Ive been here about 1 yr now and I love it! The managers & maintenance are great! They do really do care & will help us however they can. The apts are very nice & cozy. They also make sure everything is in working order for us. Ive only had to call them once to fix smthn & they were on it right away. I love my apartment. ~~A.C.
I Love my apartment complex.. Any time I need any thing mix they always there to fix.. If I'm late on my rent they work with me.. There just real nice and they well help you help you out with anything they can.. So I just love living here.. I would love to win a life time of free rent or even one year.. Things are tuff for me now on I'm the only one working . So this would help out a lot . Thank you hope to hear from you soon
Tiffany Place is an ok community. The amenities of having an indoor/outdoor pool, small gym, tanning beds and having water, cable and internet is pretty sweet. This is a pet friendly community and as far as I am aware they don't have breed restrictions (i have seen numerous pit bulls and german shepards). It is also really nice that when things break like the AC the office staff makes sure maintenance comes quick and repairs it. There are only a few things that I would change about the complex itself. It would be really nice if they allowed electronic/onlinepayments or accepted credit/debit payments. I believe it would be more beneficial to the residents and staff if they setup their webpage to allow service requests and rent payments. Another issue is the complex must have a contract with The tow company because they often tow residents vehicle for various infractions even when parked in their assigned spots. The only other thing that would be nice is if the apartment wasn't all electric because with the extreme heat the bill gets high quick from running the AC all the time. On the bright side it is fairly close to shopping centers, elementary schools, UMC hospital, and the strip. I would recommend Tiffany Place to those who want to live in a decent complex and those who might have had issues renting in the past.
I'm still new to the complex but so far it's great. Very friendly people in the office, security 24hrs a day, and nice pool and fitness area. The only thing I would change is making the fitness area also 24 hrs. Awesome place to live and love that internet and direct tv is included in my rent.
