I’ve been searching for my new apartment for the last few months and I have to say my tour with Will was breath of fresh air. He was professional, friendly and attentive to what I am looking for. I’m looking forward the pool being open year round, the 24 hour gym is going to be so convenient and the apartment I toured (2 bed 2 bath) was more spacious and affordable compared to some others in the area. I will be putting in my application.

I’ve lived here for 3 years and love how close I am to walking trails and great restaurants and bars. The apartments are spacious and open. I enjoy the large walk in closets in both my bedrooms. Staff is friendly, especially Will. He is always there to greet me with a smile and is prompt to take care of any concerns.

The Links at Plum Creek is a very friendly, clean and well managed community! I would highly recommend living here - very pet friendly with a huge park across the street with an enclosed dog park. Apartments are well maintained and complex grounds are very nice!

I wish I had moved to the Links sooner. It’s the best apartment community in Castle Rock in my opinion. The staff and residents are welcoming, the property has beautiful views, and maintenance is handled quickly.

The clubhouse, pool, and hot tub are for show only. The hot tub was broken for most of 2019 and has been closed since. The appliances are old and noisy, the plumbing is old and leaks. Busybody neighbors walk around and complain if your car tire is touching the line. The management almost had my truck towed by failing to see my registration clearly taped to the back glass. The office staff is very rude and has no idea of customer service.
The Links fixed any problems/repairs we had very quickly and professionally. They were also very accommodating to our changing moving schedule.
I recently moved to Colorado and The Links was the first place I visited while looking for an apartment. It was also the last. I had the privilege of working with the amazing Kayla who was friendly, honest, and made me feel welcome right away. I was also able to meet Melissa and Rachel, the manager, who were both great as well. All three of these beautiful ladies were very easy to work with and seemed genuinely excited to have me move in. The move-in process was quick and easy and I never felt that I was being treated unfairly. The complex is in a great location and the grounds seem to be well-maintained. The office and clubhouse are extremely nice as well. The apartment I ended up renting is one of the older units, but it is still in really good shape. I have only been here for about a week so far, but I haven't noticed any issues with parking either. I am very happy with my decision to move in to The Links and am glad that it was the first (and last) place I visited. I'm planning on staying as long as they'll have me!
I have experienced my issues in the past with leasing agencies and am happy to promote a positive experience with the Links. The new management team is great and professional. They are customer service oriented, organized, and take a genuine interest in tenants' needs. I have mostly worked with Rachel who is awesome. I definitely would recommend this apartment complex to prospective renters in Castle Rock. Great location, quiet, and the leasing options are reasonable/flexible.
We did not get to move into these apartments due to a location change; however, the office staff was excellent to work with, the facility and units were beautiful and well constructed (especially when compared to other apartments in the same price range). They were flexible with our move in date changing and then really kind when we canceled our move in and had excellent communication throughout the process. They went out of their way to assist us even after we were not able to move in which is service that is truly above and beyond. We highly recommend working with this apartment and if we are ever relocated to Castle Rock/Denver they will be the only ones we call!
