Please whatever you do do not move here. I signed a year and and moved out in 6. This is by far the worst place to live. I told old management I had mice and they gave me glue traps from a box under their desks. Meaning they know about the infestation. Within my first 2 months I caught 20 mice. I could keep track after the first 20. I let them know I needed pest control and the guy was a joke and only sprayed for roaches and talked to me about video games. The new management is an even bigger joke. I let them know about my mice problem and they said they were handling it. Ha, very funny, I found a nest if mice living behind my washer and dryer. I even found holes in the corner where the mice eat through the walls just to get in. If you move here make sure you check your corners. Also to get out of your lease give the 2 written notices and let them know you want to vacate after the second according to your lease agreements. DONT MOVE HERE!!!!

You want to read an honest review?? this is the worst apartment i have ever lived in for a number of reasons. my neighbors downstairs got treated for bed bugs and they all came upstairs into my unit. apartment complex says that i cant prove it came from the neighbors so i have to pay for the treatment. fine im not going to argue about it. it took them 3 months to send someone out and he didnt even treat, which was my fault cause i dint 100% bag up everything and rearrange all my furniture. ok. i still have bed bugs and its been a month since he came the last time and every time i ask when they can send him back they tell me next week but he never shows. they dont repair anything. i have an outlet that has been sparking for the last month. i emailed them my issue and i didnt hear anything from them for 3 weeks. then the thing caught on fire so i wrote them again and 4 days later they send someone out. he comes to my house. gets his tools and materials out and then proceeds to use my bathroom for 30 minutes. goes outside comes back an hour later and says he has an emergency and has to come back the next day. i have been asking them to replace the weather stripping since i moved in two years ago and its never been done. i was told id get a free duct cleaning after i renewed my lease. never happened. someone tried to kick in my door and now the frame around it is all jacked up. i put in a work order for that and a faucet repair. they fixed the faucet but never addressed the door. my front windows dont lock. i put in a request to have those fixed and they put those little 99 cent locks that screw into the frame there was a fight in the parking lot right in front of security and he stayed in his car the whole time but when i sit in my car in the parking lot to wait out the rain they harass me and ask me what im doing on private property??? the dumpsters are always overflowing with garbage, i mean literally enough to fill two more dumpsters with. the cabinets doors are not cabinet doors. they look and feel like pieces of a cheap desk or dresser made out of press board that got wet and dried and they painted them white and put a knob on it and called it a day. i have one drawer in my apartment that is always broken, i can go and on about the problems this place has. the staff gets a 2 only cause jean carlo and yvette are actually very friendly when i come into the office. they are always cool and probably the only good thing going at this property.
I've been looking for an apartment for the past few days. Finally i decide to contact Valencia to inquire about prices. Jeancarlo, the guy that answered the phone was the most friendly and helpful receptionist ever, so lovely and great first impression of the call. Couldn't have been more sweet, giving me directions to the apartments, ensuring that I don't get lost on my way there. Fortunately everything about the property was exceptional, and I don't give praise lightly. The model apartment it was clean, stylish, and roomy. My husband and I are excited to move in next week.
This is an old complex. The apartments are small, and not well maintained. During Hurricane Harvey, many of the building roofs leaked, causing major damage to the apartments below. The apartments are infested with roaches, mice and bedbugs. There is mold growing inside the walls of some of the apartments. The sewers to back up regularly, and the maintenance people open the cleanouts to let raw sewage run into the parking lots and walkways. There is trash everywhere, especially in the back of the complex, and the dumpsters are always overflowing. The driveways at the side of the complex are narrow, and the big trucks with the huge trailer hitches stick out into the roadways as a traffic hazard. Broken furniture and infested mattresses are a common sight at the dumpsters, and drunken tenants urinate on the fence wall behind the cars in the parking lot. Tenants let their pets run free without leashes, and they don't pick up their pet's waste, even though pet waste cans have been installed between the buildings. We've had to endure loud music and noise on weekends till late at night, and the police have had to break up fistfights in the walkways between the buildings. Find a better place for yourself and your family. I will be doing the same thing very soon. I only gave it one star because the website wouldn't let me go any lower. Find someplace else!
DO NOT MOVE HERE THESE APARTMENTS ARE DISGHUSTING AND GROSS THEY SHOULD BE SHUT DOWN BY THE HEALTH DEPT. MY FAMILY AND I MOVED TO HOUSTON FROM SEATTLE VERY DISAPOINTED. PICTURES ON WEBSITE ARE FALSE ADVERTISMENT. INFESTED WITH ROACHES OF ALL KINDS BIG,SMALL,FAT FLYING ROACHES AND MULTIPLE MICE EVERYTHING IN THE APARTMENT IS OF POOR QUALITY OLD AND RUSTY. MY FAMILY COULD NOT TOUCH THE STOVE AND THE SINK AT THE SAMETIME WITHOUT BEING SHOCKED DUE TO ELECTRICAL ISSUE. THE CARPET IS THIN AND VERY CHEAP COULDN’T STEP ON THE CARPET WITHOUT GETTING STUCK WITH STAPLES THE CABNETS ARE FALLING APART. THE APARTMENT WALLS BATHROOM AND TUBS RUSTY AND GROSS. DEAD ROACHES WERE PAINTED OVER EVERYWHERE THROUGHOUT THE APT. OUTSIDE THERE IS NO PARKING TRASH EVERYWHERE POT HOLES JUST NASTY AND RAGGEDY THIS PLACE NEEDS TO BE SHUT DOWN ASAP
I have had the top half of my window fall out it took multiple complaints to get it fixed over a week for them to fix it. I went 2 days without hot water. And the Neighbors play their music so loud I can hear my windows vibrating and management won't do anything about it I've had to call the cops on the same neighbor 8 times. Do not move here it is not worth the deposit, it is not worth the rent, it's a waste of money.
I used to live in this apartment complex in the town homes which are suppose to be the nice ones. First of all all of those apartments and town homes are infested with bed bugs. The plce is so old that they seem to get in holes and dark places n hide. The rugs are discussing, there are a million roaches, rats, many more animals. Everything breaks all the time and to fix it they just glue or paint over it. The ac sometimes works sometimes it doesn't. For the bed bugs, they will tell you it's your fault and charge you to fumigate over $200 dollars every time. All the washers don't work. The cops are always there because there is shooting, drug dealers or noise complaints. The people here don't care. There is always children playing outside morning and afternoon. The pool never gets cleaned. It's just a very fikthy place. Plus the manager DAWN. She is knew and gives everyone attitude. She wants to demand and thinks that she is right all the time. Her customer service and the way she treats people is really bad.
The apartment have no parking permit on top of that they don't want to fix anything and I only been there 1 1/2 month
The property is in terrible condition-potholes all over the parking lot, the dumpsters are overflowing with trash all the time. There is always someone blasting loud annoying music. One of our bathrooms flooded twice, making sewage water reach all the way into the living room. Another person next to us complained of it happening three times. Also, the entire surrounding area is unsafe and unpleasant. The rent is outrageous.
