This place is horrible. I will never recommend anyone here. The bugs are outrageous and have been since I moved in. Maintenance never follows up with the request and closes the cases without even attempting to complete. I have had to call the police multiple times due to the neighbors loud noises all hours of the night. When I moved in, I had to sign documentation that I would not disturb my neighbors. Not sure why they didn’t get the same documentation.

Villages is a great community. I have had no issues. Management is great and helpful. Maintenance comes quickly. Units are nice sized.

Beautiful and spacious, but expensive. Walls and floor is thin, so good neighbors is a must. Be mindful there are no extended options when rent is due. Billing fees have been added such as small fee of electricity, monthly fee of xfinity internet and service fee for LUXOR. To my knowledge these fees are mandatory like $25 trash pickup service. Every apartment has it's flaws, but I can say, they are preparing me financially for my own home.

It is a very quiet community which is great only thing is the parking is terrible still have to pay 15 dollar fee which is ridiculous because it’s not even assigned parking much less at night you can’t even get a parking spot close enough to your unit. I like the unit I have but they should clean the outside more periodically there’s cobwebs all over the doors, I have a wasp nest growing in my balcony, and there’s roaches coming out of the drains. I keep my unit clean as possible because having roaches is disgusting but there’s always on random times they come out of the drains. More likely not going to renew my lease because of the parking situation if I’m being honest and roaches that come out from the drains.

No problem except for maintenance crew not fixing my ac for a week straight, telling me 3x that it worked fine when it didn't and telling me they planned to come back and complete the job that night yet didnt show up til the next morning after i had to spend another night in the heat with my 1 year old baby and dogs suffering. It did get cooler after his THIRD visit when he finally added frion, meaning it no longer gets up to 80 degrees, but it won't go below 74.
Villages of Cypress Creek is a great place to live. Very peaceful and quiet. Good value and proximity to restaurants and shopping.
Car broken into twice tools stolen. My neighbors car was broken into once. Ive seen 2 cars with no tires that were stolen at night recently. I’m almost ready to buy a house.

The unit that I received was very clean and spacious it might be outdated but for the amount I’m paying seems reasonable. The staff was very helpful and knowledgeable. The only thing to consider would be parking when shopping for units this complex has VERY limited parking spots and you still have to pay a fee which I’m questioning that.

This place is very dirty, very expensive, is not far that I have to wait for 2 weeks for a maintenance, Sometimes I spent a month away and I pay 70 for water.

Love living here, the community is quiet but friendly! Never have had issues with parking or neighbors, and the access to groceries and entertainment surrounding the community is AMAZING! Sometimes the gates aren’t working but for other issues within the units the maintenance team works hard to get to you fast and fix your issues as soon as possible! Staff and management are great, just have to go talk to them in person as phones aren’t always reliable to reach them or to get a callback.

The manager and staff are amazing. when i call the office the need is always addressed. The service men from the office are so respectful to the tenant. I offered a repair man a tip for the work, he refused the cash and said "No ma am this is my job" The property is quiet and well kept. I really cannot ask for more.

Everything about Villages of Cypress Creek is unethical, irresponsible, and poorly managed. Lived here for just over a year and I don't understand how a complex could be so bad and poorly run. It is an extremely unsafe place to live. Forget having anything nice. Amenities are never clean or properly working, trash is never taken out, numerous thefts taken place on property. Security cameras don't work and won't get fixed. Security was removed after it "did its job". The gates are never properly working. I don't think we have had a successful month without submitting a maintenance request. Something is always breaking in the apartment. The first month and longer we lived here, we were without a bedroom blind. Maintenance would not fix it until multiple weeks passed by. That is extremely unethical and a huge privacy concern. Management is horrible, won't take responsibility for anything not being done to fix the various unsafe, unethical actions being taken at this complex.

Villages of Cypress Creek is a very beautiful and peaceful property. We love the trees and seeing the squirrels. There a two pools we enjoy as well as the fire pit. The weight room is pretty good too. We have a spacious three bedroom apartment with a fire place. We love the floor plan. Neighbors are great. If you are looking for a nice peaceful environment, give Villages of Cypress Creek a try!

Once upon a time the Villages of Cypress was once a fabulous community, beautiful property, fabulous leasing team and great people(tenants), but after the pandemic the property loss its value, ineffective communication with the leasing team...no great customer service and many people with scary backgrounds started moving into the property.

This place used to be really fun to live and have an amazing front of desk staff. The quality has dropped immensely since then, and I know management has switched recently so I am hoping that maybe things can get back to being great again. I would like to enjoy living here again. We vacated the apartment in July and haven’t received the deposit amount yet. Very unprofessional management team, I call them almost everyday and they give reasons like, call back tomorrow, manager is not available, accounts department is not responding etc,. We have lived there for 2.5years and there was cockroaches everywhere in the apartment. Many of my friends still live there and even they have cockroach problem in their apartments.

I love the community in general we moved away and came right back because the management team here made us feel like family and worked with us when COVID first hit. Mrs Marci is an amazing woman and I love how great she is with communicating with us. VOCC is a great community and I recommend everyone and anyone to come here!

The maintenance and office are very helpful when it comes to maintenance requests. The office crew is very helpful when it comes to questions in regards to the property. The maintenance crew is always working hard to clean up and fix things as soon as they are addressed or seen.

Upon arrival at Cypress Creek I was greeted with all smiles, professionalism & excellent customer service.. The interaction I had with Management & Staff was amazing! I felt very welcomed.. All my questions were answered & I knew at that very moment, I had made the accurate decision on selecting this property I can assure you that atmosphere, body language, customer service & professionalism really does matter & I felt the overwhelming vibes of that as soon as I walked through the door. Note to selves the property is very beautiful and maintained. I would advise anyone whos in the market of rental, this is definitely your property! You will NOT be Disappointed!! Thanks

I have been living at the Villages of Cypress Creek for three years. In terms of the infrastructure, the landscape is nice and the location is convenient for me. Although I don't use them as often as I should, the ammenities (pool and gym) are pleasant. I wish the neighbors would be a bit more mindful about what it means to live in a community. My neighbors will leave trash and food crumbs outside, in front of their apartment, which can bring pests and is disgusting to see.. We share the hallway and closed-in stairs to the garage. We have tried to keep it clean, but our neighbors will never vacumm this area and will leave trash on the stairs. Our upstairs neighbor is constantly jumping (at all hours of the day) which sounds really loud in my apartment. This is somewhat disturbing when you are trying to concentrate on your work, especially, now when we have to work from home a lot. At the begining the service requests would be complteted in a timely manner, but lately I have had to ask multiple times to get anything done.

They have a ridiculous roach infestation that is not being taken care of. The parking is absolutely horrible. You would be lucky to get a parking spot after 5pm that is a resonable distance to walk from to your unit. The parking stickers are useless, they do not tow unauthorized vehicles. On top of that, no one cleans up after their pets. I would avoid all grass if possible. Office staff does not take care of any concerns regarding the issues.
