I applied an application approved me but desidasi informed that they are careful those who go there because of personal reasons could not rent the apartment explain them but the bad thing was s ar 300 dolasres of deposit me the coguierron thus to sign no contract set 100 of lka good application there Is okay but the deposit is a rtobo careful when renting there because nowadays in many apartments they abuse it that is not boss there good person for you the manager and the second lousy
So many roaches because of old apartment's. need to wait so many days for maintenance.
They recently painted over the visitor parking spot. My sister lived there and borrowed my truck to move. She parked it in the spot that had been designated for visitors, not knowing about the change. They had the truck towed. The towing company, a typical Scum of the earth kind of business, knew the spot had recently been painted over. The response from both parties was, too bad, pay it anyway. Just bad people. I have no doubt it was done on purpose just to make extra $$. Wouldn't surprise me if they are in kahoots. Find another complex, they really are mean about everything. From rent payment to drop boxes, to getting back to u in a timely manner. They represent all the worst behaviors of a complex
very nice place. but no availability.. price was right... if hey had a place.
overall I can report that this complex is fair in all aspects and worth considering.
