The Victor by Windsor

I’m heading into my third year at The Victor by Windsor, and there’s nowhere else I’d rather live. The staff are amazing, especially the building operations team who keep everything spotless and handle maintenance quickly and professionally. I absolutely love the amenities and the unbeatable location. This place truly feels like home, and I wouldn’t want to live anywhere else!

The maintenance team — and specifically Jose — have been incredible throughout our entire three years at The Victor. We’re so grateful for their support and professionalism, which were a major reason we chose to stay in the building as long as we did. Thank you, Jose and team!

Maintenance has been awesome in this building so far. A washing machine failure was replaced within literally 2 hours and they did extra preventative maintenance on the dryer, answered all of my questions, and were incredibly helpful. A real highlight.

I've been a resident of The Victor by Windsor for several years. The building's location and the vista that my apartment home provides have been factors in staying this long. Jose, Wilson and the building's maintenance and cleaning staff are friendly, reliable, efficient and professional. Likewise, Chrystall, Margarita and the regular concierge staff make day-to-day living in the building more manageable and pleasant. One of the best apartment complexes I've ever lived in (I've lived in many). A true hidden gem. The gift-wrapping station is a genius idea and one of the perks of this special place!

The maintenance team at The Victor continues to be impressive. The service, friendliness, prompt response, and fixing the need on the first visit is unmatched from my previous experience at other properties. Jose in maintenance continues to be a friend to the tenants, and this visit involved Wilson who also greets everyone every time he runs into you. Excellent team and great service which continues to be a reason for positive tenant experience which keeps up renewals.
