Margo is a great community with incredible amenities and an inviting environment that welcomes kids, pets, and singles alike. There's plenty of space to relax and enjoy the home experience. It is located 2 minutes from DNT and has access to all of Frisco.

In my case at this point For this service to work properly there has to be a cooperation between THE MARGO and the Amazon delivery personnel. I am very pleased with the way this food delivery issue is working for me at THE MARGO. I’ve honestly really enjoyed my stay at The Margo. The office staff of great and friendly. The neighborhood is quiet and safe. The amenities are great. And residents are respectful of one another’s space (except some noise at night from upstairs neighbors). It’s been a swell couple months though!

I have been living here for almost four months and have had no problems here! I can’t hear any neighbors besides in the hallways which is normal. The amenities are amazing and so are all of the features in the apartment!

The place looks beautiful but don’t be fooled. You can hear your neighbors especially if they live above you!!!! You can hear every footstep they make!!! Trash cost $45 a month which is ridiculous they charge you $25 for valet then charge you another $20 from the city!!!! Like you can’t be serious! Valet trash is a joke they will pick it from your door and go a few feet to put it in a chute, this for lazy people!!!! The paint in halls are chipping and rug stay dirty for weeks. Someone threw up in the garage and it’s been there since memorial weekend it’s now December and still there! At times the elevator has dog pee in it. Some people don’t curb their dog!!! This is not a kid friendly apartment as most ppl who live here are either single or elderly! I will not renew my lease I can find way better for cheaper and cleaner!!! If you move in you’ll see what I’m talking about, you are warned!

Have been here since the property opened and have seen it not be properly taken care of with much of the lack of care happening within the last 6-9 months. It is obvious that the staff does not make residential rounds because as a resident you can see the same problem present for weeks without care being taken to bring resolve. The staff also has the expectation that the residents should report the issues that they get paid to monitor. It is disappointing because the place is so unique and has lots to offer, but there needs to be those who work here who actually care about what they do.

I love the Margo. I've almost been here a year now and my experience has been the best. I honestly don't think I've ever lived somewhere where I didn't have a least ONE issue all the time, but here I literally have none. I love that they are always vacuuming and shampooing the carpets in the hallways and making the lobby smell amazing when I go down and get my coffee in the morning.

Overall the aesthetics and neighborhood is top notch. It is beautiful and peaceful community. I enjoy my apartment and have not had any major issues. Management could use more customer service skills like answering phones and responding to emails more timely. I literally just walk to the front office to get things done. Overflow of Trash and broken gates are a consistent issue and for the price could definitely improve. There are dogs everywhere if you are not a dog lover can be overwhelming. But definitely one of the best apartments in the area

Love it here. It has everything I need. The kitchens are so functional. The closets and bathrooms are huge. The islands are the biggest I’ve ever seen in an apartment. There’s a ton of storage space in the kitchen. The sink is big and deep. The garage and recycling drawers are built into the island. The valet trash is so convenient. The tall windows bring in to a of light and the sturdy blinds block it out when you want it. I wouldn’t want to live anywhere else.

It has been 2 years since we moved into Th Margo! We couldn’t be happier - the staff are great! The balcony is one of our favorite features. When is cool, it is nice to sit out there and relax!

New resident! Nice to be among so many friendly and descent people. Love seeing all the other dog owners while out on our many walks. Being nestled in the surrounding upscale residential neighborhoods provides a safe area to walk with a variety of pleasant views. Gables definitely delivers on providing a beautiful, well maintained and appointed community. With so many amenities to experience, I am not sure where to start…it will be fun exploring them all. The Margo already feels like home!

The rooms look very nice. The only thing that needs improvement is the security. My game console was stolen and then my bike was stolen after. So please people be mindful of your things.

We have really enjoyed our time living at the Margo. The office staff is always very helpful. The maintenance staff has been great as well. See even went from a one to two bedroom after our first lease ended.
