Nasty Vintage Apartments, infested with bed bugs, I have to throw my new sofa do to bed bugs infestation. rats all over the complex and in the kitchen, lost allot food in pantry, rats were bitting my food. The rats making hole truth the walls, is embarrassing, my friend visited me and rat was running we star screaming and is sad to say it but if you leave here you leave with rats, and allot roaches everywhere and water in sink most of time Yellow really dirty, I'm just waiting for my lease finish to move out, and star all over.
Son una porquería estos departamentos no les recomiendo el personal unos inútiles por eso me fui de allí xk son buenos para cobrar la renta y para arreglar las cosas no no renten aquí se los digo por experiencia y la luz casi viene de $200
The apartments are beautiful, but there are no maintenance they never came fix a few things in my apartments and the bill are very expensive.
Place is a nightmare now, do not feel safe. ALL pools are green, no sparkling pool for the kiddos this summer so far. People out smoking weed and drinking with loud music every weekend. People throwing barbecues with drinking and music on their front porch. On top of this NO SECURITY! They say there is a weight limit on dogs, I have seen many tenants with huge dogs taking a crap and walking off. ONLY good thing is the apartments are spacious but the price is not worth the surroundings.
New owner. Gate has been open for over a week . Haven't fixed it yet. No gate attendant/security at night. They fired all maintenance men but Onyx. He's the head of maintenance. And Onyx is great. He can fix anything. But 1 man can't maintain 300 plus apartments... They also fired all office staff. Brought in new people.... There was a drunk sitting outside my front door on Sunday... A homeless... Just wandering around because they have no nighttime security and leave the gate open all day long... I been here 5 years because it was a nice safe place to live... But now I'm not so sure...

Cheap rent, 3 pools, playground, covered parking, plenty of visitor parking and close to freeways what more do you need.
We love our carefree life in our apt. No worries about repairs, lawn care or pool care. Just enjoy,enjoy,enjoy!
