My family and have loved it here since we first visited. It’s been a few weeks since we moved but so far so good. People are friendly, the leasing office staff are helpful and respectful. I love the convenience all around.

Move in was very easy. Building has been quiet. I've put in one maintenance request so far and they were really fast and got it fixed the same day.

Beautiful complex, very nice gym, pool and other amenities. Courteous and friendly staff. Also has great parking and convenient to shopping and dining!

I am a new resident here at The Victor, so far I have loved it. The rental rate is very reasonable, the location is unbeatable, and I have had no issues while living here so far. Maintenance is very fast if you have any issues, neighbors are respectful, and it stays relatively quiet through the day and night outside. No complaints!

I would like to express my heartfelt thanks to Kirsten for making my move-in process seamless and stress-free. Initially, I had chosen a one-bedroom unit, but at the very last minute, I decided to switch to a one-bedroom with a den. Kirsten’s promptness in checking availability, conducting a walkthrough, and updating my lease was nothing short of remarkable. Additionally, I truly appreciate her effort in retrieving my packages until I was able to set up Parcel Pending. Her dedication and willingness to assist did not go unnoticed. I would also like to recognize Thomas for going above and beyond by retrieving a bell cart and bringing it to my unit to assist the movers. His readiness to help made a significant difference in my moving experience. Thank you both for your outstanding service!

I love this place! Close to the Exit and shops are right in the community. It’s secured!

I love the location. Its quiet but so close to shopping, restaurants and entertainment.The management team is very helpful. The residents are kind and considerate.

I love living here. Everything has become so much better since the new staff took over. Janelle is always so friendly and knowledgeable.

Difficult to communicate with the staff, in that they often didn't respond. For instance, they scheduled an inspection but missed it three times and didn't respond to emails. When I asked questions, they couldn't answer them because they lost records. They didn't even track that I had turned in my keys. Location is convenient, but pricey. Would recommend finding a place elsewhere and take the train if you can.

We’ve been here since north building still under construction it is over 9 years. We love this apartment and neighborhood, management’s nice and no issues at all.

Extremely quiet community. Staff is extremely professional and go out of their way to assist when asked.

I have an overall excellent experience with my stay here at Bell Stonebridge Apt. The manager and staff are helpful and provide assistance when needed. The location is convenient close to exit I-95 and there are variety of retail stores and Wegman’s grocery, is walking distance from my apartment. My grandson’s pet Eli came to visit and love the walk around the beautiful landscape and garden here, at Bell Stonebridge in Woodbridge. I love this community! We love you Denarsha!

Its a very convenient area. I’m comfortable living here at Bell Stonebridge. Awesome staff and just a beautiful area close to the grocery and stores I like.

I have been a resident at Bell Stonebridge for nearly four years and have been very happy with my time here. The office staff is very helpful and friendly. Only complaint, though no fault of Bell Stonebridge, are the cars that speed by leaving the town center, and are quite loud at times. But my overall experience at Stonebridge has been wonderful!

I must say the Staff at Bell made me feel right at home. They really work hard to please everyone and we know you can't make everyone a 100% Happy but from what I observed they really make every effort to make everyone happy...

Overall it’s a nice place to live, the management staff Terrika and Denaesha are approachable, and handle concerns and issues asap. The maintenance staff Ben and Josef are very respectful of my apartment, and do their best to handle what ever concerns regarding the work orders, and making sure that apartment is left neat after the work.

The front office staff is very responsive to residential concerns. Danarsha is very warm & welcoming and attentive to residents needs.

Management and maintenance staff are great. Building is clean and well maintained. Since Stonebridge is a popular shopping and dining spot with a few bars, traffic can get loud sometimes if your apartment is facing River Walk Way. Specifically the cars with modified mufflers and motorcycles… sometimes late in the night. I suggest adding speed bumps and another stop sign to discourage speeding and for safety.

The properties are kept well maintained and the people are pretty nice around here so far. Any maintenance issues I’ve had (which have not been a lot) have been resolved pretty quickly. The management and leasing office team is always very helpful and friendly. Thank you!

The best thing about Bell Stonebridge is the location. It's close to I-95 & the express lanes. It's across from the Town Center with restaurants, shops, banks, grocery store...practically anything you'd need other than a gas station.

We ate so pleased to be in this apartment and the management is excellent, knowledgeable and very respectful to us.

I have lived at Stonebridge for 3.5 years now and have been very happy with my stay. The one complaint would be the car speeding with loud engines that go on, often late in evening, on road in front of building. But I have been pleased that Bell Stonebridge is aware and has sent messages they are looking for suggestions to rectify this problem.

From the day I moved here in September, I know from experience that I chose the right place to live. I have no complaints about management. Speaking for myself, this is the reason I have given them the highest rating possible.

Apartment is comfortable and roomy. Stores and restaurants across the street are amazing. They have everything I need. The staff are all friendly and incredibly helpful. Highly recommend this community.

An amazing place from day one! The staff, the gyms, even a dog park! Close to everything and easy to find. Practically perfect!

Living at Bell Stonebridge has been an amazing experience. The staff was extremely knowledgable, responsive, and welcoming throughout the entire process. Everyone that lives here is friendly and kind. I have had no noise issues or any other. All common spaces are cleaned everyday.

Chevy(management) is one of the rudest people i've come into contact with and they hardly enforce any policies unless it gives them more money. I truly hope this place goes under or they remove this incompetent staff because they truly do not care. For the love of everything holy avoid this place like the plague. The management has to change and i've heard this from multiple tenants there.

Its a nice place, Im just fed up with walking in apartment everyday looking for bugs. Ive been here almost 2 years and still kill the SAME bugs since I first complained. I look at other areas in the community and it seems other areas are worse than mine, which doesnt make me feel any better. But Ive complained a numerous amount of times and Im so uncomfortable in my space. I never know when I may wake up seeing bugs over my head coming out the vent. What a unfortunate lack of peace.

The customer service of the staff is impeccable. This is a great place to call home.
