Some improvements... I'm glad that more reminders of building policies are emailed out. But not much is being done with tenants being held responsible. Tenants still smoke in the common areas and such...other tenants see this and do the same. Building is clean. Packages are better handled. I give it four stars.

Mostly positive Pros: Staff is nice and seemed to be thorough and responsive to pre-move in questions. Apartment was clean with upgraded kitchen appliances and countertops. Garage is nice & I like my parking spot. Online app was convenient and streamlined the move in process. There are a good number of communal areas which I'm sure some like. Cons: Apt wasn't quite ready in the morning of move in date. They said they still had to fix something and carpet was wet still where they treated a prior stain. Toilet seems to occasionally run on its own though I haven't reported that. Parking is kind of expensive & wish they had EV stations. Biggest con is that the halls smell like a kennel but good thing is, the apt doesn't.

Management is the worst I’ve ever dealt with Never in my life would I ever move in to this place. Outdated apartments the whole place is smoking mirrors from the vinyl flooring to the wood sticker cabinets. Nothing is luxury about this building except for the pricing. Nick from management is the reason why I moved. Lack of communication and just poor management kill this location.

I recently had an issue with my air conditioning, and they were incredibly responsive and efficient. They got everything up and running quickly, and now my apartment is perfectly cool and comfortable — just in time for the warm weather. Garbage disposal & clothes dryer Adriano arrived within an hour after I filed my maintenance request and promptly resolved both issues. He also gave me tips on how to prevent or minimize those problems from happening again. The entire maintenance department is a credit to SoFi - they are all prompt, responsive and professional. Washer Machine We are so happy that everything was done so quickly! Our only complaint is that the washer that we were given was very dirty on the inside and it’s very difficult to clean. I do not feel comfortable washing my clothing in a dirty machine.

Comfortable apartment Comfortable apartment. On occasions when I have had some difficulty, the maintenance staff has come quickly to resolve the problem. The common areas are kept clean. The only negative thing is that some neighbors do not respect the speed of cars in the parking lot.

The complex is okay, but they just decided to add a dedicated playground inside one of the courtyards, in a place where normal speaking voices already echo. If you value peace and quiet, or your sanity, don't move here.

Iwould recommend because everyone who works here is amazing. There has been so many positive changes since Cushman and Wakefield took over the community and honestly, this has been the best experience in the last ten years of living here.
I still have concerns on the security through the garage but overall I am impressed with the changes the new owners are making.
Maintenance was professional, dog-friendly, and wore a mask when I requested it.
The Sofi is a beautiful complex to live in and aesthetically charming. I wish my apt had a terrace but due to losing closest space and bedroom space, I do not.
If they worked harder in keeping cleanliness of building and working on marijuana problem then maybe I would recommend also apartment appliances and cabinets are old and need replacement

since SOFI i have noticed a decline in staff approachability.. not like when it was the UNION and I moved in. very different and unpleasantly so

I have been a resident here at the property for almost ten years; going through Avalon, Greystar and Cushman and Wakefield. Even though they all have been some what good, I want to say that Cushman and Wakefield or Sofi Lyndhurst stood out the most by far. When you live at an apartment, in my opinion, what matters is the excellent communication between the residents and the office staff because well you live here 24-7 and something is always happening. Every person I have encountered since the transition to Sofi Lyndhurst from Peter, the assistant property manager to Chris, Daniella, Danny and Frank in the maintenance team have been nothing but kind, well knowledged, professional and proactive on the issues. I chose this property because I like the location; quite yet close to everything you need. I am happy going into my eleventh year here at the property especially with the new management and I can't wait to see the better changes to come.
At this moment I am not happy or comfortable with this community. I am waiting and seeing what the new Property Manager will do. Some of my biggest concerns is security, entry doors being broken and not fixed, garage door constantly breaking and taking long for the garage door to be repaired. Like I mentioned, the residents that are moving in, I feel are not respectful or their community, a staff that couldn't be bothered.
I think the apartment has a great location with many diverse options
It is close to everything and is pretty much all someone needs,
Love everything about the apt..sometimes hard to get a hold of leasing office.
I recommend because is Comfortable and a nice place to live with nice amenities
The new management has been absolutely horrible. They took over this month and it has been absolutely impossible to get hold of them. They updated their phone numbers on their website and it routes to the wrong complex. They don't respond to emails. Residents have been left in the dark since this change happened.

The Union is a great place to live, amazing neighbors and easy commute to NYC for work
Good Overall experience but residents should at least be allowed 1 guest in the pool area during summer time. Complex repairs take a while to be completed.
We love our new apartment, and how everything we need from groceries to entertainment is within 10min driving distance. The grounds are beautifully kept and the overall experience of signing our lease was smooth and easy.

Leasing office and maintenance team have been very professional and flexible. The location is convenient and have multiple transit options to the city.
