Overall my experience has been good. I have lived in the community since 2018. I enjoy the area mainly because of the selection of schools I can choose from for my children.
Just very concerned about the power still being out. I love my apartment and my neighbors! I appreciate everyone in the office are so kind and professional as well as maintenance! Being displaced with my fur baby and son is really hard. Sleeping in the truck, charging phones…overall I am very pleased

Friendly staff, helpful to settle down tad easier that other that I visit in the same area, especially for first timer. Rental insurance seems to be a good deal. Apartment has freshly painted wall. Nice area with pool and gym. Next to bus stop for 46 Metro which is modern vehicle every 15min and local access to basic store and food and gas and ups.

The property is so beautiful, clean and quiet. The pool is amazing. I love that they have the club house available for special occasions. So far we are loving it here.

So far I have enjoyed my apartment. My neighbors have been really nice and I also like the location of my apartment in the complex. The only negative thing that I could say was when I moved in that I had some wine stolen from me, but that could’ve happened anywhere.

Living here has been awesome! The location is great and my neighbors are so sweet. This apartment community is a great place to live. The staff are professional, friendly , and gets the job done when it comes to maintenance issues. I love hanging out at our very nice pool with its heated hot tub. The maintenance staff and the current security staff are great. The apartments are a little dated but overall an adequate place to live. If you have a dog, be weary of fleas. The fleas are seemingly all around the grounds of the apartment complex

For the long time residents it has been a pleasure because there's a mutual respect for one another. The newest ones couldn't care less. The staff has changed and the property isnt maintained as well as it was when I first moved here. Still love the location though. Mainly because of the access to I-10, 290 & beltway.

Wonderful complex for pup owners. Huge dog park, friendly staff, and spacious apartments. We also have the option of getting an apartment with an attached garage which is the best accommodation ever!

From the moment of interest, it took me only 3 days tops to recieve the approval to signing my lease and making payments conveniently through their online process. I didn't even have drive over to collect keys, they were there coveniently waiting for me. I love my new home at The Lodge at Spring Shadow. Great job Staff!

Nothing to complain about. I LOVE living here! Have been living here 1 week shy of 2 years. Have lived in my own houses for 51 years so it took some getting used to being back in the city. But this complex has turned out to be a joy. Especially having someone else responsible for repairs etc. And they have all been done pretty quickly and correctly. Thanks everyone!

Maintenance is quick to respond and kind but the same issues arise and are only resolved temporarily. Material in apartment breaks easily such as countertops and baseboards. Carpet is replaced everytime a new tenant moves in because it is very cheap carpet.

The beautiful thing about our community, Is it a noisy world a stressful world or work field stressful day can render you just exhausted, You come home to our community where you have the confidence that it'll be quiet peaceful beautiful serene and it's a whole new world away from the stress but you're in the city still and you feel like you're on vacation You should be happy to go home You should want to be home. The experience as a resident has been good. The few maintenance request upon my move in have been handled quickly and adequately. Parking has been amazing and the property has been very well maintained.

Lovely complex but crime is starting to increase probably due to new homes being built in the surrounding area. Squirrels are getting too overwhelming as well.

Beautiful, peaceful , great maintenance staff, great property management.....gorgeous trees,, squirrels, birds, frogs, owls....right in the middle of this busy, hectic city.

Wonderful staff, community, and amenities! It is the most dog-friendly apartment I have ever been in. It is neatly maintained and everyone is respectful.

Very quiet. Grounds always well maintained. Residents are friendly. Love the squirrels plus all the plants. Close to H-E-B! and lots of my favorite stores.

The Lodge at Spring Shadows has been an exceptional place to call home since I've been here a little more than a year. Maintenance is great and very timely. Office staff is friendly and knowledgeable. The grounds are kept nice and clean. Even though I live in the front of the complex the noise level is very tolerable. I would recommend this complex to anyone.

I love living here. For as large a complex it is very quiet. And my neighbors are great. I plan on being here until I cannot care for myself or cannot afford it, hopefully that is not in the near future.

I’ve lived here since March and so far the experience has been more than amazing. It’s so peaceful and beautiful here. My neighbors are the sweetest people ever! I feel very safe here and I would highly recommend making this your home.
