The GreatSchools Rating helps parents compare schools within a state based on a variety of school quality indicators and provides a helpful picture of how effectively each school serves all of its students. Ratings are on a scale of 1 (below average) to 10 (above average) and can include test scores, college readiness, academic progress, advanced courses, equity, discipline and attendance data. We also advise parents to visit schools, consider other information on school performance and programs, and consider family needs as part of the school selection process.

Property Ratings at The Remy on the Trails
This is a great spot to stay at…. if you want to come back to no parking spots and waiting 30+ mins every time for one to open up. Also recommend this spot if you aren’t sure your key is going to work to get into the building of your apartment. Definitely overpriced place for what you’re getting in my opinion. Looks nice on outside that’s about it for 1 star. not the best value at all

Remy on the trails is a beautiful property and very picturesque but that is where it ends. In short there is not enough parking for residents, there are countless electrical problems(more on that below), there are drainage issues so that whenever it rains the entire property is a muddy gross swamp with slippery green sludge around the lake, management is always looking for a way to assess fees and encourages residents to video/photograph fellow residents to help them assess fees, the mailrooms are a mess with everyone's packages just left out and not secured. The walls are so thin that you can hear your neighbors coughing, sneezing, everything, way more than what you can usually hear in apartment buildings. Oh and I had my own electrician friend to look at my breaker since the switches would randomly flip, and in short...he was concerned for my safety due to the "shotty job" that was done on the breaker. So many people have moved out of Remy as quickly as they have moved in. All that glitters is not gold. Cue the corporate response.

They increase rent every month by adding "fees" and etc. So it's not an official increase. Additionally when you renew, your rent increases even more! Good luck with contacting them to do anything. I've been calling and emailing them about the same issue for weeks. The people who answer are rude and say they'll do it by ___ date and they never do it. I must've contacted them for 3 weeks straight now. The office is extremely disorganized. They lose track of lease, packages, etc. Management is poor.

Yes the apartments are new, but with the many MANY maintenance requests I have put in less than a year you might not think so. The thing that has me ready to move out is the parking. THERE IS NOT ENOUGH PARKING. It is really frustrating how even after "implementing a new app/system/rule" about parking residents are still left with nowhere to park by around 9/10 pm. I would strongly advice prospective tenants to ask a resident how they feel about the parking. Yes they have the garages and covered parkings but not enough regular parking. Despite the appealing exterior, it is crucial to be aware of the practical aspects that impact daily living.
