Poor inspection of unit before releasing keys to new resident I probably predicted that my unit would not be properly ready for me to move in on the scheduled day. My leasing was signed with plenty time for them to prepare it, one month prior, and I even sent an email a week before asking for pest control, to inspect all items in the list and if clean and ready to move in. Well, it was not. Key copy was not made, unit was very dirty and when going through the inventory condition form I had to list several items not in proper condition. Just to list a few: blinds damaged/broken, disposal not working, kitchen sink loose/detached from stone counter, cabinet handle missing, toilet flush stuck and keeps running…) I placed maintenance request, 4 days and waiting for maintenance visit to fix it all.

Mail room needs to be expanded and more safe Mail room, for the amount of residents, is too small, which make it not safe for our delivered packages. They just stay dropped on the floor, instead of in a safe lock, many times. Also, the car gate situation, some times, with anyone pig backing going through, makes it too easy, for people who don’t live in the complex to get in. Other than that, everyone in the office is nice and I really like my apt and the complex.

Security I wish the VIV paid as much attention to the security of the property as they do to trash violations. The lack of security cameras and the access gates which are all too often propped open.

I’ve lived here since 2020. The last 2 years this place has declined astronomically. New ownership, can never keep a maintenance team, grounds a dirty filled with trash. The worst is DOG POOP IS EVERYWHERE. Often found in my own hallway! Staff is SLOW to react. Security concerns- car gates always being left open, front entrance gate was smashed in and has been left open for 3 weeks as of the date of this review.
Prompt and Efficient! Thanks for the technician's prompt response and quickly get our shower fixed!

Request for service are always promptly acted on. The most recent case is fixing the light in the kitchen, the technician is very deligent in his work, making sure all missing nuts are replaced even though he has to walk back and forth to the store room.
Horrible security, everything not bolted down (and many things that are) are constantly stolen here. The parking garage gate is a massive joke, it might as well not even be there. Save yourself the money, run from this place.

Stay away from this property . Management never pick phone or call back . They don't respond to any email . They recently made us pay hefty amount for countertop damage , which is pre existing condition in my apartment . Everything is documented in Move in form , since the apartment management changed they don't have the document . When the management transitioned , they didn't inform residents so I missed all my documents in portal . Multiple shooting , car break-ins and weed , no security for anyone here
