Like the name implies, this district is home to the University of Nevada, Las Vegas. Although this neighborhood is a clear choice for students, faculty, and staff, the University District offers allure far beyond the campus. Property Ratings at The MARQ at 1600
Karya management took over approximately 2 years ago. Since then, the lights around the property have stopped working, the pool isn't maintained, the laundry has broken, and response times for maintenance requests have lengthened, while they continue to raise rents annually. In addition, there are pest issues that have not been resolved despite exterminator visits, and my a/c breaks down every year because they are using band-aid solutions instead of actually fixing it.
