Property Ratings at Tower at Tropicana Luxury Apartments
I'm leaving after only 1 year of renting and don't recommend living here for the high rent, safety concerns, near constant partying, and some questionable tenants. If you would like details of why I don't recommend living here with so many better choices out there that are much cheaper, here you go: 1. If you love to you party, you've found your people. There are parties pretty much every week in the apartments and at the pool next to the leasing office. If you work and don't want to be disturbed by drunk adults playing music loudly and screaming at 3AM on a weekday like they're in college still, don't live here. 2. The review about someone having their car broken into isn't fake. I have walked by multiple cars that were broken into in broad daylight. They claim there is a patrol service but that is not true. They only come if called and even then, they don't come for hours and you have to call again because they genuinely don’t care and don't want to drive out for any reason. 3. Rent is extraordinarily high for no reason. Appliances are ancient and die on you. The surcharges are excessive. You will pay anywhere up to $140+ in additional charges to your rent. They charge you extra fees for submitting your rent payment, even if you use a debit card. 4. There are many chill people here but, unfortunately, there is way too many questionable ones that taint the experience. I've had to call the cops more times than other rental because of someone being strung out on drugs screaming that they're going to murder their romantic partner while prowling around at the early morning hours. It happened over three separate times. There are many other incidents of partying that got so out of hand I had to call the cops (screaming and aggressive arguing/music so loud it shakes your walls/lighting fireworks, etc.). I'm a dog owner and I've come across leash-less dogs more times than I have fingers and toes. One of them ran on my dog and got on top of him. I got flipped off by the owner afterwards. That isn't the last time another dog tried running up on my dog while the owner just stood there. Dog owners be wary. I have got many, many other reasons of why you shouldn't live here. Run. Run away as fast as you can. Don't live here if you value your cash and sanity.

We were recently in Las Vegas looking at different communities as we plan to relocate from New York in the new year. We went to several places where the agents were not very friendly and rushed us because of when we were moving. We drove by Tower At Tropicana and stopped to take a look. Sheri was very professional and friendly during our tour. She showed us a vacant unit and we were trying to figure out if our furniture would fit. She offered to take us to the furnished model so we could get a better idea of what it would look like furnished. She showed us all the amenities and explained the application process and everything we needed to know. The property was very clean and well-kept. We went on many tours while there and this was the best experience we had. Sheri was so great and personable and addressed all our concerns. She even followed up with us a few times to see if we had any other questions. None of the other places we went followed up with us at all. I used to like living here. Maintenance was always quick to respond. Then new management came in. Who cares about yoga classes when you add padlocks and chains to the mailroom? Is this a ghetto? We can't access our mail on Sundays or on holidays or after 5pm? I have never lived anywhere that restricted access to the mailroom. If you work day shift, forget about getting your mail for the five days that you work. And hope you're not off on Sundays or holidays.

We're sorry that you've been dissatisfied with the aspects of our community. I can assure you that although we had new management take over 2 years ago, the onsite team has been the same for over 10 years. The fitness center was closed and locked to the public due to the directive from the Nevada Governor due to the pandemic, we were not allowed to keep this open. As for the mail room being locked after business hours, we had to do this for necessary repairs, this was only for 5 days and it has been reopened now for the past week. We did communicate to all our residents that we would be happy to accommodate you if you reached out to our office. Please feel free to come to us if there is anything we can do to make your stay here more comfortable.
I've her over a year and it really wasn't anything special I just liked the layout with 2 master bedrooms. One HUGE thing for me when I rent is having a friendly accommodating front office and Here you will not receive that type of treatment AFTER the sale. They charge you for unnecessary things. For instance, (the biggest charge) upon my move out instead of giving me my safety deposit back they charged a pet fee? I HAVEN'T HAD A PET IN 6 YEARS! And was sent to collections without notice? I have to say I have never felt so conned in my life! I typically don't like to write bad reviews but from this place I would RUN. There is plenty of nice properties with phenomenal property management. I regret signing this lease and you will too, good luck.

