Property Ratings at The Standard at Copperfield
Unfortunately the quality of the property has gone down. People leave trash outside in the hallway on off trash pick up days. The neighbors are very loud.
Maintenance guys are great! They are very quick to fix the reported items. Very helpful. Nice and quite apartment unit with spacious floor plan.
Since i’ve been here the maintenance team has gone above and beyond for our community and can’t express how good the turn around time is. All around everyone in the community is really friendly and nice.
I love living here we have had great experience, although there’s one little issue I’ve had with other residents, I live on first floor building 8 there’s always dog poop on that hallway and sidewalks and also I believe that residents should be more careful with they’re dogs when they take them out for walk some of them don’t even bring them out with a dog leash and don’t seem to care for others getting bit by their pets I have a 9 year old that was almost attack by a do so I would appreciate if that could be something it can be done or fix
Great place to live the amenities are wonderful the staff is very friendly and responsive the units are spacious and perfect. Love living here.
The insulation in these buildings are horrible. You hear everything. I hate it. Can’t wait to move. I hear my neighbors when they walk downstairs, I’m on the 3rd floor. I hear when all my neighbors leave or come home because my floor vibrates or my front door shakes from them slamming their doors. Hate it. Get me out of here. Other than that, they keep it pretty clean over here. No one has gotten their tires took in a few months.

As a whole our experience has been pretty good. The apartment is spacious and property is upkeep. I would like to continue satying here just another unit. The only issue is the amount of nosie from my upstairs neighbors. I have reached out to management and they did handle thie issue. The nosies are down a little bit. The people upstairs are just nosing.
The apartment are great, lots of amenities and things to do around the place. A few dog parks for the pet lovers and lots of playgrounds for the kids.

Not so well. My car got broken into. I got charged twice for electricity. And never got my money back. Then they sold out and didn’t even let us know. Horrible experience
It is an good experience. There is a pool where we can swim during hot summer. The apartments are clean and gated too. The environment is good to live here.

So good so far. Not happy with the ownership change, or the name change. Wish it was a bit more quiet, but neighbors are nice. I love how everyone is pretty good about cleaning up afterwards their pets. Pool is awesome, amenities are even better.
There is an extreme pest problem. I’ve had to discard a pantry full of groceries twice. Maintenance is very sketchy and will enter your apartment for no reason without a 24hr notice. The office can never tell you why maintenance entered which is actually scary. Maintenance has left notices on my door, full of ants. I truly believe that was done on purpose because that guy is really creepy. staff seems nice with the exception of the maintenance guy. The walls and floorboards are extremely thin. I can hear my neighbors walk. The floor creeps really bad so good luck getting quality sleep. You have no control over your A/C .on & off all day. Constantly runs but doesn’t cool well. So get ready for a high electricity bill. The complex has new management since being bought out, so I’m not sure how the new management will be. Management can really tighten up with the pool rules of people not hogging all tables with their belongings while not even occupying the tables. It’s a mess.
So far I love it here. My apartment is perfect for me. There isn’t too much noise, very quiet and calm. Office staff is super friendly and approachable.

Prose Copperfield is an amazing community to live in. All of the staff at the office are kind and knowledgeable. They have great communication with residents. Work orders are completed extremely fast, and all of the maintenance employees are kind as well.

Maintenance personnel is very friendly and professional and to make it even better they follow up to make sure that everything is working correctly.
We have been at Prose Copperfield for over 3 months and continue to love living here. Delaney, part of the staff, was the reason we decided to live here due to her personality, professionalism, and knowledge of the apartments and community. All of the staff and management have been available when needed and always have a smile on their face. We will probably extend our lease past the 15 months due to them, the maintenance team, landscaping, the well-maintained pool, valet trash pick-up, etc. There are so many amenities which aren't offered by other apartment complexes.

The management, staff, maintenance, lawn service, etc. have been everything we hoped for. There has never been a time that a member of Prose failed to smile and say hello while we were walking around the property. We moved here due to Delaney and plan on staying here due to her and everyone we come in contact with. Delaney was excited about working at Prose and that got us interested in moving here. She made sure we knew about the outstanding things that Prose had to offer and we have experienced those things. Prose listens to our suggestions and implements those that will benefit all residents. They take the time to respond to our questions and every issue has been resolved quickly. We appreciate the fact that they care deeply about the appearance of their property. This can be seen from the wooden enclosures that surround the dumpsters, the quality stands for the pet bags, the maintenance associated with the pool, and of course, the inside of the beautiful apartments. This review may seem too good to be true, but it is a very honest one. We wouldn't be happier living at any other apartment complex.

I have lived here for almost 2 weeks and so far everything is wonderful. Aside from the small leak coming from my washer; which was promptly fixed, I have no complaints and have had no other issues.
