Villas at Bunker Hill Apartments

People here are very welcoming and supportive but the apartment itself could use some improvements. We’ve noticed some trims from the bottom walls it seems like the apartment got soaked or something happened that the trims looks expanded. Litzy is the only office staff that has been helpful and supportive.

I’ve lived here for about a year and a half now. The staff members are super responsive, supportive, and available. I feel safe walking around the area and the amenities are very accessible. The only thing I’d like updated are cameras. It seems that there are a ton of issues in the garages (stollen cars, tires, etc) and finding a solution to this would make all the difference.

Recently had a maintenance issue, it was taken care of quickly. There was also a small issue before the work could be completed but the staff was able to communicate to me quickly so it could be resolved. The communication from the staff is great and the maintenance staff was quick and courteous.

Everything is still going rather well, hope they continue this way. Few more changes could be done but nothing that is making my time here an unpleasant one

Location is pretty good but my car for stolen from the parking garage and the management doesn't do any kind of activities or incentives, which sucks. I do like that the tickets are always taken into account

Highest rent increase since I moved in 4 years ago, yet the amenities keep decreasing. The grounds are not kept up. The main pool's nighttime light has been out for close to a year, if not longer. Half of the fountains and other lights don't work/aren't on. They don't enforce pool rules and people go in after 10pm, even though it should be locked. The pool ragers with loud music have started again with the warm weather. There is no way to get ahold of onsite security, so you're at the mercy of people at the pool blasting music until they decide to go home (home not being this complex - most of them don't even live here). Staff doesn't respond to emails anymore. The best part of this complex is maintenance, however. They are absolutely amazing.

Cannot wait for my lease to be over. People from the office, unsure if he’s the assistant manager, but very rude, low professional attitude. Do not recommend, is all good at the beginning but it doesn’t stay like that. It’s always dirty everywhere you go! Definitely not renewing my lease here!

Love this community, Everyone here is so nice! The Amazon lockers are so convenient and the leasing office staff is helpful. We’re looking forward to summer time so we can use the pool (:

Love my time here so far. From my apartment, to the community to the amenities. Everything has been so great since moving in so would definitely recommend to a friend.

I LOVE living at the Villas of Bunker Hill! The office staff is wonderful, and maintenance has responded to my requests quickly. One small improvement would be to keep the hallway floors on the first floor clean. Rules should be enforced for the tenants to keep the area near their front doors tidy.

Everything is great! Every process has been smooth and the communication is fantastic. Cannot wait for yet another yer in this community. This will be my third.

Very quiet complex and a lot of very nice people. The staff has been great to us so far, and the apartment itself is huge. We had a few minor maintenance issues, but the maintenance staff was wonderful.

Great community to live in. Everyone is friendly and feels safe. Lots of ample room to park in. Facility is always clean. Plus a cute little dog park.

The biggest advantage of this apartment is that it's just a few minutes walk from multiple large establishments (Costco, HEB, Best Buy, PetSmart, Lowe's, and more).

Even though The apartment is well located, my car got stolen inside Of the parking garage. Everything it’s almost always clean, and the staff is very friendly most of the time

I have no complaints about these apartments, I have been living here for over a year and the experience has been very good, when I have had problems they have solved them quickly and the neighbors are friendly and respectful.

Space is accommodating and the pool area is very beautiful. Neighbors and community are very nice. The office has been very helpful for any need. This has been a great living experience.

Everything is good and clean. I don’t have any cash about nothing, the staff member always is nice and kind, nothing can be better thanks for everything

Everything has been great so far. I had issues with my AC and put in a request and it was taken care of within 24 hours and no issues or problems. I can’t wait for it to warm up to utilize the pool!

Everyone here is so nice and polite, the property is exactly what we wanted. Couldn’t be happier ! The leasing office is super helpful with our move in and made as easy as possible!

Quiet place to stay. The hallways do need a cleaning. Parking is fine, guest parking on the 5th floor is a great idea. Gym is ok. Pool areas are nice.

I just love living here, it is so clean and quiet. It really feels like home :) My neighbors are so friendly, there is always parking, the gate WORKS. That is huge nowadays! I've been here a month and have only had one issue with maintenance that was repaired within 24 hours of my notice. 10/10 experience, I highly recommend.

I am in love with this complex and my apartment. I've already met my awesome neighbor (who greeted me with cheesecake), and all the staff have been so gracious. I feel like I've leveled up.

Everything was very smooth during my move in. During the tour was very informative and the complex is absolutely beautiful. The apartment is beautiful and my cats and I are very happy.

Everything is amazing but it could be a bit cleaner! The people is really nice and they are always ready to fix a problem. I would love for the grass to be cleaner, there always dog poop everywhere, even in the parking garage

We’ve been a little over a year now and definitely decided to renew lease. We love the community and the many shopping/eating opportunities in our area. Very quiet and chill apartment. We have no complaints and looking forward to the upcoming year.

We are so happy we moved back to this apartment complex. The staff is wonderful and super helpful. People that live here are super respectful and abide by the rules making it a fantastic place to live. I highly recommend living here!!!

My experience being here for the past week has been very pleasant. My kids have been very comfortable and happy with the new environment. Very safe, clean, and inviting.

Beautiful interior apartment, very involved and kind staff, great parking, and amazing amenities. So far the best place I’ve stayed in the past couple of years.

I have ived her for one year and just renewed my lease for another 13 months for many reasons. The first reason is the location - so close to highways, the mall, other stores, and many restaurants. The second reason is that I do enjoy living here. My neighbors are friendly and I feel safe living in this community. The third reason I renewed my lease is because I work from home during the day and it is usually very quiet for me to do my work. Finally, the maintenance team is amazing - they are prompt and friendly. I do hope that a few things will change, like the communication from staff and perhaps a few community events That being said, I thiink this is a great place to live.

Roaches in my apartment. Rats in the garage due to trash everywhere. The actual floor plan and location are great. If they upkeep with pest it would be perfect. To be fair they have been treating the problem but it still isn’t gone.

We love our new apartment, and the staff has been very kind, always striving to give us the best experience as residents. We especially want to thank Litzy, who has been attentive to all our feedback.

There are unfortunately many lights out in the front area. Walking your dog at night is a little unsafe The apartments are spacious. The pool areas are great. The amenities are wonderful. There’s little to no noise.

Clean, quiet, and has everything you might need. The neighborhood is very nice and has everything close by. The office is helpful of you need anything and requesting help is sleek and fast.

We are entering our fifth year here and love it! We love our apartment and the staff is so kind and helpful! Anything we need is taken care of right away. The maintenance staff is friendly and hard working.

Everything is very good, but there are a few things that could be improved, such as security and privacy, there are many people who do not live in the building and simply come to the pool and have huge parties until midnight, also the rules should apply to all residents and the office staff should be more friendly.

Lots of parking issues, cars getting hit on the street, cars getting broken into and stolen on the parking garage. We had a security guard but it was useless because he just sits at the front gate instead of patrolling the parking garage at night.

So far everything has been incredibly easy! We applied and were approved in the same week and were able to move in the following weekend thanks to the incredibly helpful staff

I like my apartment very much and it met all my expectations. The only thing I wish there could be is cameras in the parking lot to curb theft and speed bumps for pedestrians.

Great services provided, 100 % recommended for anyone tbh. Very clean and maintained. Views are awesome as well and neighbors are nice. Very quiet and friendly place.

I would give it a 5, but we’ve had some maintenance issues. Although we don’t submit requests often, the last few were closed out before anyone came to fix the issue and I had to call the office to get it corrected. Other than that, we enjoy living here.
