Ok for the price.

Not bad. Maintenance does take awhile to show up and repair, unless it's an emergency. Rent is not bad. Manager is nice and understanding on late payments. I have found roaches in every room. They do spray, but it's not enough to get rid of them. Neighbors are nice. No crime. Schools are close by.
