Venetian Apartamentos Houston

Dumpster full of trash, fly everywhere, pool green, manager never take responsibility, Maintanance never finish their work orders, I have neighbors with no AC since they move! City of Houston should do something cause this is inhuman, the manager is super disrespectful with the tenants, forcing people to make good reviews! Every single review it’s fake! Come and take a look to the property! This property it’s not even a class C! More likely a class F property!

Do not bring your children here or family here. The mold, the manger is rude, they will not fix anything. Its pathetic.

Throughout I've been here, I have liked it a lot, I have not had problems with neighbors or anything like that, very quiet and of course the security is always aware of everything, Catherine is part of the office and has always been pending and She helped me a lot to be able to move here, it hurts that there are not 6 stars to value more.

This is a great property my family is happy that we move here neighborhood is quiet no problems at all the apartments is very clean when they showing to us no roaches like other review s show . The maintenance is Responding in there job fast and they actually come to fix it right alway.I was assistant by Catherine aka Cathy very nice person and she help us out with are application and we got approved in 3 days that was fast.

The apartment is horrible nothing works. They do not fix anything, I moved in with a clogged tub, filters not changed, outlets do not work, no mailbox key, water leaks, and I can't get help to save my life. DO NOT MOVE INTO THIS PLACE IT IS TRASH. I have been here for 3 months.

Nasty apartments and neighbors. Roaches everywhere and trash left around cars. Peeling tubs and the most hideous bathroom I've ever seen. I feel bad for you if this place is your only option.

I moved into these apartments about 3 months ago and i LOVE how peaceful it is at night. My car is secure at night, I love that the renters and visitors have to register their vehicles online. My apartment definitely has more than enough space for me and my 2 children. Im comfy all day everyday when im at home w my babies :)

Apartment well located a super quiet area ... good service, its workers excellent service, apartment very large and very comfortable ... with all its areas in perfect condition !!! pool, gym, parks, laundry good management attention

I love my apartment it is very spacious and cozy. I've been living here a year and I feel safe,they have security that patrol. when you call about an issue they send someone out right away. the staff is very nice and polite. I look forward to renewing my lease.

I only been here 2 months, so i dont have any complaints, hopefully i won't. My neighbors all mind their buisness, we speak and keep moving. The office staff have been great, always smiling and helpful.

Love the new management. The new management has made tremendous improvements. I recently had issues with my AC , but was fixed in no time. So overall, I haven't had any complaints with this apartment complex since I moved here the beginning of June. The management here is very friendly and I really feel like they value their residents.

When I first rented my apartment, the management had problems keeping the boilers working. A few months ago, the complex was purchased by Nova Asset Management and the hot water issues seem to be resolved. The area I know has a reputation for not being so good, but it is my experience that the most frequent disturbance of the peace is an occasional Airbus flying overhead on an approach to Bush Intercontinental Airport.

The Venetain on Ella is under new management and I love it. the new management get the job done right. Every issues or concern I've had from last management has been handle in a reasonable amount of time by new management. They will work with you so if your looking for a place to call home here.

The Venetian is a good place to stay from dealing with the kids and having events for them throughout the year. I stay in the house so I really don’t know what be going over there but they switched management and there redoing the apt I think they even think about changing the name. Pet friendly and it’s safe for your kids to go out and play.

I've had a flood, Mold, broken dish washer, and a false eviction notice within the 6 months of me living here. My sister who chose this complex has had nothing but roaches. I never write reviews but I have to warn you guys. It sucks here. It's not worth it. This "new management" is awful. Please please please don't do something you'll regret.

I like Venetian apartments I give them 2 thumbs up The people here are cool and genuine The laundry place is clean and lot of room They also have night time security and the management team here are very helpful.

I absolutely love living at Venetian on Ella. They have great security officers and cameras. The residents are quiet. The staff is wonderful and it is located very close to grocery stores, repair shops etc. I strongly recommended The Venetian on Ella for a great living experience.

I have lived here for six and a half months. I like it. The area is nice an peaceful most nights. It is also pretty quiet during the day. The schools in this school zone are not the best. The gym is not in working condition an hasn't been since i have been there. But other then that it is a nice place to live.

I really enjoy staying at these apartments I’ve been living here for about a year and a half now and the staff is wonderful I love nova management and they are very very very willing to work with you on anything and the maintenance team are amazing they get to it fast and get it done within no time I love nova management and I will recommend anybody to stay here I have had no complaints with this area and I’m only 2.1 miles away from my workplace and I love this area I can Practically walk to work with it no problem please consider these apartments you won’t regret it!!!!!

The Venetian on Ella is A Great place to live excellent Management . I Move there after Hurricane Harvey where i was discounts on everything for3months an security is 24/7 cameras an arm security .plus they fix everything there called to fix ,but truthful hadn't had to call but once in 1year an that was because my front door lock was loose.. .

i been leaving here since 2018 started havent had any problems, theres good security days and nights also staff been sweet and helpful when i have any problems. So peaceful place to move into no noise people, highly recommended to anyone looking for apartments to move in.

