Wonderful community for families, individuals and persons who are starting a family. Quiet at night time folks understand the rules in parking. And the community is clean. Very child friendly.

Overall, I enjoy being here. I appreciate the fast application process, I appreciate getting moved in fast and I appreciate the staff for making the process smooth and headache free!! Thank you, Clearwood!!

I moved here from out of state to be closer to my job. The website can be very deceiving. Trash is a big issue here, kids unattended, violence, and roaches . I never experience anything of this sort until I moved here. The apartments are very spacious and can be a good place to live if they hv all the able under control. I’m embrassed to even have company due to the trash up the staircase and around the complex. The pool is closed and this has been the hottest year thus far. If I knew the area before I moved here this wouldn’t be the place I would’ve call home. The only perks is they offer 4brd apartments at an affordable price. So I gueess U get what u pay for.

It’s an overall nice place to live. I love the location cause it’s close to everything! They do get rid of people who violate there lease and send out notices. They do things to help the apartment community like meals and groceries also give out school supplies. The apartments are spacious and Ive never gotten into it with management since Ive been here for 14 years. They usually resolve most of the time my issues .

I love staying here it is quite and clean I have not had any issues with my apartment everything works wonderful

I really enjoy the place. Its my first bounce bavk after a long time. Its a nice home. My kids are happy.

in my experience work orders never get completed no matter how many times I put the request back in. Maintence used to do a really good job completing work orders now everytime I see them around they are relaxing. It's time for the owners to clean house with their workers and get people in the office that care.

So far my experience has been ok…the only issue I’ve had was the low water pressure in the kitchen, but maintenance has already come and fixed the issue…I like coming in after work and it’s so quiet…office personnel is nice

Been here for over 5 years now and I love my apartment. The management and staff are very professional and friendly.

Unresponsive never answer and never fulfilled maintenance requests

It’s really rare that you find a group of people that actually cares about the residents. They play a huge part here.

It’s alright living here. But recently there is always shots being randomly fired . Maybe some people playing with guns. Maintenance team is good here. In some buildings there are pest problems.

Do not move here, the staff will not take your concerns seriously, if you get robbed at gunpoint, management will not follow up with the police if you file a police report and they will do nothing to ensure your safety, management does not care to address your concerns or issues, management does not respond to emails nor do they answer their phones in the office.

I been living at life of clearwood for 10 years I havent had any major issues its quiet ..yes I would recommend these apts to anyone

The staff have very good customer service and the manager Ms Maggie shes sweet as pie and she made a lots great improvements over there keep up the good work I like with all the things you have done I like all the things that they have done over there

The maintenance is horrible. Management tries to help when they can you. But they can only do so much. If as like it a joke to everybody. Theres a lot of water damage so we create bugs. Work orders are not completed but taken out of the system.

I lived here 9 months and I havent had not one problem or complaint I do recommend these apartments to anyone and they do work with you if you have a background depending on what it is

The overall living experience at this property has greatly increase with the new management. Property upkeep, maintenance, as well as friendliness of office staff. I do see continued growth and change and thats encouraging!!!

Im thankful for a roof over my head but the living experience here is terrible ! There is an infestation of roaches, a tremendous amount of mold in this unit, shootings on the regular, neighbors wont clean up after their animals, the trash is in 1 area of the apartments and its always filled, theres also lots of trash around the unit, always maintenance issues from the AC not working to the windows leaking that causes more mold and mildew just to sum up the living experience at The Life at Clearwood.

Its a pretty quiet area ...I been here for 9 years nothing is perfect but its ok...

The apartments in general are not that bad needs a few fixtures, but they are good size. Parking spaces need to be fixed. The maintenance on some stuff do take a long time to fix things but most part aren't that bad.

This is a good place to live. The apartments are spacious. With every new management things change but maintenance crew remain the same and they are awesome.

I live living here! The office and maintenance staff are all like one big family. They get to know you and treat you like a part is their family.

The price should change only on the upgrade I have live on property where all the rent was not the same. Every household should have one assigned parking spot. Too many people live in the household have more than two cars

TL@C is making great improvements regarding the property but still have a ways to go. My family and I feel SAFER now that have put surveillance on the property.

This place is horrendous to try to get into. I made an appointment at 1pm central time. I waited on the virtual reality tour for 30 MINUTES to no employee ever showing up. This place needs better service and from the looks of the other reviews this place has never had great service. Definitely taking my money some place else that is worthwhile.

Moved here in July of 2019. Just recently the crime rate has escalated. I had all 4 of my tires stolen and then a month later after getting my car fixed people broke into my car, but not only my car, they hit 50 other cars in the apartment complex. These apartments don't have security cameras, they are suppose to have security walking around at night but they are never here or they stay in the car parked at the office. And the front gate is always BROKEN.

I move just about 4 month and since day one I saw this little bugs in my kids room. I let them know. Pet control when to check, found nothing, but my daughter was full of bites to the point I had to take her into the ER. Next thing the doctor told me that it was bedbug bites. I let them know so they can move me and nope here I am sleeping in my leaving rood floor with my two kids just because this people decide it was ok. Not a big deal

I love these apartments. From the first time I saw them I fell in love. They are very spacious and unlike most apartment complexes have 2, 3, and 4 bedrooms to offer. I recommend Clearwood Villas to anyone. The office staff is nice and courteous as well. It is in a nice area. Police patrols around and the grounds are well maintained. these apartments are close to different eating places and shopping stores. Just from looking at the floor plans alone, you will fall in love. This is the place any person would be delighted in calling their home!

Its not the best but could be better have to deal with my current circumstances limit me. The pool is nice and the community is friendly.
