Since Greystar took over management last year, The Maxwell has seen a huge improvement! There were definitely some challenges at first, but the new community manager, Jay, has done an incredible job turning things around. He was able to address issues quickly and has made a real difference in the community. The entire office team—Jay, Tina, and Cece—are all fantastic. They’re friendly, professional, and always willing to help. You can tell they genuinely care about the residents. The new maintenance crew is also amazing. They respond quickly, get the job done right, and keep everything running smoothly. Overall, The Maxwell has become a great place to live, and it’s clear that the team here takes pride in their work. Highly recommend!

Terrible apartment complex. Not kept up well. Fire alarms always going off year round due to poor piping. People park anywhere they want and will block you in and create road hazards. Maintenance is overall terrible. Only positive thing I can say is the layout is nice.

I love living at the Maxwell. The apartments are spacious and well-appointed. There is a ton of storage inside. At times, like weekend, it can be a bit noisy, the reality is overall it is a quiet home that I truly feel safe and at home in.

I love the Maxwell. The units are spacious, tall cowlings, modern styling, and easy to get in and out. Cece has been amazing and very helpful with anything I need. The property has gone downhill. The elevators are always broken. I feel for anyone that is handicap and has to use the elevator and their only means of getting into their apartment. There are multiple doors that are broken leading to the garage. The property is not well maintained.

Experience has been ok. The worst part was when we showed up on move in day and the unit was not even ready, which was very unprofessional and upsetting. Office staff did make things right and give us a larger available unit at the same rent price. Other than that day, communication with office staff is something that would warrant some improvement. I saw that all 3 complexes combined all their office staff into one apartment complex office in efforts to improve communication with residents, which I believe made communication with office staff more difficult unless you live in the Margo. Location wise, this complex is in a great spot and we love the floor plan of our unit. It is great how our unit stays relatively quiet and we don’t hear noises from close by units. Overall, this is an ok place to live.

We’ve loved our stay at the Maxwell and are on our second 18 month lease. The designer finishes are beautiful and the kitchen island is HUGE! We love the pool and amenities and the maintenance crew is quick and efficient.

My experience had been really good. The apartment complex is really peaceful, the neighbors are friendly. I recommend 100% this place. Also you have everything like supermarkets, pharmacy and restaurants between 5 to 15 minutes away.

Staff is great but the neighborhood is messy. Dog poo, broken glass, etc. the area overall is nice but there is a ton of construction all over.

It was very hard getting in touch with management to get approved for the apartment. We kept having to resubmit the same paperwork over and over. The apartment is nice an the community is nice as well.

I have lived at The Maxwell for over 6 months and truly feel home every time I walk in the door! Neighbors are kind and respectful too! The office staff and maintenance team quickly respond to any needs and appreciate when I tell them something isn't right.

The location is great. They have done a better job at keeping up with the trash problem. The lady’s at the front office are not helpful and seem very put off if you ask any questions. They are not friendly. The maintenance team is very helpful and quick to come when a problem arises.

I love love love love love love the Maxwell apartments. The location, shopping & the environment is absolutely amazing!!! I have been here four years & grateful to call the Maxwell home!!!

From the moment we toured, we knew there was something different about The Maxwell and their management team. Even with some obstacles with move in, we felt very valued as residents here. I would absolutely point anyone looking for a place to live towards The Maxwell!

This community is an okay place to stay. However, my main issue is the problem with dogs. More often than not, you see dog excrement on the walk paths or next to them, and even near your balconies if yours faces the walk path. People seem to ignore the fact that there are more than 2 dog parks available and allow their pets to relieve themselves on the walk paths or nearby. What's even worse is that they don't clean up after their pets, making it quite disgusting. I've witnessed this many times and have complained about it, but it seems management can't do much about it.Due to this issue, I hardly open my balcony. If you don't like dealing with these problems, I suggest considering other places to stay. Additionally, I almost forgot to mention that parking has become an issue recently. I rarely find a place to park my car, as it seems many cars from non-residents have been parking here, and the situation is getting even worse.

It’s a Wonderful community and I absolutely love all of the amenities. There are also plenty of community sponsored events for the residents as well.

The property has great amenities at founders hall. However, the elevators are out almost every single month, which is very unpleasant if you stay on the third or fourth floor.

This is overall a nice community. Ms. Tina and the other employees are friendly and helpful. I love the amenities and the aesthetic of the neighborhood. It is also very safe!

I enjoy living at The Maxwell. Amenities are good - just wish they had a basketball court. Indoor or outdoor would be great. Community is usually clean - only challenge is some people don’t like to clean up behind their pets.

Wouldn't recommend this complex and especially management to anyone. Continual issues since living there with both the unit (safety concerns, things broken, etc) and the complex. Elevators break multiple times a month, too. I will say the management that we started with to current has changed a lot and they are trying.

I like the location, beautiful location. Everything is close by. good schools, nice places to go out, library, shops. People are generally nice around community.

It’s a great community with fantastic amenities, but the elevators rarely ever work and maintenance requests take forever sometimes; as well as the leasing office never picking up the phone when you have questions.
