enclosures are absolutely disgusting. The Fees are ridiculous. You pay for trash and you also pay for someone to collect trash from your front porch.You are literally paying $50 a month for garbage. The fee bill has charges on it like community electric. They leave all the lights and tvs on in the gym all night even though it's not open 24 hours.There are fans on around the pool that never get shut off even in the winter.They're not trying to save you any money by turning things off. The new Management company will not answer or address concerns.Look at the reviews of the company ,it's all the same complaints no matter what city they're in. This place has taken a turn for the worse and they are lowering all the prices now.The people who have lived here are paying way more than new people moving in . If you ok with leaving for work not knowing if your apartment will be broken into or if you go to bed not knowing if your car window will be smashed and your ignition destroyed then this is the place for you. You also must be good with the smell of marijuana because everyone just walks around smoking it comes through the bathroom wall and stinks up your apartment. Hopefully I can help someone not make the same mistake of moving here.

Worst Place to live

The people in the area break into your cars. Maintenance never fixes anything correctly. Office managers are always rude & unprofessional.

Security Issue _ don't recommend

There have been numerous burglary attempts within the six months since I moved in. There was an attempted break-in, and unfortunately, my car was stolen this weekend. The main gate has been broken for over a month, and despite numerous security issues within the community, they're unwilling to release the lease. Given these security concerns, I would strongly advise against choosing this place. Please consider other options.

Location

Conveniently located near freeways, shopping and restaurants. The office staff and maintenance are great, my neighbors are friendly. I feel safe in my home and that is what I was looking for myself and family. Definitely recommend

Love my home

Las Vegas Gem!

I have to say this community is so elegant and homie!! I just moved here from LA and so happy that I found it. The management is so very welcoming and make you feel like home. They even have a doggie park!! Pets are welcome and there is only small fee that added to your rent. I love the landscape here. This place is definitely a city gem and I do yes recommend it to anyone

Thankful

I love it here!!! Customer Service in itself is a chore because you never know what kind of day the other is having. I find it pleasant no matter how busy, how cluttered, how many times out office staff had to moves due to the to renovations to our facility. The ladies did it with a smile. And maintenance worked endlessly to complete it. Sometimes that's all it takes to change someone's day. Thanks for that. Also the new community blogs, advance notifications when maintenance will be entering. Omg and A GREAT NEW SIGN, SECURITY Company, upgrades in most units. The occupied ones want the new blinds and extras too.. HINT HINT!!!! Thanks

Honest review

I just moved in on the 17th and so far I love it !!! I love that it has a doggie park, 2 pools and a gym !!! ??...There was two small things that needed to get fixed so I went online and entered a work order and in less than 24 hrs it got fixed.The staff has been really nice and helpful since the day I came in to get information about leasing.

Perfect

I was looking for about 4 months for the perfect apartment. I was about to give up when I came across these.. I fell in love at first sight and to top it off the staff was amazing.. May me feel at home since the beginning.

Apartments not worth the price

Apartments are thrown together. The old apartment owners were great Dayrise is the worst property management company. Maintenance has to fix the same problem multiple times, constant change of office managers, the gate is always broken, loud music late at night, people have gotten cars stolen because of the broken gates, it use to be a nice and quiet place to live now it’s an overpriced hood. STAY AWAY!!!!

Don't rent here. Bad neighborhood and rent hikes. Plus two pools you can't even swim in.

Ever since the company Dayrise Residential took over management, they have: Hiked our rent considerably, closed both pools for the past month and a half in the middle of the hottest season, your property is not safe considering the gate is always wide open and people will steal your stuff if it's on your patio, the new management have bad attitudes. Just don't even bother.

Dont Move Here !!!

