Great community! Gables Tanglewood is a great location to live in. I have been living here for the past 2 years and it’s been a great experience.

I have lived here since 2021 my experience was great so far, it’s a bit pricey but the location and the service is great too. I highly recommend it

Great experience with friendly office team, professional maintenance. I love that they make effort to keep the community clean and the level of communication from front office over the past few years has been great.

Love this property! Literally no complaints since moving in! No bugs, no noise, no loud neighbors. Great location to shopping centers and the galleria. Grocery is just a few minutes away.

Gables Tanglewood is an exceptional place to live. It boasts an outstanding manager, a dedicated staff, top-notch security, impeccable cleanliness, and a welcoming, family-friendly atmosphere.

Over all good experience living at Gables Tanglewood. I definitely take advantage of the amenities. The coffee is probably one of my favorite.

Leasing office staff were very nice and incredibly informative. Gina was quick to respond to any questions or concerns we had during the application process.

Almost my 2nd year living at Gables. I wish they put as much into the common area into the actual building though. Like fire alarms always going off and power outages especially when it’s cold outside

Great place staff take care of problems quickly. Minus the gate being broken several times there isn’t much to complain about regardless of the amount of people still living still a quiet place to live. Parking can be a hassle sometimes for guest along with getting towed but great living space if you don’t want to be bothered

The value of this apartment complex has deteriorated over the past 2 years. There are less residents events, and the ones that do get organized feel cheaper. Maintenance wise, the team still responds very promptly, but we've had many issues recently due to the low quality of the work (that lead to more work being needed). I can't say I would recommend this place to live anymore, unless money is of no concern, in which case, the amenities and apartment finishes are very nice, and the staff is responsive.

It's been a great place to live. There have been some ups and some downs but overall extremely Please with the staff and the community. As the price of rent has raised this will probably be the out last year. From two thousand sixteen until now we've called this place our home. Still a wonderful place.

All staffs are very kind and polite. Prompt response help me always. I have no complaint so far. Very good. But sometimes someone put trash boxes on the outside at the time other than promised time.

I have been living here for only a month and I love. Great community, love that it is closed to most places galleria, bisou and etc....yet give you a sense of home and privacy.

Really nice complex and well-maintained for the most part. We have to get our security gate fixed however, the 8 residents that had their vehicle windows smashed out are all out $500 for new windows.

Very safe and friendly neighborhood with great amenities. The staff here are very friendly and helpful and always go out of their way to help everyone

Its been great living here! I just wish the coffee machine & grills were always in tip top shape. The gate is always having maintenance issues & that comes along with more break ins. Also I know trucks keep delivering where they shouldn't causing damage to the building. We recently experienced a false fire alarm early in the morning too. Harsh way to wake up.

Community needs some serious attention. Staff in leasing office resort to “nothing to do with us” when mailboxes were left open overnight, gate is always opened or broken, cars have been broken into 5 times in just a month alone, alarms going off at 6 AM, power outages within the community, “security” on their phones or in their cars not patrolling, the list goes on. Very disappointing had high hopes for the community because of the name and location but regardless of those two thing this community is failing at keep their residents happy and safe.

We love it here! From the application to the move in, Chris and the office team and Juan the service manager have all been so great! We love our apartment and the views too! Thanks guys! ??

This is an excellent place to live. The location is great. It is close to shopping and restaurants. Excellent access to the freeways. The best aspect of living here is the concierge and maintain service. Both are excellent.

I love it here! I’ve been here 6 months now and have had no problems. Amenities are always clean and the concierge is great. Chris, Gina and Nadia in the office are awesome and the maintenance team is super quick to complete work orders! The only negative thing I could think of is visitor parking is only on the 8th floor and the first two floors are retail parking. I think it would be great if they could make at least the 2nd floor additional visitor parking as I hardly see people that are visiting the retail area actually park there. Not that big of a deal but I think it would be beneficial.

They really have a great team here! Gina and maintenance are both amazing and handle business quickly and efficiently. Nadia is an absolute gem!!

