Living at The Residence at Promontory in Plano has been an incredible experience so far. From the moment I moved in, I felt welcomed by the attentive and friendly staff. The front desk and management team are always quick to respond to questions and ensure that any concerns are addressed promptly, which really makes a difference in daily life. One of the biggest highlights has been the amazing benefits offered during the first 10 weeks of rent — it really helped me settle in comfortably and made the transition smooth. The apartment itself is spacious, modern, and thoughtfully designed, creating a space that truly feels like home. The location is another major plus. It’s conveniently close to grocery stores, shops, and just a short commute to work, saving me time and making errands easy to handle. Whether I need to grab something last-minute or head to the office, everything is within reach.
Gives us a piece of mind to live here. The common areas are very clean and well maintained. It’s calm and relaxing with top amenities and plenty of of curb appeal.
Great place to live in. Very quiet and great service and great management. Very close by to everything I need. Joe and David are great people to work with. Including Annette.
We moved in without doing an in person tour. Annett was amazing through the entire process. Actually moving was a shock. The videos sent by Annett did not do the apartment justice. It was better than expected.
Great location and well maintained community. The bathrooms are really nice as well. I do wish the common area had a ceiling fan. Gym is also very nice.

Sarhang in maintenance is amazing. He goes above and beyond and truly cares. The whole maintenance team is so hard working. Also, David truly cares, wants to help and even called us when there was a last minute opening for the soap bomb class. Joe has beant over backwards for us too. So blessed by God to have this wonderful team

Leasing office staffs are very friendly and helpful, facilities are very clean and well kept. One of the big plus is the dog park, my dog really love it there, he can run freely in there.

Clean, peaceful, and safe property at a great location. Wonderful staff who are very responsive and available. Many people have dogs, but I haven't run into noise issues or animal droppings around the property. The technology for the car gates and package room could be fine-tuned, but it's a minor issue.

This is a great reat place to live in. There is a lot of parking space and it is located close to restaurants, shopping centre's. It is less than ten minutes away from major groceries. Walmart, HEB, Sam's Club , Krogers, etc. There's also tonnes of clothing outlets to shop in that are less than ten minutes

Everyone is super nice! Community is beautiful and my apartment is gorgeous. So happy to be living here. They made it extra easy to move in, and I appreciate them paying attention to all the small details.
We love it here! Complex is clean, quiet, amenities available 23/7 and the office staff is always ready to help. And the location is prefect.
So far it's great. The property is quiet. The clubhouse and community spaces are clean and well decorated. My neirbors are quiet..so far. :) The amenities are outstanding! This is our first week and we are enjoying our new home and getting familiar with our new neighborhood. We love that everything is close.
I can't express it enough on how amazing the staff is here and how wonderful my apartment is. One of the perks here are the monthly get togethers we have. Anywhere from the Thanksgiving trets, to the candle making class and next is the chocolate making class. What a great way to meet your neighbors.

Very happy to be apart of this community. My townhome that I purchased is amazing and perfect for me and my two year old daughter! I love Mr Joe in the leasing office. He was amazing and very open and patient with me! Mr David was alot of great help too! They both made me feel very welcomed and at home
So far good experience. I moved in a week ago. First day when we grab our keys, I felt staff should’ve walked with us to help find an apartment. First day was bit confusing to located the apartments, elevator. There are couple of door to entire into the building wasn’t working. As we walked in, we noticed microwave was jammed in the wall which caused microwave to not work. It was replaced by the facility.
