When we first moved in, the apartment had a roach infestation so severe, they had to move us to another unit. I’ll admit, they do now seem to have the roach problem under control. It is a nice, quiet community, but with $30 in fees added to the rent and constant repairs on the water lines, it just became untenable for the price.

This is a quiet community with decent upgrades to the units. The area is nice and hidden away from the freeway. Unfortunately, there are $30 in extra fees on top of the rent, and there have been constant problems with the water. On one occasion after maintenance had been done on the water, it took me over 2 hours with all the faucets running full blast to clear all the sediment running out of the system. The management refused to cover the increase to my water and gas bill that this would cause. The greatest asset the management had working for them was LeAnn. Many of the positive reviews for the property were influenced by her presence on the staff. Unfortunately, she is no longer there.

I wanted to recognize Robert (the porter) Very vibrant and energetic young man. Well mannered and hard working. It is 100 degrees in Houston and he is out on the property working. I was home from work a couple of days and got to see his work. I'm concern because he is out on property working hard without hat or sleeves. Just the other day, my dog Hope and I needed to go into the office. Unfortunately there was another resident already there with her dog. Of course dogs will be dogs and they starting barking. Robert offered to hold Hope outside while I go inside to take care of business. I want to acknowledge our young men especially when they are doing good things in the community. These apartments are really great! Only bad thing is the price but the location is worth the pay. With having to commute im fortunate to live right next to a bus station. The office staff is cool and always friendly when i or any one else walks in. The grounds stay pretty well kept and im glad they are starting to re-do a lot of the complex. My apartment is so cute and i couldn't be happier with my first apartment! Shout out to the office staff! LeAnn is awesome!

I love my apartments! Love the location! Easy access to Beltway 8, I-45, and best of all Highway 3! I have been here going on 5 years and I wouldn't change it for the world. This place was very affordable and had a lot of value, especially for being my first apartment. It's location is prime, centered around the Beltway 8 and Interstate 45. However, everything changed when they got bought out by a different property management company. From the horrible decor renovation to the unresponsive office and maintenance team. Unfortunately, I am looking forward to moving into a better apartment by the end of the year.
