Villa Solano Apartments

I wish I could give 0 stars this place is TRASH!!!! The staff is RUDE!! Roaches & MANY other bugs ! Mold EVERYWHERE!!!!! It has a permanent smell no matter how much i clean, spray & light candles, it just STINKS BAD!!!!!! Maintenance never does anything. HUGE cracks & holes in the walls from structural shifting damage. Dog poop EVERYWHERE!!!! Stray cats EVERYWHERE!!!!! Neighborhood is SUPER sketchy I’m scared to even walk my dog DAY or NIGHT!!!!! Water is ALWAYS OFF!!!!!! One time they shut the water off 3 days straight!!!!! I do not recommend moving here at all it’s a mess I cried when I actually had to sleep here, BIGGEST mistake I’ve made since moving to TX!!! Honestly they just need to knock these down it’s literally the PITS!!! Very depressing…

If I could give this property and its management negative stars I would. I knew I wanted to end my lease with Westridge Garden Apartments, the week I got there. This property has an extreme amount of roaches, we dealt with the issue of roaches from about the 2nd week we moved there until about 7 months into the lease. The roaches were even in the refrigerator and after us continuously sending pictures to the leasing office and letting them know of our issues and nothing was being done about it we just gave up. The leasing office was not proactive about sending pest control to our apartment even though they knew that it was an issue that we were dealing with. THEN, the mold. We dealt with the issue of mold from about the 3rd week of moving there until the end of the lease. The management and maintenance continuously lied to us saying that it wasn't mold on the walls but it doesn't take a rocket scientist to identify mold. They continuously disregarded the issue and painted over the mold and it came back every time. At one point we even had mushrooms growing out of the closet and bathroom walls. They just continued to spray over it with paint and lie about the fact that it was mold in the first place. DO NOT be deceived by the remodeled apartments, the remodeling was done very poorly I had paint splatters on my toilet from where they painted the cabinets above, grout stuck on my kitchen counters from when they did the tile on the walls, and on top of all this, the maintenance personnel would repeatedly leave tools and scraps behind in the apartment after they finished working on whatever work order they were completing. Our upstairs neighbors would keep us up sometimes until 2 am due to them being extremely loud. Security is only at the apartment during the office hours of the leasing office or during any event they have at the NRG only to ensure that no one going to the event does not park in the complex. Before we moved into the apartment was just renovated and there were holes left in the walls under the sink, being the refrigerator, and behind the dishwasher which allowed the bugs to come into the apartment. There was a leak in my bathroom ceiling they came to repair it the same day however they left the ceiling half done and there was also a huge hole left the ceiling from the repairs. I am not sure how the staff is comfortable leasing these raggedy apartments. This apartment is the true definition of you get what you pay for!

Very old apartments an don't wanna do upgrades to an apartment till someone moves out of a unit,an for the price of rent this complex needs a complete make over

It's okay. It's clean. Managers and maintenence are friendly. Just too expensive for an okay apartment.
