The buildings are not secure and anyone can easily enter the building and of course the door of my unit is locked and the cleaning of the common areas and corridors of the building is not good.

The rental process is flawed and to complicated. There are way too many fees tacked onto an already premium price for apartments. The pool is only open for 4 days a week and there is a $5 charge to bring a guest to the pool. There are way too many grey areas with parking and a huge financial burden if you make a mistake. Overall this place is nothing but a fee generator with misleading amenities . Oh, you also get charged $90 a month for part time amenities.

Generally quiet at all times. Maintenance is always thorough and on time. They have been very helpful with keeping my filters changed and even changing the light bulbs in the rest rooms (Wow!) some places would not do that for you.

The best apartment so far I have lived in. The area is super nice close to a lot of stores and a mall. The neighborhood is quiet,safe and clean. I specially love my balcony view. The maintenance are quick to fix anything thats broken in the apartment.

I enjoy this apartment complex. It's one of the best. It is well maintained and if there is any maintenance issues. It gets fix right away. I would recommend this apartments.

Good location. Great maintenance staff. Neighborhood is safe and great for walking. Convenient location near many resources. Apartment unit seems to ave mold and odor I haven’t been able to get rid for the past three years.

I am so impressed with everything about this community, most importantly the management and staff. They are kind, responsive, knowlegeable, helpful, hardworking, and committed to highest quality standards. The grounds are impeccably maintained and the buildings are well constructed and maintained. The lcoation is close to shopping and transportation. I highly recommend it for your next apartment home.

I really enjoyed living at this Community for a couple years. It's close to all the shops and events in town and the Community is tucked away from busy roads. Great for walking or biking. My home here was well taken care of and maintenance staff was always available if something needed to be fixed. Office staff made the whole move in and out process very smooth.

Management has been harder to get ahold of lately. Parking is very bad. If you want a place that hasn't been given "the land lord special" I don't recommend living here, most things are broken or covered in paint to "fix" it.

I live here with my husband and our nine month old since February of this year (2023) and I have enjoyed my stay here with some complaints. The staff are amazing, they listen to your concerns and try their best to get to it. The maintenance staff are respectful when they come to assist with a problem. My only three complaints are the walls are too thin that I can hear my neighbors from downstairs and upstairs which our old neighbors moved due to fact we would always hear their children running and stomping around. My second complaint is that the trash compactor is being a regular occurrence that it's not working because other residents don't properly work it. And my last complaint is that we have our own garage and everyone parks infront of us that makes it difficult for us to leave. But other then that, I've throughly enjoyed my stay here so far.

Quiet and beautiful neighborhood. Apartments are updated the only complain I have was the appliances we had was old the microwave had crack the dryer wasn't drying clothes,but the office and maintenance were fast to fix the problem.

Seems quiet and surrounded by beautiful scenery. Reason I picked this community was the security my child would be safe. Parking is a bit challenging. I like the neighborhood and area all in all.

Just moved in recently. I love my alone time and no one has bothered me at all. I Love my apartment. It’s been really relaxing living in this neighborhood. No issues from my neighbors at all.

Pros: Safe and clean neighborhood. Cons: The lack of parking and fees for anenities like an unused pool are the downside. The cost is expensive too.

Hello! Thank you for providing us feedback regarding your time here, we are sorry to hear that a few particular items are not meeting the expectations that you had envisioned. We are trying hard to improve our parking every year and will continue to use Resident feedback to work more on it. Regarding our Pool, VA only allows our Pool to be open Memorial Day (late May) through Labor Day (early September) due to freezing temperatures during the winter season, therefore there isn't a way for us to have it open year round. If you are looking for more Pool usage there are a number of local Loudoun County area Parks that have indoor pools.
Good apartment experience. Maintenance is there when there is a emergency and staff has been friendly throughout the years. Wish there was activities to meet other residence.

Facilities team has been great and the apartment is very well laid-out. There have been a couple of issues with the facilities that keep me from giving it a 5* review but I do find it a good location.
It’s great!!! I love the place, all the amenities that we have, it’s has so much space. I love it!!! Only the parking spots are a bit hard to find. But still the place is nice ??