Don't ever move here !!!!!! My apartment was broken into on New Years Eve although my apartment is directly in front of the maintenance repair shop. Someone who worked there obviously knew my work schedule and plotted to break in and steal. I reported the crime to the police and complex. They have cameras around the complex but they stated they did not work. My door was kicked in on Jan 01.2017 and they did not repair the door until 01.13.17. I later experienced a flood due to up stair neighbor washing machine breaking. I called the emergency maintenance repeatedly throughout the night and none ever came until the next day. I had to miss work to put my home in order and get everything dry. When the complex finally sent someone weeks later to fix the walls. By fix the walls the placed fans around the unit and painted over them. The paint company they used did properly cover my belongings and furniture and paint and paint dust got on personal property. When I told the complex about it they said "Oh it like dust just wipe out it off." Today I received disposition of how much of my deposit i will be receiving and they are clamming there were grease stain in my carpet although the only carpeted areas were the two bedrooms which were completely flooded. When they came to repair the carpet all the did was pull it up and place fans around the apartment although water had penetrated through the walls and floors and electrical outlets and lights. They also state now that I have a balance from the time I moved in for their apartment utilities but that is paid every month when rent is due. I lived other places where they've charged theses utilities and NEVER have I paid the first month and last month I live at the property towards the end of the lease !!!!!!!! The absolute worse renting experience in my entire life

Probably not renewing

I lived in the apartment complex a few years prior and I loved it the staff was friendly and maintenance was always timely. This second time around I am severely disappointed. Even though a number of upgrades have been done to the pools they are almost never clean. I've gone to swim twice and the pools always have some type of debris in them. We called maintenance two times to check our AC unit due to it constantly running. The first time the maintenance guy just looked at it and left. The second time someone actually took the time to check the thermostat, the filter and the AC unit. We recently found a scorpion in the apartment and were told that nothing could be done until Monday. If it were any other type of insect I would totally understand but this is a potential harmful one and they don't want to do anything about it. There have been a few pet owners that allow their dogs to walk freely around the complex without a lease and after a few complaints still nothing has been done. After my lease is up I do not plan on renewing. I was excited to move back to this complex but I've been nothing but sorely disappointed since moving back in.

Worst run apartment complex ever

I have never been treated so terribly as a renter. The mandatory fees and price increases since Vintage Pointe took over have gotten crazy. Way, way, way overpriced for a crime ridden area that won't respond to maintenance emergencies. My apartment window was smashed open by a burglar and my call to the emergency maintenance office was IGNORED! I had to hire someone myself to get it boarded up. Days later I came home to find the boards dumped on the ground and broken glass scattered around. There are dozens of other major issues I have had here. Like when my AC was broken for months, multiple lights were broken for months, security patrols were cancelled and crime jumped up, and many more problems. Save yourself a lot of trouble and money by renting anywhere else.

Lovin it!

Staff here is wonderful! Love the ladies up front. Maintenance is a bit slow but with over 300 apartments, it's understandable. Rent includes cable (not wifi). That limits you to Cox but at the same time reduces the hassle of having to look for a cable provider. The neighborhood is about 15min away from everything which is wonderful. This area is no Summerlin, however, the price is right. Enjoying my time here so far.

Camden Vintage

Apartments are nice sized, one problem with the entrance is that we couldn't fit out couch into the door because entrance was not wide enough. And we got broken into at new years eve. Staff is friendly and they just updated the pool

The most wonderful place to live

I love living here. The staff is so very friendly and helpful. The complex is right on the busline which .makes it easy to get around town. We have several grocery stores nearby, and some restaurants to. This place is very cool. The apartments are very nice and have a fireplace, washer, dryer, cable television, two pools, fitness center and a bunch of other stuff.

Love my apartments

The apartments are beautiful for great prices. The staff and maintenance are extremely friendly and they understand when times are tough. They make you feel like part of their family. The reason why we choose these were because we were looking for an apartment that excepted big dogs and they have a no weight limit so our dog was able to come with us. It's a fantastic place.

Lovely to Look at, Delightful to Hold but...

The grounds are mature and lovely with lots of beautiful trees and birds singing their little hearts out. I would have stayed for years if they hadn't kept raising the rent. They had the office completely remodeled...up went the rents to the tune of $145.00 a month but they won't give me new carpeting. Moving out in a week. Change your apartment...change your life!
