Well maintained, management and maintenance are excellent!

Applying online was a breeze and the staff is super friendly. I came from out of state so it wasn’t able to view the property, but was pleasantly surprised by how well the property looked when we moved in.

The Park at Walnut Ridge is a beautiful community. Located centrally in Frederick. The property is well maintained and clean. That staff from leasing to maitinence are professional and friendly. It's a lovely to live!

I’m very happy here at The Park at Walnut Ridge. I’ve been living here for over 5 years now, and I intend to stay for as long as I can.

So far I haven’t been able to have a complete experience with my new home because I travel for work, however was home for a weekend I did not want to leave. Very quiet neighborhood, and my back door view is breathtaking!!

I enjoy living at Walnut Ridge for the well-maintained buildings, grounds, quiet atmosphere, security and easy access to maintenance when it arises.

I have lived here at The Park at Walnut Ridge since October 2023. We enjoy the quiet and accessibility of parking, the gym, and the office staff if needed. We are busy people and don't have to worry about being gone, whether it is a couple hours or a week. The layout of the apartment, the building, the development all work for us. It is also beautiful.

It is a good, safe place to live however bills from Conservice must be monitored for correctness.

I am a current resident at The Park at Walnut Ridge. Everyone is so friendly and helpful. Shakia the Assistant Property Manager always goes above and beyond for me as well as other residents. She is always smiling always ready to help and she is just a joy to talk to. The entire staff is wonderful. The community is great and I can't wait for the next resident event.

When I arrived at the leasing office, I was greeted with a warm welcome from Charelle. I told her that I was interested in a 1 bedroom w/den or a 2 bedroom. She took time to show the floor plans and the amenities offered at your complex. Charelle, was able to answer any questions I had during the apartment tour.

I've went to see this property and I was amazed at the square footage of the units and the hospitality that a young lady named Shakira displayed throughout the tour.

I enjoy living at Walnut Ridge after downsizing from a large home in Montgomery County. It is so convenient to everything I need. The curb appeal is well maintained, the housekeeping us done on a regular basis and it is very quiet. The office staff is helpful abd responsive. I am enjoying my retired life at The Park at Walnut Ridge.

The management staff and maintenance staff are very accommodating & quick to respond with issues as soon as they arise. As I start my second year here at The Park at Walnut Grove, I can say full heartily to those looking for a new place to live, this is it. Once here, you’ll never want to leave.

I wanted to share my experience touring this beautiful complex. Charelle was very helpful durning the tour, answering all of my questions with ease. She showed me a 1-bedroom apartment and explained the floor plan specifications very clearly. She even gave me interior designing ideas on how I could arrange my furniture. She was patient with me when I asked questions and made me feel good about putting an application in on the apartment. I am definitely excited to rent in this welcoming and friendly community thanks to her.

I was so please to be able to set up a same day appointment to tour the property. Upon arrival it was a pleasant surprise to be greeted outside the office by leasing consultant Charelle. She was very professional and knowledgeable about the application process. I think she sold me with the amenities details and tour. The 2 bedroom apartment I was given a tour at was absolutely gorgeous. Very spacious and full of up to date appliances. I would definitely recommend setting up a tour with Charelle. She made me feel comfortable and didn't judge me for asking so many questions.

The leasing team is extremely helpful, and the office staff are attentive to details, addressing concerns promptly with feedback. I appreciate their respect for residents and their strong communication skills.

Walnut Ridge is a quiet, immaculately kept community that caters to all ages. Parking never an issue. In a nutshell, my happy place.

We love everyone in the office, very helpful, friendly and professional. The maintenance team are very polite and kind.

So far so good. I love the experience of owning a home without all the overhead such as lawn care, repairs, etc. Plus it is an opportunity to prepare for my own by being responsible for utilities and an eye for property care. We are in a community, near the mountains, have to convenience of a grocery store, drug store, gas station, Starbucks, Dunkin Donuts, Jamaican Food, Vietnamese Food, Chinese Food, Mexican Food, Italian Food, Pizza along with a Hair Salon, Barber Shop, Loc Shop, etc., within walking distance. Easy access to 15 South and North and I am 10 minutes away from work.

So happy I moved in here. The employees are very professional. Also there to answer questions. Very friendly. They keep the property looking top notch. They have a resident for life

Everything at the park met my needs it has security and a elevator since I'm on the fourth floor and it's very quiet and I'm only ten minutes from work and there's restaurants grocery stor and gas station just minutes away it's a great place to live

The Townhomes are nice and very modern although there are variances in model completeness it gives the sense of owning. Would be awesome if leasing could lead to purchasing at the end of lease term or the builder would complete unfinished areas for those completing a lease term and wanting a new lease.

Bob, the Leasing Specialist, is very attentive to all my requests. He is very friendly! I've been living at The Park at Walnut Ridge for approximately 6 months and so far, I've been enjoying it. I especially enjoy all the parties and activities for residents. Additionally, any time I have a maintenance request, The Park is very responsive and the repair men do a fantastic job. Highly recommend living here!