I had read and heard so many horror stories and reviews about this property that I was skeptical about visiting let alone moving here. I gave it a try and I ended up moving here December 2017 during the change over of Nova taking over the property. All the bad reviews had to be about the previous management. It was rocky at first moving in during the change of management, but my leasing agent made it a smooth process. I can say NOVA has cleaned this place up TREMENDOUSLY handling problematic tenants, etc. My building is right across from the mail center (high traffic area), but the the property is extremely quiet, no rowdy neighbors, no loud obnoxious music blarring, no night walkers. The gates are always working and are always closed. Security patrol is VISIBLE 24hrs a day. The office staff is pretty cool too, the great everybody and make you feel welcomed. This is my 1st time moving on my own and I must say, I couldn't have picked a more quiet and peaceful property to call my own. Home Sweet Home

Venetian is my home away from home. I'm originated from Louisiana which lead me here for a better living. My Venetian apartment has been my home for a year and two months now. Me, my fiancé, and two children just renewed our lease. We enjoy our stay here, nice pool, maintaence come in hurry, managers and office clerks will welcome you with open arms and will try there best to put you in a apartment today. Good Area to live in close commute to I-45 and 1960.

The apartments are nice and spacious. The pool area is really nice as well. Can’t beat the space and amenities for the price. Very nice.

Every since I moved into the Venetian on Ella the beginning of April I have had nothing but a wonderful experience. The staff is courteous and handle complaints and apartment issues as soon as possible. I was looking for a 1 bedroom that was spacious and that felt safe and luckily I found it here. Also it’s very quiet so no matter what time I fall asleep there is always peace and quiet. I am in love with the Venetian apartments and would definitely recommend to anyone who is thinking about moving into their first apartment or an apartment that you want to stay long term.

We been here for 3 years and we love it FINALLY. The new management Nova is really great. They came in and cleaned up alot of mess that was going on under the previous managers. Everyone is friendly and prifessional. The manager Terese takes time to talk to you and explain what is going on. We finally like it

I moved out a year ago to the Venetian and it’s been amazing! Once Nova took over management, the issues I had started getting resolved quickly. Theresa is amazing. I had an issue with my job and she was so quick to work around my personal issues. The location is normally quiet and I’ve never had an issue with rowdy neighbors. I’ve never requested something and not gotten it within a 24hours timeframe. The Venetian on Ella is definitely worth more than I spent on rent which is amazing on its own!

My husband and I moved in to these apartments almost a year ago. When we moved in these apartments the office staff lacked the ability to control the residents and what went on in the property. There were so many unauthorized people living here and because of that there was no parking ever. Nova Management came in and took over evicting problematic tenants. Nova has made such an improvement with this property in the short time they have been here. The manager is the best I have ever dealt with. She has gone out of her way many times to make sure we were good. She never makes you feel like you are bothering her and will listen to your concerns. We look forward to many more years there!!! These apartments are a joy to live in the apartment staff are absolutely amazing they help work with me in my rent I have no issues I’ve been staying here 4 years never had a break in it’s a very quiet and peaceful property the rent here is affordable and the maintenance staff do a wonderful job

The apartment is really nice and clean. The people in the front office are so friendly and helpful. There playgrounds are nice for the kids. Overall I love this place!

I found this place and thought it could be a ok place to stay and they're suppose to under new management but everything about this place is a nightmare. Everyone in the office is very unprofessional and rude. The units are not what they're suppose to be. The apartment prices always changed. This is a scam waiting to get you!!!! RUN!!!!! The fact that I have to put a star is pushing it for this place.

Read to the end.. Please please please don’t move here. The apartments has really bad mold problems, roaches, paint peeling from the tubs, lights going out, cold water, busted pipes, none working toilets and even more. The management is robotic, no sense of humanity. She once got in an altercation with a tenant and told her that “she doesn’t need two cars” after they towed one of her cars away. When the tenant got mad she lied and said she didn’t say that. I was shocked and appalled. On top of the poor kept apartments they went up on our utilities, stating that “they balanced everyone’s bill and came up with $50.” First question is who exactly is “They”? Secondly each unit has their separate water so my utility bill went from $32 to $50? When i asked for a break down it wasn’t delivered to me. I regret living here. The management has to go ASAP.

These apartment are the worst apartment I have ever lived in ! They have bugs in the carpet !!!! Maintenance never come no matter how many times you tell them about the problems !!! Do not move here it would be the worst decision of your life!!!!!!!!!!

Apartments are too small and maintenance never gets done on time.

At first I was nervous about moving into these apartments especially moving from a house due to the Enviorment. But that has changed they really care about the residents especially the kids. They are also renovating which is good they look amazing in the inside. Instead of security they have 3 sheriffs that patrol the apartments which makes me feel more safe. I really enjoy and glad I made this move to these apartments. These apartments are changing and getting the negative out and making it safe for there residents. They also have a lot of activities for kids which is a plus. They really care what the resident thinks and take care of every need.
