nice apartment and management services

I enjoyed residing here and never had a complaint management was very helpful all the time i wish they have availability so i can move right back in!

Mice!!!

Found two Mice in my apartment! Disgusted!!! Totally Disgusted!!

Terrible

Do not move here! There are dozen of rats near the dumpster near the front of the building near the entrance. There is a mice infestation inside the building. The hot water gets cold randomly all the time. This is the worst place to live. You can pay less somewhere else and have better living conditions

Dozen of rats near the dumpster and I found 4 in my apartment in 6 months.

Horrible

These apartments are horrible! If you don't mind living with bats in the spring/fall then RATS in the winter this is the place for you. 2 small dumpsters which are always full with trash, in on top of and around the dumpster are located in front of the building next to the gate card access. There are 3flr with 2 washers and 2 dryers located on the bottom fl for ea apartment to use. The proper managers don't want to fix or resolve any issue. Their resolution in move out and forfeit your security. The conditions are completely unsanitary.

Luke

This is good location that is very affordable for West Hartford. I lived here 3 years and enjoyed my stay. Very quite!!!The property Management group was very friendly and provided excellent customer service. I would recommend this location. The amenities will need to be updated at some point but they fit the rental rate. If you don't need all the bells and whistles then this location could be for you.
