Nice neighbors I feel very at home and welcome here. I have the best neighbors and they are always looking out for me. Not a bad price for what you get. They are spacious and I love the kitchen and sinks. It also comes with a washer and dryer in the apartment. I love the all wood floor. Very happy here.
Feels like home Office staff is always helpful in anything I need. Nice maintenance guy as well. Pool is clean and grounds are lush with Trees. Very nice. . Close to many shopping and eating places as well and also a bus route.
Simply positive Tours were friendly easy and accommodating. The vibe was right the price was right so I had to move in.
Issue resilved Armando is excellent in resolving the issue reported. He is the best. Thank You.
Amazing help and great apartments Hosea was our leasing agent and did an amazing job! From staying connected with us, to helping us get all our things in order for moving in- she was amazing! The renovated apartments themselves are also beautiful and affordable as well!!
Beautiful My apartment is gorgeous. The staff is super nice and I haven't had any issues that hasn't gotten fixed really quick.
Been here for 5 years. They have begun to tack on tons of fees like a $30 fee for the common area even though it is literally closed for the past 4 months. Now they are charging an additional $10 for electricity to the common area. But the best part is that for a contract renewal they are increasing the rent by $400 for a 12 month contract or $800 month-to-month. For a resident who has been here for 5 years. Yes, once you move in they will jack your rent as high as possible, hoping you can't afford the expense of moving. It is actually $600 more than they advertise to new renters. Take note of this Cushman & Wakefield to make sure you NEVER rent from any of their properties.
I lived at Vida for a little over a year. They have done a really nice job with remodeling the apartments and the appliances are actually pretty nice too. Though the stove, dishwasher and A/C didn't work when i first moved in and took 3 days till they came and looked at it. I did have a roach problem until finally getting a cat. There are so many better options in Las Vegas, do your self a favor and look around. They're also raising the rent slowly because of the Raider's stadium opening on the same road. If you are someone who gets a lot of mail it will also be a problem. Mail is constantly just left laying around in the mail room.

Worst pace ever. Managment never care or fix any kind of issues. A.C broken in summer ,no one cares...you have issues with you water or anything with thier old appartments? Who cares? I hated this place. And guess what? The price goes up every year..really? Im glad..so glad im done here!! Do your self a favore and find somewhere safe!
