It is really a community here at VP. The front desk staff is very friendly. The maintenance worker is always timely and efficient. The pool and views are stunning. Its right next to the metro. It has everything we need and weve happily lived here for 4 years.

Despite my issues, I do still think Verde Pointe is a good place to live in Arlington. The building is well-kept for the most part, the apartments themselves are in good order, the amenity spaces are impressive (despite some improvements that I think could be made), and the staff and community have been kind and welcoming in the time I've been a resident.

Verde Pointe, besides its ideal location, its proximity to major roads, the ease of parking has an advantage over large buildings; it is managed with attention to details and a more personal touch. The residents seem to know the management team as well as the front desk personnel. The cleaning crew is always at hand too. It's a great place!

The building is relatively nice but management doesn't seem to pay much attention to the day-to-day things that make living somewhere enjoyable. A recent "renovation" of common areas spent a bunch of money and time on changing the design of those areas to no longer match the design of the building, making the building feel less luxurious and welcoming than it previously was. Alarms are installed on doors that are regularly left open with the alarm left blaring for extended periods of time. The mail room is so secure that the postman often can't get in to pick up outgoing packages for days at a time, causing packages go out late. The grounds could be very nice but are an afterthought.

This is not only a beautiful building on the outside, it has incredible amenities, apartments and breath taking views! The location is very convenient and very easy to get around (bikeable and walkable). And most important, the team there is very attentive and nice. It really is a great place to be at!
