It is a nice apartment in a convenient location but the layout of some of the apartments are set up a little weird and not a ton of kitchen space. When we moved in our washer, dryer, and oven didnt work but maintenance fixed it quick.

The apartment is amazing. The staff and the maintenance crew have been wonderful and very helpful when needed. The amenities here are also incredible. I wish there were more events/opportunities to meet the other people that live in the building!

It was a smooth move in. It was nice to get maintenance to my room within a day. We did have some problems with not everything being in our room correctly.

So far so good at Union on Alley! Wifi is much better than the wifi experience at Union on Plum. I wish the hallways and elevators were nicer though.

Wonderful building! Super kind staff and everyone is very helpful! Upon first moving in a few things were broken including the AC but staff showed up immediately to fix the problem and have been right on top of it. I would recommend living here.

The parking was bad, my unit didn't have any natural light in the shared kitchen/living space, and management was often difficult to reach. The prices were very expensive and there was also a lot of hidden fees. For Union on Alley specifically, you need to walk a block and a half up to the Plum office to receive any large packages and walking back with larger packages got inconvenient. More often than not the "amenities" aka the two hot tubs in my building and the community pool located in a completely different building were closed. The gym faces the street and has wrap-around windows which makes it uncomfortable to use when it is located on a fairly busy street. The location is the only positive to my experience because it was close to campus and had plenty of bus stops in front of the building.

It has been a very good experience. The location is very convenient to get to anywhere I want either by driving or by taking the bus. The staff is really nice and very helpful, especially when a maintenance is requested. Amenities are great just for my need.

The parking, the state of the apartment and the cleanness of the apartment when I moved in were all in horrible state. Further more I payed for a payed parking, but my car is “not cover from the environment “ which has lead to substantial damage on the car paint which will cost me a lot of money to fix.

I've only been in this apartment for about a month now, but I enjoy it. There were a couple things in the beginning that made me skeptical of the quality of the apartment though. Things such as cleanliness and a foul odor coming from my bathroom. The maintenance team was very quick to respond to the maintenance request though, and the odor was quickly sorted out.

My apartment was filthy when I moved in, they wouldn’t clean it. My unit looks nothing like the one we toured and is significantly smaller than the other units I’ve seen. Other than that it’s been fine.

This is my second year here at Union on Alley. It’s so close to campus and on the bus line that takes you directly there when I don’t want to walk. I love that even though there is no pool here, I can use the amenities at Union on Plum and Union on Elizabeth!

As a student seeking a convenient and comfortable living environment, I found Union on Alley to be just that. Union on Alley is a short walk or bike ride away from Colorado State University, this complex offers convenience for students, faculty, and anyone looking to immerse themselves in the vibrant college atmosphere. The ease of access to campus facilities, libraries, and recreational areas was a significant plus for my academic journey. The apartment units themselves are well-designed, providing a balance of functionality and comfort. My one-bedroom apartment was spacious, featuring modern appliances and ample storage space. The open layout of the living and kitchen areas created a welcoming atmosphere, and large windows allowed for plenty of natural light.

Our unit wasn’t cleaned or disinfected AT ALL before we moved in, yet they still slapped a sticker on the door saying “disinfected”. We took our own time and money to do what was expected to be done in between tenants. We brought this to the apartment’s attention and they did nothing at all - not even help to clean what they didn’t. Especially in a pandemic, where cleanliness is essential, we were very unhappy that we had to live in the filth of others. Shelves were broken, carpets were filled with animal hair and dirt, bathrooms weren’t cleaned, and almost every surface had sticky stains on them that we tried to scrub off. For how much we pay for this place and how much they advertise these “amazing units” , we were very much dissatisfied and do not plan to renew the lease.

Where at first this sounds like an amazing deal looking at a 3 bed, 3 bath for just $750 it is very misleading, as you actually get one room, one bathroom, and share the main living quarters with whoever else happens to actually be leaving in the same apartment you get thrown into. This means for every 3 bed apartment that would cost normally about $1400 in Fort Collins, this place is grossing about $2250. That's outrageous for anyone actually searching for an apartment, not a dorm.
