Had a great move-in experience with this community, was able to move all of my furniture relatively easily and get set up with all the utilities I needed. Internet and power options here are very nice and affordable.

These apartment homes actually do feel like home. I love the quiet ambience and lots of trees and walking through the community’s winding walkways. A big plus for me is the attached garage.

I’ve looked at over 30 apartments and with 100% guarantee this is the best apartment ever!!! It’s on the water, maintenance replies very fast at all issues you may have, the gym is pretty nice, THREE pools, friendly neighbors. Couldn’t ask to live at a better place.

There is a couple things like the redundant rebills that are billed twice, still had one last month that was billed twice. There is the fetch fee, a service we pay for but no one uses or asked for. There is the maintenance delay due to system/app/website. There is the unavailability of getting hold of office staff on weekdays due to staff training or other reasons, and call is directed to third party that are usually of no help. There is the gate that doesn’t work when someone dials my unit/parking number from dialing box …

This is a beautiful property. The apts are spacious and were clean. Maintenance and landscaping staff are always working to keep everything beautiful!

This is a beautiful place to live. Just a couple of minutes' drive to NASA and a stunning lake to view from the complex. The grounds are always kept very clean and tidy. The office staff are lovely to speak with and have always helped me in every way they can - and is very much appreciated.

Our experience with Village on the Lake was a very positive one. From our first visit, which did not lease at that time, we referred it to my son and he leased here. After a few months, we also leased an apartment.

We love living at Village on the Lake. We love the property and staff. All the trees and resort style feeling is wonderful. The pools are great also.

Village on the Lake has provided us a great living situation so far! One very pleasant surprise was how much space each of the garages has, and how each apartment includes a garage. The large garage is helpful for storing our workout equipment, which (before moving in) I originally thought i would have to get rid of. Each apartment also has so much storage- that has been a gamechanger. We love the amenities as well- 3 pools, 2 gyms, next to the water, and next to a nature preserve. Everyone we have met here has been very nice as well.

An older complex located in a great area and needs continued updates to the amenities and landscaping. Have made many a friend in the complex and want to continue to see improvements so like minded renters can interact and enjoy the amenities.

This is a great place to live. It is a clean and safe property. Any maintenance items are addressed quickly and easily. Definitely beats home ownership. I think I will stay a while. Very happy here.

I live and love my apartment. Lately its been overcrowded with upgrades by construction teams battling for space. I love my space indide my apartment it’s beautiful. I love to see the deer but not the racoons. My wife hates them. She is terrified by them. We also need a better trash dump system please. I love out complex ladies working in the front offices trying to help everyone get along and run smoothly.
