Fan problem fixed. I was impressed! One of my ceiling fans was out of balance and went “thump, thump” on high speed which disturbed the sleep of my upstairs neighbor. Maintenance tried hard to rebalance it to no avail. A few days later I had a new ceiling fan. No thumps, happy upstairs neighbor, happy me!

I think management has done a great job. I would find it hard to recommend due to noise levels from sirens to helicopter traffic. I understand these are out of management's control.

my experience with maintenance in this community has larhely been quite positive. other aspects, like communication to/from office, accessibility, and helpfulness of office staff is a different story.

I would recommend because they are well kept and I feel it's a save place to live. I wouldn't recommend because the apartments are going up so high in price for what amounts to be a very small apartment. For now I am getting a great price but they have gone high sky.

There is NO security within the apartment complex despite at least 1 car theft, several catalytic converters, mail theft from the mailroom including vandalism on numerous occasions. There needs to be cameras on every corner of each building and around the the office and mailroom. WHY IS THERE NOT ANY CAMERAS???? No responsibility by MANAGEMENT.

I love the apt but after the grass is done The trash is NEVER picked up. Nor grass blown away. They parking lot is dirty and some people keep there trash outside on the ground floor. Other than that I love it. Yes I would recommend it to my friend's

On my move in date, nothing was ready, I incurred multiple expenses for movers, rentals and accomodations and managment did nothing to help with their mistakes. Even after moving in, the floors were filthy, apartment had horrible cigarette smell for weeks after. Complained numerous times and nothing was done. Mailboxes have been damaged for months now and very inconvenient to work with the post office when you have regular business hours.

They do a good job with outward appearances but looking closely you can see peeling paint on the apartment buildings but the clubhouse, pool area, and exercise room look great. Pool and spa both have chipped paint in them.

not a pleasant surrounding area. theft/crime seems to spill over into living area, broken gates, mailboxes, no security except what was provided for the staff during a former residents process to evict.

What a great place. It is clean, accessible, lots of things to do, and a fabulous management team. Teresa, the manager, was helpful, professional, kind, and easy to reach. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking in this area for an apartment. It is a little oasis of fun! Thank you.

I came in to look for an apartment and spoke with Yasmine. She was incredibly sweet and very professional. She answered my questions before I even asked them! Jennifer the manager is very nice also, I liked that she came to introduce her self to me before my tour. I can't wait to move here.

This is a beautiful, safe and secure complex with all the amenities and events one could ask for. The staff and maintenance team are superb. If you would like a nice quiet place to live with all the amenities of home, this is it!

I would rate this as a five-star community. I work part-time as a leasing consultant for a temp agency. I work at different apartment complexes. By the end of the day I cannot wait to get home. It's not uncommon for me to hear negative comments from residents who live at different communities in regards to work orders not being completed in a timely manner and so forth. I am so grateful this community takes care of its residents and all of our needs in a timely manner.

Too many outsiders are coming into the complex using parking stalls causing the residents to not have any where to park, The Security is warranted due to unexpected situations that may govern's one's safety.
