Property Ratings at The Met Las Vegas
My family and I have lived here for almost 2 years now. We chose to live at The Met, over many other cheaper communities, because of the 4 beautiful pools. We only ever got to swim in a pool 4 times, at the beginning of summer 2024. The pools have remained closed, constantly, since June of 2024, for one excuse or another. Words cannot describe the disappointment in my children's eyes, every time we walk by those darn pools! I would not recommend The Met to anyone that enjoys swimming as much as we do...
My experience has been great. I'm glad we have new office people. New maintenance staff. Management is amazing. I am glad we have parking permits.

We pay for amenities that we can’t use even the grills at the main pool we pay for gas not having it at the apartment just because there are grills in the complex but the key does not work to access it , the other two pools are closed too all the time, main gate is open allowing people that does not live in here to enter and steal cars and vandalize the community, also work orders take a long time to process my dishwasher I received in bad conditions ( was told everything was new) but there was a fork and a knife in the bottom of the dishwasher that means is not new someone used it before, now my dishwasher is broken and we only cook at home 3 days a week because we barely at home and someone came to take a look of it and we still waiting it to be fixed, in all the time I been here I had to order new mailbox keys because my locker was vandalized twice and my mail stolen, neighbors are noisy upstairs they jump and make loud noises even late in the night

The pools are not accessible! The gate has not been working since last August, there is no security and cars here get stolen and broken into all the time
Still getting worse. Parking spots are very rare and hard to find. The promise of parking passes and assigned spots has not been met. Our entrance gate has been broken for almost a year making the grounds unsecured allowing anyone and everyone entrance. A motorcycle has been chained to a poll in front of my apartment for 2 months taking up a spot. It has not been moved and has no license plate. The complex seems to have no need or care to fix these issues or uphold the promise of parking assignments.

My family chose this community, over other ones that were cheaper, because of the pools/amenities. Last summer, we were only able to go swimming on a handful of occasions. I sincerely hope the pools are open more this year!

These apartments are clean & quiet. The office staff are great, they are always available when i come in with a question. I’ve also had pretty good experiences with maintenance issues that needed to be fixed.

Ever since the new management has came around nothing has been right. Nothing happens to satisfy the tenants. There’s no security here and even the gate has been broken for months and now the office can’t tell me why im showing a completed rent payment for January and provided proof via the portal and my bank statements but they’re still saying I didn’t pay. They even went as far as to send me false and/or inaccurate ledgers that doesn’t even match my payments . I seriously do not like what’s going on here at The Met.
It’s okay but unless things break and they never fix it. We have done so many maintenance Request they never come so we have to end up fixing it

Hi my name is Hampton Williams I've been here 10 years and I've seen the property change hands I've seen it go up and down the only thing that I think should be changed it's more additional handicap parking Plus the rent keeps going up if you can just keep the rent where it is that would be perfect people are on fixed incomes in the increased rent doesn't correspond with the cost of living so that's all I have to say I'm satisfied living here I will continue to live here as long as I'm able

Parking is the biggest issue here. Not having assigned parking is a punishment to anyone who works late then must come home and drive around looking for parking. Often parking on the other side of the complex and having to hike home in the cold. Assigned spots would solve the problem of parking.

I’m really enjoying myself in this community. For the most part it’s very quiet. Only time it gets noisy is when the kids are playing outside, but that’s normal everywhere. They still need to fix a few lights outside. So far the few employees I’ve met on property have been very kind like Jasmine and Bobby. These two are a ray of sunshine. I’m sure the rest of the team is as well. My past community didn’t feel welcoming like I do here. So thank you for that team!

I've lived here for a very long time! I like the staff. They're a great group of people to interact with! As a single retired senior, well, you don't really have a lot of friends, but living here, I do daily walks around the complex and get to speak to a lot of people who also, and that's cool! I've had the occasional need for maintenance in my 11 years here, and any issue has been taken care of very quickly. This is a great complex, and it's quiet

This is quite possibly the worst experience I have ever had with a complete. The office staff are not very honest, forthcoming or helpful. The things that were and should be standard upon moving in, were not. This was just a horrible experience.

All spas are broke. Limited access to fitness center and amenities. Roaches, bugs, broken dishwasher. Apt doesn't have much walking, many open gaps for roaches. Sticky paint, etc..