Decent place to live. Staff OK. Maintamce OK. Few break ins property seems to keep being bought and sold last few years. Rent has gone up every year between $30 to $50 a month last. 4 years we been here. Gym not.free. for residents .it. is gated with a guard on bike when u see him. People at random always stuffing flyers in your door Wich i cant stand. Other then that. There is worse out there
I absolutely love my apartment here! I've been living here for 6 months now and feel like I can give a proper review. When moving to Las Vegas, I had only a short time to find an apartment and settled on another property just down the street that was 'alright'. But before leaving town I stopped in here to see if they had anything available, which they did. It cost a little bit more than the other property, but it has been well worth it! The interior of the apartments are beautiful, especially the kitchen. The ladies in the office are extremely nice. Our 1 repair request was very fast and non-stressful. The property grounds are quiet and peaceful. I feel very safe and have nice neighbors. We also really enjoy the BBQ's around the property as well as the hot tubs. We haven't used the pool yet, but the hot tubs were definitely nice this winter. I would definitely check this place out before 'settling' on anything else.
Like the stories in fairy tales that have towers of wonder and enchantment, this apartment complex is one that is enchanted with a great view of the strip, friendly and personable staff, and luxuriously comfortable interior designs. It truly is like living in your own house, vs an apartment. It's location is a few miles from where all the strip action is, as well as essential home shopping needs like Walmart and Home Depot. Whether you have a car or you need to take the transit, everything you need is within this nice little community. Seasonal parties and contest keep the magic flowing. If you desire a place that caters to you and your dreams, look no further than Tower at Tropicana. A refreshing staple of southwest Las Vegas, NV.
When you think of home, you think of your own throne. A place of luxury, superior service, and security. This place has it all. Granite counter tops accented by black appliances gives the kitchen a classically modern look. Nice carpet throughout the living room and bedrooms that feels so soft on your feet, and a cozy fireplace to complete all the comforts of your royal home. I truly feel at peace in my castle and I have the great looking staff that secure my tower by gate and by man power, as well as timely maintenance to thank for that peace of mind. Privacy is respected as well as quiet. Royals know the value they have and expect the same of whatever they own, and Tower at Tropicana definitely knows my worth.

Tower at Tropicana provides resort living, garden parklike grounds. Security and gated property. 1-bedroom, 1-bath, 2-bedroom, 2-bath apartments with granite counter tops, all appliances, fullsize washer-dryer, walkin closets, open concept dining-living room, patio, AC throughout. the apartments are nicely upgraded (granite countertops, paint, etc). great location, close to freeways. management is very good- always available, quick to fix any problem. 6 month leases available, not just 12.
I have lived here for about 2 years. The location is perfect close to my job and close enough to the strip if family visits but also away from the craziness that can sometimes be the strip. The staff is really nice and helpful. Property is kept very clean, and if you need maintenance work done they are pretty good about coming out that day to fix the issue. Haven't had to call many times though. Don't really have too many issues with noise. Nice dog areas. Renovated apartments. Love it here!!!
We have lived here at Tower At Tropicana for about a year and a half. My daughter and I live in one of the 2x2 units and it works out perfect for us since she is a teenage girl and wanters her own space(They are set up roommate style). I do wish that both bedrooms had the roman tub but I have a standup shower now and my daughter has the large tub. Location works great for us because my daughter goes to Durango High School and it is literally down the block with another elementry school(not sure what it's called) close to the property as well. We have only had to put in a maintenance request a couple of times and both times it was fixed the same day. The first was my dryer not drying and that was fixed right away and the second was my a/c wasn't working a couple of weeks ago and they even came out on a sunday after hours! The girls are friendly in the office and are to the point. My only complaint would be that they need to have more covered parking spaces closer to my unit. Generally one of the cleaner properties we lived at and would recommed to my family members.
I love my apartment, my neighbors and the staff at my apartment community. Their maintenance staff gets work done the same day! My apartments is upgraded and I get nothing but compliments when friends and family visit. I love TOWER AT TROPICANA
With the exception of 3 years, (between 2000-20014) We have stayed in an apartment at the Tower.. The staff is always friendly and will answer any call.. The maintenance staff is right there for you.( we have had to use at times). The office management goes beyond, to help you with anything you need.. Once in awhile, we have had neighbors be to loud.. and the staff takes care of it right away.. When ever we are in Las Vegas, that is our home.
The apartments are beautiful but the way the staff & manager treat you thats the worse! Stay away i wouldnt recommened to my worst enemy! I called the corporate office & of course they didnt care!