It is a nice experience over all to live here. The amenities are good, and the customer service is great. The location is also very convenient.

Leasing office was fantastic! Applied right when we finished the tour. I was very comfortable while touring the apartment complex and community. I am really happy with my decision!

My husband and I have lived here 2 years and have loved it! We enjoy the amenities, especially the Sky Lounge. It's always clean and a great quiet space to work. The beautiful infinity pool is great for sunning and relaxing. We love having the 2 Restaurants dowmstairs to grab a quick bite or meet Family/Friends for dinner. We have seen the most beautiful sunrises & sunsets from our balcony and love having our morning coffee or enjoying a glass of wine after a long day. It's been the best place to live since we"ve been here in Houston.!

So far it's been good, the building is well kept and everyone is polite. Haven't had issues in general & so far maintenance is great too. The location is perfect for the vibe I was wanting too.

I've lived here for about 18 months. These walls are nice & thick. I never hear from my neighbors. This staff and maintenance are super responsive. Very happy tenant.

I've been in this community for 3 years. While I've seen many residents come and go, I have enjoyed the location of this property as well as the property it's self. The amenities are great and the maintenance team is by far the most responsive and respectful that group that I've come across.

a leasing agent at the community, is the absolute best! The facility is beautiful. Amenities are amazing and the staff is so friendly. Mayra showed me around and helped me throughout the whole process. She is very knowledge, funny, and kind. Gables is lucky to have her. The team jumped to action with service requests and will do anything to help the residents. A+ to the property manager running this location, you guys do it right!

All the process are really smooth and the place is really nice and well kept. Great community and great surrounding area as well. Everything you need (grocery stores, restaurants, shopping, etc.) is in walking

I just moved in from out of state for a new job and everything feels wonderful. The people are kind, helpful and well-mannered as well. It's been great so far.

Been living at the gables for close to a year now and this location and it’s amenities can’t be beat. It’s wonderful group of people and the office is very responsive and friendly. Clean, spacious and the high rise ceilings are my personal favorite elements in herez

I like it so far. Everyone is somewhat nice get a few different looks every now and then but I maintain. Nice and quiet and peaceful so far. And my favorite thing is the Bluetooth system that is provide.

The apartments are great most residents are very friendly as well as the staff, I’ve been seeing a lot of improvements just a few minor issues that could be fixed but for the most part this is a lovely place

We love living here and the food options downstairs. The staff is pleasant & helpful. Only issue is packages left downstairs piling up for everyone to rummage through.

Great place to live. Very walkable areas lots of restaurants and Grocery stores nearby. Maintenance is always Is very quick and responsive. We enjoy living here.

I’m a new resident here at the tangle. This is day two and it’s been amazing so far. The staff is amazing and so hopeful and love love my unit.

Gables Tanglewood is a Beautiful property with beautiful amenities. I love my apartment and I love the location of the property easy access to local food.

I have had a great move in experience with Gables tangle wood! So far everything have been great. I love the ease of walking downstairs to grab a bite to eat.

Generally well managed & well maintained! The only thing that annoys me is that the coffee machine is always out of something if that’s what sold you

Our stay at Gables Tanglewood has been fantastic. We have enjoyed our time here. The building and amenities are well-managed and cares for. Everything is always kept really clean and smelling great! The maintenance staff are heaven-sent! They are a group of AMAZING people who are always ready to help and do so in a timely-manner, with a smile on their face, even when they're called out on a weekend. That has made our stay here even better - having issues resolved quickly.

Overall, I would highly recommend the Apartment complex to anyone looking for a great place to live. The location, amenities, and staff all make it an excellent choice for anyone who wants to enjoy a comfortable and convenient lifestyle.

Friendly staff! Great safe location…stores n restaurants easily accessible . Centrally located, close to galleria, city centre and downtown

Nice amenities. Well maintained. Quiet. Responsive to problems. Good communication, for example when there was a problem with the gate, they kept us informed as to when it would be fixed.
