The GreatSchools Rating helps parents compare schools within a state based on a variety of school quality indicators and provides a helpful picture of how effectively each school serves all of its students. Ratings are on a scale of 1 (below average) to 10 (above average) and can include test scores, college readiness, academic progress, advanced courses, equity, discipline and attendance data. We also advise parents to visit schools, consider other information on school performance and programs, and consider family needs as part of the school selection process.

Property Ratings at The Moline Apartments
I moved into the moline last Friday on 11/11. So far my experience has been amazing. Shoutout to Charmie! She helped throughout the moving and leasing process and couldn’t have asked for a better experience! The apartment itself is fantastic. The units are in excellent conditions and all of the appliances are very new and updated. Upon move in they did a very good job and having the apartment cleaned before (I have had some bad experiences in the past). the location is hard to beat. 15 minutes from downtown Minneapolis, steps from downtown Hopkins and 5 minutes for the shoppes at knowlwood. There are also plenty of paths that range from lake Minnetonka to uptown Minneapolis. The community is full of very nice people and the ages range from young 20s to families to retirees which is kind of refreshing. The amenities are great and all in working condition. Very excited for the pool this summer. Overall 5/5 experience so far. I will definitely be resigning this next November ??.
Delivery trucks come and go all night long at the post office across the street. The police station is a block away and the complex is located on a busy boulevard. There's no escaping the sound of trucks and motorcycles 24/7. Soon there will be the sound of light rail to add to the fray. It was quieter when we lived by a freeway.
When we signed our lease at the Moline the building was still under construction. All we had to go on were decor samples, floor plans, architectural renderings and vibe we got from the personable leasing staff. We waited six months until our unit was completed. Our expectations were high and they have been greatly exceeded since we moved in. With it being a new building there were multiple move-ins happening on the same day, but the process was organized and went smoothly. The building's construction and finishes are top quality, the common areas and amenities are outstanding, the staff is professional and responsive. There is already a sense of community that was lacking in our former apartment complexes. And, speaking of community... it is a short walk to downtown Hopkins with it's variety of restaurants, bars, shops, a supermarket, movie theater and the Hopkins Center for the Arts. As I proofread my review, I realize it may sound like a commercial, but as new residents, we are certainly "sold" on the Moline.
