Vail Gardens

I can't say enough good things about the staff at Vail Gardens. The supers, Mike and Vinny, and are both excellent at what they do and were the most responsive supers I've ever had. They do a great job at dealing with the snow in the winter time and even the smallest maintenance requests are dealt with immediately. Can't recommend Vail Gardens enough.

The maintenance people at Vail Gardens especially Vinny are very professional and go out of their way to make everything perfect. From replacing a water heater in less then hr to keep the side walks clear of ice the staff at vail gardens are amazing. It makes me proud and happy to call vail gardens home!!!

Me and My wife rented an apartment for 5 Years, the complex is amazing, They keep it spotless, Vinnie the Maintenance guy is amazing, You won't find a maintenance guy like Him that easy, He always goes above and beyond to make sure everything is working properly. during summer the landscaping company shows up every other day, putting flowers and keeping the gardens as green as possible, during winter You will always see the guys outside removing the snow and making sure pathways and stairs are clean and with salt on it. the only reason I moved out it's because We move to another state, otherwise We will still be living there. i regret the fact that We didn't got the chance to use the pool that was just renewed.

The buildings and property are immaculately maintained. The landscaping is beautiful. The staff here are very courteous and professional -- from the office rental staff to the supers who maintain the complex. Mike, Vinnie and their staff are excellent supers addressing problems very quickly, usually the same day or next. They are always available right away in emergencies. They are always professional, friendly and take pride in doing a good job. It shows. The apartment complex is kept clean, the grounds are kept clean and beautiful, and the roads are all kept in great condition. My husband and I love it here. It is truly a wonderful place to live!

Vail gardens is amazing. The grounds are spotless, the neighborhood is great, and the staff here are the best. Mike and Vinny the supers are hard working, quick, and very thorough. If there ever is an issue they fix it immediately. Since I have moved here 2 other of my friends have as well because of this pristine way of living. I have never felt safer.

Vinnie, Mike, Wes and the rest of the staff are absolutely wonderful! They are so helpful and go out of their way to make sure my Fiancé’ and I are happy and comfortable. They really have made us feel welcomed and don’t hesitate when you need them. These guys will go out of their way to ensure we are happy. Thank you guys so much! You are wonderful!!

My husband and I have been living at Vail Gardens for 3 1/2 years and we love our apartment! The rent is very affordable, the grounds are immaculate and Vinny and Mike are always quick and responsive with maintenance. The layout of our 1 BR is great because the rooms are spacious and the apartment gets a ton of natural light. We looked around at other places before deciding on Vail, but here we get the most bang for our buck. I highly recommend Vail Gardens to anyone looking for a place in the area.

We have lived here for 4 years now and have never had a complaint! Apts are very spacious with the master bedroom being quite large, plenty of room for a king and multiple dressers Anytime we needed anything from maintenance they are there to see use within an hour and keep you up-to-date with progress. Have not seen as much as a spider since moving in and the complex is so clean and quite!!!

In a town full of apartments, Vail Gardens is in a league of its own. Vinnie and Mike are always there if you need anything and the grounds are beautifully maintained. Great location, near all major roads and transportation. Sad to be leaving, but had to move for work. Look nowhere else, this is the place. You will be well looked after.

I have lived here for 6 years and have nothing but great things to say. The grounds are beautifully kept. The maintenance staff are professional, courteous and prompt. Every morning I see Vinnie, Mike and Les out working on improving something. I would highly recommend Vail Gardens.

I have lived in the community for around 4 years. Totally loved the place. The area is neatly maintained and the houses are very good. The maintenance team comprising Vinny, Las and Mike are very helpful and friendly. All issues were properly addressed by the team as fast as they can attend to. No complaints about the maintenance team. I would have continued to stay there had I been in the same city for longer time. If I am back to Parsippany, NJ, this would be the first place I would look to rent out an apartment.

I have called them several times and left many emails since last week. They never gave us the call back to book an appointment to view the property. Got very unimpressed by this and assuming they don't have any vacancies at this point. I'm wondering how the residents will contact in case of any problems.

Vail Gardens have been making great improvements to the property since I moved in fall 2015. The staff has made great strides to improve relations with tennents from what my neighbors say. The apartments are in great condition upon move in with no suprises. [Thumbs up emoji] I would reccomend this complex to anyone living alone thru young family.

If you want peace and quiet these are the apartments for you. very quiet, clean, homey environment and neighborhood. The property is very well maintained in all seasons and Maintenance staff is efficient with a turn a round response, the large swimming pool is very clean and well maintained. The apartments are very well kept and very spacious with beautiful hard wood floors. the laundry rooms have brand new washers and dryers and are clean and well kept. the location of the apartments are near lots of shopping, public transportation, restaurants, schools, churches, parks and access to all major highways. enjoy the Summertime either poolside sipping on ice tea or in a lawn chair in your front yard space or balcony under the stars, and in the Wintertime enjoy watching the snow fall from the large Living room windows.

This is one out of 3 garden apartments I have searched for online. The apartments look beautiful and very clean. Wonderful area to live and raise children. You would not be disappointed.

This complex is a good value for the money. Some apartments that are much smaller charge an astronomical fee. Vail Gardens in keeping with the hardship and hard -working public for affordable housing is spot on. Transportation and shopping are close by and the commute to various towns is easy.