The location is close to some fun shopping and necessities. The parking spaces are big, but the roads feel a little tight for two cars passing each other. So far I haven’t heard much noise, it’s rather quiet. The space and lay out of the apartment is incredibly pleasant and the staff is incredibly helpful and friendly. I have not worked with maintenance yet, so I can’t speak to it. Also, I haven’t been here long yet so I can’t speak to many aspects. The one thing I will say is the roaches are really annoying. I’m aware that it is out of the apartments hand (for the most part) but on day one of moving I had roaches in the fridge and closet. They are all babies too. The staff was helpful in signing me up for bug spray, but there are so many apartments on the list the date is decently far out. For what I’m paying, I would say the condition and everything match. I feel very happy to be here and I hope it stays that way the rest of my lease.

Only plus is the monthly rent. Security is really bad given the neighbourhood. All the neighborhood complex have better security system. My sink repair took 3 months!! Please improve maintenance request's return time.

I’ve been living in this complex for about 13 years! I have 0 complaints. It has been a great community to live at with an amazing staff at the front office. I wish we had assigned parking spots like the majority of the apt complex’s in the area a but thats not a huge deal breaker. I’m looking forward to many more years here.

Not thrilled to be a resident. Pools were closed far too much this summer due to issues. We need assigned parking. I come home late from work and always have to park on the opposite side of the complex from my apartment because parking is always taken.

Love my place. People are so friendly and they keep the area clean. Where I live nobody bothers nobody. If I need something fixed they call to come fix the issues.

Maintenance is really bad. I’ve been waiting for 7 weeks to get the battery replaced in my smoke alarm. I notified the manager after one month and she assured me it would be fixed the end of the day. That was 3 weeks ago.

Hello - it's truly upsetting to hear that you didn't receive the top-notch service we strive to provide. I'm going to talk to the team here at The Met Las Vegas to see how we can improve for next time.
Staying at the met for 3 months is a okay experience. Never had any issue so far with neighbors. Community is quiet on quiet hours. But now were having Maintenance issues starting to come out little by little. Like the tub at the masters and guests bathroom, its starting to peel. The closet at the masters bedroom is hard to open it keeps getting stuck. The pantry door is not attachrd properly to where we cant close the other side. I dont know if the Maintenance was rushed to get our place done or idk the issue is.

The apartments are nice and maintenance is fairly quick, however some of the residents and kids on the property aren’t very considerate and cause problems. I feel like this complex could be nice but the lack of respect from residents and their kids make it not nice. Security is either limited or lacking because many times teenagers come on property and cause issues for tenants and cause property damage.

So far everything look beautiful , the front desk people are really nice and keep in contact for everything . Really nice pools and clean community

I rate it a 4 i love my unit and the area is not loud but I made it a 4 star just because there is always a issue with the pool since I been here every time my kids thought about going it was closed for all different kinds of reason

Stay away from this place! My vehicles have been broken into a total of 11 times including a vehicle inside a garage. At least once a week you come outside to go to work and my vehicle or a neighbors vehicle has been broken into or stolen. Security gate stays open all night and security walks around on his phone all night not paying attention to anything. I've paid 1000s getting locks and ignitions on my vehicles. All you will get from the office is there's nothing they can do and if the police even manage to show up its 4 hours or more. I've chased 2 dudes walking around with masks and hoodies personally that were breaking into cars twice to the apartment complex across the street.

A friendly community that supports pets and families well. Great value for the price in a neighborhood that makes my life very convenient. As long as we remain in an apartment, I imagine we will remain at the Met.

I honestly, in the current state of the Mets. Would not recommend anyone move here. Half of the amenities is limited. It can’t be used. They hardly come & fix things in a timely fashion. They worry more about the outside wear & tear than the inside conditions for the tenants. Lil things that should be inclusive for long time tenants 7 years & up gets charged for upgrades like carpet cleans & changes. She give you components like ac units in moments where they supposed to fix your apt ac unit. Then try & charge you because THEY forgot about it. All while doing some other random service. Like. It’s just so much I can go on. But I just need yall to know this is unacceptable.

This is the worse experience I’ve had since I’ve been at the met, roaches and things in my apartment like hot water does not stay hot, dryer and oven not working properly and roaches on first day moving in

Been here for two years and have watched the management and cleanliness of the property fastly decline. Would not have renewed the lease had my plans to move/relocate out of state fell through.
