Everyone was super nice and helpful during move in. The apartment is very low noise, but close to campus and restaurants. Parking is also free for residents which is a huge plus.

Nice amenities, reasonable price. 24/7 gym is a plus. Hard to meet people here, you can go to some of the events but not a whole lotta people have been there

Wonderful to move in the apartment was very helpful with moving in. They brought in big dumpsters for us to use and they also came fixed any issues we found from previous tenants very quickly.

Super nice staff and like the weekly clubhouse activities. Apartment is a little pricey, laundry is pretty pricey too. Grounds are kept cut regularly, but trash is an issue.

It’s nice. There are some bugs and issues in the apartment. We have a hole on our hardwood floor that’s been semi patched. A few doors and cabinets that don’t close. Also, screens that were broken.

The staff is super nice and the actual apartment is very close to campus. Over the past few months maybe year the apartments grounds seems to be very dirty tho, not sure why there’s so much more trash on the ground in the grass and in the parking lots now than last year?

Facilities were deceptively advertised as present on apartments.com, when they were not. No dishwasher, no microwave, no air conditioning (at least 90F in-unit for weeks during the summer), no in-unit laundry (~$20/month in a totally separate building), and not even a full-sized fridge. The space is cheaply made and maintained. Fees are everywhere, adding hundreds to monthly payments. People working here are nice and they try to be helpful, but the neighborhood is rough. I've had my bike tires stolen and packages stolen - even from the "secure" lockers I paid for (another little fee). Residents frequently leave dog poop around, giving the whole complex a prevailing stink. Don't move here.

Overall, it’s a pretty great place. My biggest issue is with renewing your lease. You basically have to renew starting every November and when your lease starts in August, there’s not a tons of space to make an informed decision. Another thing is, they almost always increase you rent amount when you renew.

I have lived here for almost 2 months and I really like it. It is a very nice community, clean and quiet in a good neighborhood close to restaurants, grocery stores etc.

All of my neighbors are polite, respectful, and are quiet. The apartments are well kept, quick responses to concerns, & we are notified ahead of time for any complex updates.

The staff is super nice. But the apartments itself, I’d say it’s pretty expensive. Mold growing in AC unit and bathroom is a little unnerving, and the laundry units are usually either full or broken. Hopefully can find a new place next year!

I like that I don’t hear through the walls. Alex the maintenance guy has been more than helpful even installing my window air conditioner. The pool has been well maintained and other than that, I don’t really have any complaints.

amazing communication and always available and ready to help if ever need be! I had a very unique situation when it came to my lease and the unit I was going to move into being trashed, but they immediately found a solution that actually turned out in my favor. Everyone at social west was very good about contacting me and making sure I was okay with the changes and updated me regularly. The people who work here are incredibly helpful and kind and just overall wonderful! plus I think the rates here are quite literally the best in town, especially considering that all utilities are included!
