Property Ratings at Northwood Heights Apartments
Moved here about 2 months ago. Kept messing with our move in date, they switched apartments on us last minute. Roaches. Pay 25 a month for valet trash, yet there is NO valet trash. I don’t mind not having it, but I’m paying for it. And they will not take it off. Where is the money even going? A/C unit barely does anything. Staff doesn’t know anything. Puts on a good front, but you don’t want to live here.

We had rain water leaks in our apartment since the month we moved in. They have not fixed it even after a year later. I’m sure there’s mold.

I have pass by this property on my way to work there landscape is always beautiful . I was in the look for a new apartment and stopped in on a Saturday, which was very convenient due to the fact that not many properties are open on the weekends. Victoria was very help full and walked me through the property and into the model unit which was very clean and spacious.

The apartment is near stores like Walmart, Kroger and the dollar store. And there is a lot of restaurants around. The area is near schools as well. The apartment itself is not bad

Everything is close to this comm. The parking is great here. The only thing I have to complain in is the laundry room. They could use a touch up clean but besides that i am love it here.

the staff are nice and professional... I was there a couple of weeks ago and I was shown the model it was very pretty and the lady i believe her name is magy was so nice, the only bummer is they don't have a 3 bedroom :( Im guessing once you move in you don't come out lol
This is a pretty decent place. They have activities in the office sometimes and I find that very social which I like about this place.

I am a student at UTD and i have to say these are just great apartments. I don't own a car so it just makes everything convenient for me! We have WALMART right next to us. What more do we need lol well just came here to give these guys a good review... they deserve it.

I have lived at the "Villas" for many years. I have seen many come/go and the office staff that we now have is very friendly, helpful. Very good about sending maintenance right away. The complex is close to just about anything you could want/need. I would give a "thumbs up" to anyone considering moving in.!
