Union Apartments will scam you out of thousands of dollars! Renters be careful! They lie about the contents of the lease, will tell you your unit is fine during move out then months later will claimed i damaged my apartment! They couldn't provide photos. They couldn't prove the work was even done. They sent us illegally to collections twice without a judgement! These people are liars and theives! you can live anywhere else with a different company (not Cushman Wakefield). Otherwise they will scam you to pad their own pockets. Rent may seem cheap, but they will get you on the backend. Don't trust their management they are LIARS and will like in documents that they use as "evidence". Keep reading reviews many other people have had the same issue.

Don't rent here unless you want to hear your neighbor talk, walk, and use the bathroom. You can hear everything! Wake up in the middle of the night to your neighbor using the bathroom. How annoying.

My family recently moved into the Union and so far, everything has been great. From the first tour with Taylor, she was always very professional and friendly. Taylor still is very helpful and warm when we see her around the community. Our unit was in great shape moving in, and we love our new home. The park and splash pad have been a wonderful treat for our kids.

Cannot believe how disrespectful, discourteous, and rude manager Stephanie was. I was explaining to her that the new package delivery service was not working as I had a package delivered and did not receive a code to pick it up. I explained how I needed that package yesterday but could not retrieve it and how the new system that I did not sign up for when I signed my lease is causing me many issues. She dismissed me, would not let me finish a sentence, interrupted me, and put me on hold to pass me off to the assistant manager. Assistant Manager Tiffany was beyond delightful. It really puts a bad taste in my mouth to experience someone so rude at the place I live at. I was really excited to renew my lease but would rather look for another place that would treat me right and respectfully. You would think that the office would want to keep their tenants who are quiet, pay their rent early and have no issues.

The office people are awesome, I take my dog to visit them almost daily and they give her tons of love. They have lots of events from celebrations, complimentary 15 min massages, free bike rental, theater room, yoga, spin class and lots more. The pool is the best ever, my granddaughters spent almost every day in there over the summer. I was only the second building to move into these brand new apartments so there has been a few kinks to work out but they have always been quick to handle any issues. Close to many places to eat and shop. There is also a kid area with a splash pad and playground near the second pool.
