This is a great place to call home. It’s family friendly, safe a beautiful property. The units were built strong and were uniquely crafted. I love that we have a garage and plenty of space to walk around with the kids.

Had a great move-in experience with this community, was able to move all of my furniture relatively easily and get set up with all the utilities I needed. Internet and power options here are very nice and affordable.

I have lived here just over a year and I'm looking forward to Saturday movies for another year.. very friendly very comfortable and everyone is top notch from the office to debate that's to the neighbors.. highly recommended living here if you want to enjoy life and not worry about everything

These apartment homes actually do feel like home. I love the quiet ambience and lots of trees and walking through the community’s winding walkways. A big plus for me is the attached garage.

I’ve looked at over 30 apartments and with 100% guarantee this is the best apartment ever!!! It’s on the water, maintenance replies very fast at all issues you may have, the gym is pretty nice, THREE pools, friendly neighbors. Couldn’t ask to live at a better place.

I am very pleased with my stay here at Village. The apartment is bright and cheerful, and everything in the apartment has worked well. The office staff has been very helpful in answering any of my questions and the maintenance team has been quick with any requests. There is a couple things like the redundant rebills that are billed twice, still had one last month that was billed twice. There is the fetch fee, a service we pay for but no one uses or asked for. There is the maintenance delay due to system/app/website. There is the unavailability of getting hold of office staff on weekdays due to staff training or other reasons, and call is directed to third party that are usually of no help. There is the gate that doesn’t work when someone dials my unit/parking number from dialing box …

This is a beautiful place to live. Just a couple of minutes' drive to NASA and a stunning lake to view from the complex. The grounds are always kept very clean and tidy. The office staff are lovely to speak with and have always helped me in every way they can - and is very much appreciated.
