Located at 4612 Stone Way N in Seattle's vibrant Wallingford neighborhood, this efficiently designed studio unit makes smart use of every square foot across a single floor. Light-toned hardwood-style flooring runs throughout, lending a clean and cohesive feel to the entire space. The open living area is anchored by a large picture window that frames lush, tree-lined views and floods the room with abundant natural light. The crisp white walls and recessed lighting further enhance the bright, airy atmosphere. The kitchen is thoughtfully outfitted with glossy white cabinetry extending to the ceiling, a stainless steel refrigerator, built-in microwave, a cooktop, and a single-basin sink — all arranged along a single streamlined wall. An in-unit washer and dishwasher are seamlessly integrated into the kitchen layout, adding convenience without sacrificing the clean aesthetic. A standout architectural detail is the sliding barn-style door with a frosted glass panel and matte black hardware, which provides a stylish and space-saving entry to the bathroom. The bathroom features a walk-in shower, a white vanity, and crisp white walls, maintaining the minimalist design language found throughout the unit. Overall, this studio presents a modern, functional living space well-suited for those seeking an efficient and well-appointed home in Seattle.

Wallingford extends from Green Lake south to Lake Union. Located between Aurora Avenue and I-5, Wallingford is directly west of the University of Washington. The southern tip of the neighborhood consists of Gas Works Park, a historic park with incredible views of the mountains and a kite-flying hill. The park was once home to the Seattle Gas Light Company gasification plant, built in 1906. Meridian Park, another popular Wallingford destination, is home to the historic Good Shepherd Center, also built in 1906.
Considered one of Seattle's trendier neighborhoods, Wallingford offers a terrific blend of historic and modern. Places like the Wallingford Center manage to combine both -- hip, trendy shops and restaurants in a historic building that once served as a school and is now a mixed-use development. Closer to the university, residents can visit the Burke Museum, the Henry Art Gallery, and the Neptune Theatre.

The GreatSchools Rating helps parents compare schools within a state based on a variety of school quality indicators and provides a helpful picture of how effectively each school serves all of its students. Ratings are on a scale of 1 (below average) to 10 (above average) and can include test scores, college readiness, academic progress, advanced courses, equity, discipline and attendance data. We also advise parents to visit schools, consider other information on school performance and programs, and consider family needs as part of the school selection process.
