The Vibe, has the potential to be a great community, however it falls short due to ongoing issues with the elevator, on going issues with butterfly apps, irresponsible pet owners, and overly priced rent.

Honestly, had a serious issue had a bad fall had a loss and I went to the office to talk about it and nobody was sympathetic or came out to talk to me and asked me if I’m even OK or I’m sorry for your loss. I asked their number for the higher up. I called multiple numbers till I got a hold of Nadia And she was very understanding and she listened to me and she helped me out and I am grateful for her and gray star made my living experience a little better, but if I have a problem, she would be my favorite person to go. Talk to to fix a problem because the office only cares about taking your money and late fees. They don’t care about anything about you was my experience throughout the new Staffing that they have got. Thank you again, Nadia. I really do appreciate you for everything that you have done for me for my experience at the vibe. I had to leave because I don’t wanna think about it and if you have any issues, I definitely recommend her cause at least somebody has some Heart. Thank you Nadya for your kindness !

The Vibe Miami is a great place to live! Maintenance is speedy, prompt, and immediately responsive. I also love the new app for building entry. I can sincerely tell that Management cares and is making an effort to improve the community.
Hey guys, Just here to put out a little warning to anyone considering on moving to the Vibe. I had to terminate my lease early due to a terminal illness in my immediate family, and the building association has made this already difficult process so much worse. It is nearly impossible to get a response from building management, and when you do, it won't be anything helpful or informative nor will they actually address/process the task they need to complete. It has taken me going above building management, and to the overhead facilities management company to try and elicit a response on this and even THEN, I have not been super successful. Even after weeks - months of me AND my mom begging these people to do their jobs, they couldn't even process the early termination correctly because I was mischarged for fees that are completely irrelevant such as charging for rent and late rent payment, parking and utilities fees that were issued AFTER I ALREADY MOVED OUT. And additionally, an insufficient notice fee which is super unacceptable since I gave ample notice of early termination and building management did absolutely NOTHING to process it even though I have email correspondence with them confirming receipt of my move-out notice (which again, was given well in advance). And on top of this, the fact that building management is even charging me a hefty move out cost after being so blatantly incompetent and so severely unhelpful is honestly beyond me. I agreed to pay these costs for early termination because I was trying to do the right thing, because I thought they were going to do the right thing too (their job) which clearly has not happened. There have been other issues with this building as well, such as break-ins, pest issues, miscoordination of parking, trash chute problems, elevator issues, power outages, lack of hot water, packages getting stolen/missing, rudeness from maintenance workers, huge/loud dogs that never stop barking, the walls are so thin you will hear EVERYTHING, pool closure for months during spring/summer, and more. I could accept all of that stuff because I am a pretty tolerant person but at least I would expect to have a building management staff/team that could even pretend to care/do their job at the VERY LEAST, but you won't find that here. Save yourself the headache and just live somewhere else, this building is expensive, and you can put that money into a place with staff that actually cares to do their job. Cheers!

I hate that I have to even write a review, but this seems to be the only way to get management's attention. I have been trying to follow up and get an update on a check refund and unfortunately have gotten no answer or follow-up. Dealing with this property has been a nightmare. Poor customer service and bad communication. I'm disappointed in the service, especially as they advertise as luxury apartments. If you’re looking for luxury and good service, this is not the place! I currently live at one of the sister properties this problem is with this property only and not a reflection of the entire management company.

Después de 4 meses aproximados de haberme mudado no han devuelto el depósito de garantía que fue bastante elevado. Según contrato te dicen a los 30 días se te devuelve el depósito con las deducciones respectivas. Mucha irresponsabilidad y mentiras. Siempre cuando consulto indican que el cheque lo han “enviado” pero la dirección estuvo mala, ya he dado la dirección más de 6 veces y tres veces me han dicho lo mismo lo cual ya es un irrespeto a un cliente o inquilino que nunca falló en su responsabilidades. Llego a esta vía para poder hacer eco y me respondan.

Location is great. Apartments are new and comfortable. The staff is nice. Feels safe. The only thing that is not great is the stench of the dog park. But other than that I am happy living here.
Lots of issues in the garage there have been theft and there are no cameras only on the first floor my cars tag was stolen and vandalized, my fiancés car was broken into and stolen the property and management does not add security or cameras on the rest of the garage
