The apartment is well-maintained and always clean and Consistently clean and well-kept apartment

The apartments are affordable and well maintained. There is a great pool and the grounds are well kept.

Owner and management do nothing to properly fix issues, such as giant pot holes in the parking lot, broken sidewalks, garbage and dead plants/shrubs all over the property, water leaking from the ceiling, water coming up from the sinks and toilets to flood the floor, AC and heat go out and it takes many days to fix it, etc. There have been multiple stabbings, fights, shootings and then no one fixes the shot out windows or Sheetrock. These residents deserve a safe, healthy place to live and this is the exact opposite

Beautiful LUXURY style apartments. Apartments are super spacious with great amenities. They are also kept clean and quite. The staff is always amazing and attentive. Plus being off of 45 your in reach of some of the best food and all shopping Houston has to offer. They have an amazing team to lean on that make you feel like your speaking more with friends than leasing staff.

I will have to say this is one of my best experiences I have ever had. The team is beyond remarkable. They are so kind and welcoming to help me with any of my needs, even if I can tell they are busy. Everyone from Management to maintenance has truly fulfilled my needs as a resident, they have also made me feel like family. When I request something it doesnt feel like oh my goodness are you seriously asking that, it feels like how can we get this done. I would not want to live in another community. I am truly thankful to live in a property that is managed by such amazing people

I recently moved in with my boyfriend about a month ago, and the apartments are nice. No kids running around everywhere and pretty calm.

First apartment ever and I was nervous for the move-in and paperwork and all the nonsense that comes along with it, but staff made it unbelievably easy to do all of this. They explained and communicated with myself and mother very thorough. They made my first move in experience great!

I have lived her for 6 months now and it has been a wonderful experience so far! The staff has been so helpful and they have been quick to repair the small things. I work in the customer service field and understand that too many people post negative things about good places because they screwed up somewhere down the line. I wanted to take the time and let you know this is a great place and I am proud to call it my home!
