Like the name implies, this district is home to the University of Nevada, Las Vegas. Although this neighborhood is a clear choice for students, faculty, and staff, the University District offers allure far beyond the campus. The neighborhood is filled with restaurants, coffee shops, and shopping options. Boulevard Mall offers over 100 stores selling everything from candles to shoes to candy. Alyssa and Maddie were so efficient, patient, and informative about making our move to Vegas Towers smooth and quick. On my first day, any minor issue I had that needed maintenance, Alyssa was so quick to dispatch someone and Arturo came to our aid. He was quick, efficient, and very friendly as well! I’ve been living here for a little over 3 years, now. Security, the office staff & maintenance have always been amazing. I’ve only had one maintenance request, that got resolved so quick & it’s a very comfortable complex!
I have lived in VT since 2007 and would never want to be anywhere else. The location, amenities and trustworthy staff (especially Arturo) are priceless. I do not feel like just a number here. Very personalized service is given to the residents. I love it here!

My experience living at Vegas Towers has been wonderful with one exception, I feel the laundry machines need better maintenance, I generally lose 1-2 loads per $20 due to malfunctioning units. Currently there are out of order notes posted on machines by residents leading me to believe this has been a ongoing known issue.

Lived there for 4 years. Was great when I first moved in but took a bad turn the last two years or so with new management. Their main focus now appears to be on how to find ways to get more money out of you. Somehow the utility payments increased dramatically (by more than double) once the current management started. The amenities aren’t taken care of. Grills are always dirty, hot tub rarely works, gym equipment frequently out of order, etc. My floor also had a lot of issues with packages being stolen (packages aren’t always delivered to Luxer boxes) and the office didn’t help or seem to care. The management actually added security cameras while I was living there, but the security cameras are only there to catch residents putting boxes in the trash room, which results in a $25 charge. I was charged twice for allegedly putting boxes in the trash rooms (which I didn’t do) and they wouldn’t show me their “proof” that I did it and wouldn’t remove the charge. And after dealing with the horrible management for the last two years, their last gift is to overcharge with extremely high unwarranted charges once you move out. Do yourself a favor and avoid this place at all costs.

I came to visit from California, my son who lives in Tower #1 and when I got here, I immediately felt a since of relief that he was in a good, safe place. I know my son is grown and very capable of taking care of himself, it's just as a mom you still need to see it for yourself. I was here for only 3 days, but he walked me around the complex and I Loved the Amenities, from the pool to the free coffee (my son had none in his place) the gym, game room, etc. Also, i noticed how clean it was, someone was always attending to the overall cleanliness of the place. I'm divorced now and when I returned home, I told my son how much I enjoyed the visit and he suggested I come live here as well, so I thought about it and decided to give it a go and so far, so good!

When it comes to value, Ray's Apartment Complex is hard to beat. Compared to other complexes in the area, the rent here is surprisingly reasonable, considering the high-quality amenities and the prime location. It’s a lovely property to live in! The amenities are beautiful, and the staff is very attentive and helpful. The apartments are really well maintained and spacious, and the balcony views are to die for, probably some of the best balcony views in Vegas! The maintenance crew does a wonderful job of keeping the property nicely cleaned! The security does a great job at keeping the towers safe as the surrounding area can be a bit chaotic at times being so close to the strip. All in all I would high recommend The Rays Towers to anyone.

Lived there from Dec 2017 to Jan 2024. Enjoyed a view of the South Strip and the airport. Cleanliness and safety declined after new ownership under Waterton. This past year, we had break ins of the private storage and the Luxer boxes, which makes me think the leasing requirements have declined significantly. Disclaimer: It should be noted however that we may not be entirely objective. In spite of a flawless record of on-time payments, we were forced out by management due to a dispute with one of our neighbors.

I have lived in Vegas Towers since 2007. It’s the perfect place to live for anyone who works on the strip. The property is gorgeous with the most peaceful pool for relaxing days off. I would never want to reside anywhere else in the city.

I have lived here for a few years, The only issue is humans properly taking care of pets with a few people, management is on it and always trying to improve the location. It is one of the best communities to live in Las Vegas, and we are not far from the strip.
