I am always satisfied with villas at sunrise mountain service and treatment. They are very amazing and always treat you with respect and professional. They also provide free ice cream, cookies candy and mostly every holiday they have free events and food. They always answer the phone and are right away to help you out.

I didn't have as many issues in my first unit 1060. But in 2055 I've had a ton of issues with appliances/work orders. Parking is obviously scarce as well. Overall it's a good place for young adults/couples.

Good community away from busy intersections. The community is in an actual residential area. Plenty of close by schools and churches. Close enough to shopping and neighborhood casinos and bigger hotel and casinos. Nice community park that residents can walk to and a close by community recreational center. Staff is pleasant and tends to matters concerning residents and property concerns. Maintenance crew are pleasant and complete work orders in a timely matter. Property is maintained well but some areas that have kids tend to be on the messy side. Good community all in all away from the hustle and bustle of a tourist city.

It’s a very nice area They care for their residents I have not had any problems when I had a concern they listened and fixed it !! My neighbors are friendly and always a greeting between each of us ! I’m a recent widow never thoight I would have to live in a apartment but I’m glad I was able to get a apartment here

We live in an imperfect world so of course nothing and no one is perfect. But I can say I was satisfied and content living here at Villas at Sunrise. I will be moving out soon but due to other reasons. I’m very sad to be leaving. The maintenance team was always so quick to help and very kind and professional. No problems myself and I’m sad to be leaving. Great community and love our neighbors.

It’s not worth the money at all. It was a year ago but I’m leaving. To much vandalism and theft. I moved for gates and security and I don’t have either. Pool closed 24/7 mail room vandolized gates smashed every 2 weeks then no gate for 2 months only to fixed for a day or 2. I’ve had my gas tank drilled here my window smashed to much stolen from my truck then I can count. Sometimes useless stuff. I moved here for my wife to feel safe. Well I don’t feel safe enough here so I don’t need to ask how she feels. Staff is amazing though I know there hands are tied!!!

My wife and I are happy with our apartment, it's location, the staff and the amenities/features, even if we don't use them much. Knowing they're there is a positive. The apartment is roomy, well laid-out and comfortable to our needs. I want to harken back to the staff - they are exceptional, and always willing to lend a hand. We are so impressed by Villas at SRM, so much better than we'd feared, moving from a house to an apartment, and from a four bedroom to a two bedroom. Amazing what you can do with a Villas apartment. The leasing process was very easy. Any questions I had were answered immediately. The staff in the office are friendly and I really like the open floor-plan of the apartment. Any issues I had in the apartment have been addressed immediately with friendly, knowledgeable individuals.

maintenance people here are so fast at fixing problems, other apartments I have lived in maintenance people took 4 to 7 days to fix the problems

We'd been looking all over the Valley for an apartment, and it seemed like the management teams were not really interested in helping us successfully apply. But when we found Villas, that changed. People seem friendly. Children in the area play nicely together and go indoors at night. No loud music heard in complex.

Villas at Sunrise Mountain is still one of the last few apartment communities in the East Las Vegas valley that is relatively peaceful and safe. I've lived here for over 10 years and hope to remain...unless the neighborhood crime worsens.

Need security, area doesn’t seem rough but things happens to vehicles in the community. Security gate is not secure or consistent. Pet policy seem to vary from renter to renter. Walls/flooring are thin especially if you have kids above you!

The property is a great location away from the congestion of busy intersections or businesses. It’s a great location for residents who have school age children with there being all grades of schools nearby. The rates are reasonable

The front office is professional and maintence is very professional both parties would help with any issue's that needd to be address. Been living on here 7 years with no problems. It is quiet area.
the grounds crew does good at keeping the parking lots clean, of they also make the grass and trees look great

I have been here for 15 years and I don't think I have ever had a problem with the Maintenance staff. I do think the current staff is one of the better I have seen.

I have lived at the Villas at Sunrise Mountain for 4 years now and it has been a great experience. Maintenance team is amazing. Each member of the maintenance staff is kind, curtious, professional, and they do pretty quick and efficient work. The office staff is great for the most part. The complex is pretty safe and quiet which works for me.
