I’ve been living there going on two years in August and this is the highest the water bill has ever been. I feel like I’m paying for other peoples water bills and for the water leak that we’ve been having the city turning off and on the water so often and also when I moved in, I told him about my countertops being water damage on them. Now my stove is working on high. It will not work on a lower speed the top part. I do not recommend these apartments to anyone. I’m very unhappy unsatisfied.

The location is nice and the neighborhood. With public close by and a walkable park is very convenient. The only issue I've had is noise because of the thin walls and old windows. Also. T here is a slight trash and cockroach problem the has gotten slightly better.

When I moved in y’all gave me the worse apartment with water damage all in the kitchen and bathroom and all appliances in kitchen are the worse stove top wirk on one speed and dishwasher doesn’t clean like it suppose to and roach problem

Since my last review the property has been ok. Don’t like that the water is always off and maintenance hasn’t fixed not one thing I’ve put a request in for, including my messed up roof from a leak (and I’m on the first floor) nor my window that leaks when it rains. At this point I’m just waiting on my lease to be up so I can leave.

I have been here for almost 2 years and the staff are very nice when I go into the leasing office to ask questions. The trash pick up hasn't always been reliable but it seems to be getting better.

I’ve been begging for pest control to come handle a mouse that’s been here probably before I moved in. It took a full month before they actually came, when they did they left 1 little trap. The mouse is laughing at this stupid little trap and runs around like he owns this apartment. I’ve lost over $100 worth of food due to the mouse and I can’t use my pantry unless I want to lose more food. I have a very unwanted housemate that nobody is doing anything about. It wakes me up in the morning and all thought the night scratching around in the walls and ceiling. I thought I was moving to a decent apartment complex but now I can’t wait to leave. Unfortunately I’m only 2 months into my 12 month lease. The only reason I give 2 stars is because the office staff is nice.

This is the first apartment i ever rented and now that i know better ill do better next time . My appliances have been breaking since the first week i moved in . Water is off every 4-5 business days yet we still pay 100 for it every month. No matter how much they bomb the place and how clean you keep your apartment the giant roaches will be back . Nothing about this apartment is luxurious just pricey. Only putting 5 star so it will pop up at the top. Definitely 1 STAR!!!!! NEGATIVE 0 STARS!!! worst decision i made this year !!!

The apartment complex is very old. Moldy windows, sink and toilets are constantly clogging. The hot water is in and out. Rent is overly inflated with a bunch of hidden fees after you move in

I've lived here since 1995 and have seen a lot of people, including management, come and go. For the most part, it's been a good experience - otherwise I wouldn't have stayed. I have great, QUIET neighbors, which I truly appreciate. One item which could be improved, the stairwells are looking a bit worn and could use repainting, and I don't mean what they did last time when they just covered over what was already there. Do it right this next time and it should last longer. Overall, I like it here! Management is responsive and helpful.

Will recommend to others .Units need repairs and I had major water leak and forced out where I had to stay with a friend but still pay rent month by month feb to jMay ...Only june they cud give another unit and jul back to my own apt . so I paid rent even though Alma gave 200 usd discopunt certain months. Still cant use bedroom due heavy spraying to kill molds from interior walls

Easy and fast, was helped and the process was very quick, would recommend to others. Place is very nice and very alive. The accommodation here is very nice and nice deals

Apartments are nice and spacious for small families, moving in was a bit difficult due to parking but all in all has been a good experience so far.

So far it has been great staying here. Besides minor inconveniences, the apartment complex is a good place to live. The area looks nice and there’s lots of activities to do.

Every month of living here I’m amazing at how cozy and convenient it is being placed to so many great shops without burning gas. Less than 10 minutes I’m buying food, grocery shopping, running errands, gas stations, etc. I am even close to downtown Dallas. I work in the airport so I hardly deal with traffic. There is night patrol which makes me feel safe. My one bedroom is spacious for the bachelor. Highly recommend. I can go weeks without seeing small bugs in my apartment due to my daily regimen. My neighborhood stays clean. Even when people pile their garbage around the disposal site, the garbage personal eliminate it all. I live on the second floor and the stairs aren’t that bad. There is a lot more to brag about especially the staff, but ima leave this here

My Floorplan is nice, I have spacious bedrooms and closets. I also love my stainless steel appliances, and the subway tile backslash. However, the outside does not match! I feel like the color scheme could be updated, the breeze ways need serious cleaning, the landscaping could use some updating, the tenants with pets need more enforcement on cleaning up after their pets, I hate that I pay for a trash service that sometimes doesn't pick up my trash, I hate that my significant other has to pay to park here, or I have to pay a fee to add them to my lease! There's also a lot of loud partying and hanging out that goes without consequence.

I have recently moved in and the apartments are very nice , but the only issue I have with my apartment is that Pest control could be better.

Apartments are great! When signing a lease everyone was very clear and talked us through every step to make sure that we understood everything and felt very taken care of.

Move in wasn’t great a lot of problems. Office staff is nice but unit was dirty at move in, we found toys under the fridge, drain was packed full with hair. Unit stinks of cigarettes. Oh and the bugs……..

Trinity is awesome with customer service and maintenance. Staff and maintenance workers are super friendly and helpful. Special shout out to Karla for being freaking fantastic and fabulous ??. I feel safe with the on site security. I feel like my car is safe as well.
