The GreatSchools Rating helps parents compare schools within a state based on a variety of school quality indicators and provides a helpful picture of how effectively each school serves all of its students. Ratings are on a scale of 1 (below average) to 10 (above average) and can include test scores, college readiness, academic progress, advanced courses, equity, discipline and attendance data. We also advise parents to visit schools, consider other information on school performance and programs, and consider family needs as part of the school selection process.

Property Ratings at Tivoli
If I could give them zero stars, I would! There is always dog poop on the ground and in front of the apartment door and maintenance rarely picks up the dog poop; they expect the tenants to pick up poop of someone else's dog. The walls are very thin so you will hear lots of noise coming from the apartments next door to you. They also have people who come enter your apartment without your notice to check alarms in the apartment and they also have maintenance perform yard work in front of tenants' front door without notice. The staff, Essie and Paige are very rude after you have paid the rent for move-in; they do not acknowledge their tenants nor the apartment needs! They also try to charge you lots of money when you move out although the apartment is left looking the way it was when you moved in. Save yourself the trouble of living here, do not make a terrible mistake!
Property Manager at Tivoli, Responded To This Review
We're sorry to hear that your experience did not meet your expectations. Our team takes resident feedback seriously and strives to maintain a clean, respectful, and responsive community for all. While we understand that move-out charges and lease responsibilities can be a point of contention, we always provide clear documentation and follow industry standards when assessing units at move-out. Regarding maintenance and communication concerns, we follow notice protocols in accordance with local laws and aim to provide timely updates for all routine inspections and service needs. As for community cleanliness, all residents are expected to clean up after their pets, and we do our best to monitor compliance and take corrective action when necessary. We regret that your time with us ended on a frustrating note and wish you the best moving forward. -The Team at Tivoli
I have been a resident here for a little over a year and a half now. The staff in the leasing office is always kind and willing to help with whatever way possible they can. They are always friendly and I have yet to have a bad experience. The maintenance crew is knowledgeable and friendly as well. They always get the maintenance requests done in a time manner and their repair work is done professionally. They work diligently to keep the property clean. It’s quiet here. Their rates are competitive with neighboring apartment properties but the friendliness of the staff is what stuck out too me. Big thanks to Kasi and Julissa in the leasing office for always being friendly and answering any questions I have. Also, thanks to Josh in maintenance, he is very personable and his knowledge of electrical and A/C is spot on. Thank you to everyone else in the leasing office and maintenance crew as well but, I unfortunately can’t put a name to a face.
This apartment and complex does the trick. The apartments are nice with big rooms. Maintenance is quick. Staff is friendly. Complex has all the essentials. But if you are looking to live in the lap of luxury this may not be the place for you. The appliances are a bit out dated. The parking is packed and not the best. The gym could be updated and stocked properly. The pool was 24 hours which was very nice but they changed that recently.
Tivoli has given us the peace and security of being at home. The rate is reasonably and the staff is professional.Maintenace is excellent and the landscape is very beautiful.Tivoli has many community events to bring the neighbors together. The apartments all are spacious.Tivoli is a friendly, peaceful And a excellent place to call home, love living here.
I love the apartment we have. I love the area. My husband is Military and this is definitely the best off-base option we found. Every work order we have put in has been completed in a timely manner and the maintenance staff is very nice. Likewise, I have not met many people here but the ones I have are all kind. The amenities work for my lifestyle. The biggest downfall is that when maintenance cleaned up the apartment before we moved in, they painted over everything. They did not clean a single thing they painted. I am assuming the people before us had some sort of pet because there are little hairs painted into the walls and most of the touch-ups you can tell weren't taped. There are just careless mistakes like that all over the apartment. Not enough to deter us from living here, but enough to notice.
I was selected to move to LV from Phoenix by my employer in Nov of 2014. I only had 2 WEEKS to find a place! Me and my sister looked at over 15 places in a day in a half. I came across Tivoli by a basic Google search. First impression: BEAUTIFUL community! I read reviews about break ins and bugs, I am the first to run the other direction BUT I loved the look of this place SO much that I continued to research, and decided to rent, (14 month lease!) I spoke to the apartment manager who was VERY honest about issues in the past but assured me I would be okay and would be well taken care of in my move in process and that is EXACTLY what happened. From the space that I have in my 2 bedroom, to the quiet inviornment, I have no complaints. Parking can be an issue depending on what time you get off of work (late night) and parking is shared, but plenty of open spots for visitors. I feel safe and have been just fine here at Tivoli.
The complex is eye catching, easy access to the 95 North, Walmart, Sam's and Walmart neighborhood market are nearby. The apartments are good size, the stairway are indoor, clean complex, GREAT POOL and nice area to grill, FANTASTIC STAFF and monthly activities e.g. wine tasting and parties for the renters. GREAT PLACE TO LIVE. THE VARGAS FAMILY.
They have great staff that has come to my need since I moved in. The rent is decent and the lowest I could find for a good location. I pay less than other apartments wanted for a 2 bedroom. The anemities are awesome and I love it here!
