The staff at The Kathryn have been phenomenal to work with, from leasing to maintenance staff. I was impressed with the ease and comfort they provided in my experience with moving in.

The Kathryn would be better if aesthetically the landscape was unkept like the sprinklers not being visible & the stairs being power washed once a month!!

The Kathryn is a beautiful community with well kept grounds, professional staff, reasonable pricing and fabulous accommodations. I love this property.

********BE WARE*********** As a former tenant of The Kathryn "luxury apartments," I feel compelled to share my dissatisfaction with their handling of a fire incident in my neighbor's apartment. Although the fire did not directly affect my unit, the smoke and water damage rendered it uninhabitable. Unfortunately, there was no apartment manager on site at the time, and the only available agent, Sierra, was not helpful. Maintenance would not assist me in any way. When I asked Sierra when I could return to my apartment, she seemed dismissive and indifferent to my situation. I explained that the fire was caused by my neighbor and not by me, still not an ounce of empathy. However, when she contacted the interim leasing manager, the person on the other end of the line was rude and unhelpful, simply saying, "I will wait," which left me feeling stranded and hopeless. At that point, I demanded either a livable apartment or a release from my lease. Despite my additional living expenses and lack of family in the DFW area, no one seemed to care. It took over two and a half months to move back into my apartment, leaving me frustrated and disappointed. Given these circumstances, I had no choice but to leave the apartment complex immediately. I strongly advise anyone looking for an apartment in the area to think twice before leasing at [apartment complex name]. The staff's lack of compassion and support was unacceptable, and I would not want anyone else to go through the same ordeal. M.Davis

Good variety of floor plans with all the amenities available in a safe area.

The Kathryn is a nice community with a great location! The office staff and maintenance staff are all amazing. My emails and service requests are always promptly addressed. The girls in the office and AMAZING, and have a great sense of humor, and always smiling and willing to help by any means. The amenities are nice and up to date along with well kept grounds as well! There are shops and restaurants close by which is also convenient as well. I love my new home!

The Kathryn is a peaceful community where it feels like home. The staff is extremely helpful and has help me enjoy this place to the fullest. It has a great location and has anything you may need. I have enjoyed this place so much that it already feels like home.

Overall the Kathryn apartment is wonderful place to live with lively community. Staffs are cheerful try to do their best.

It was a great place UNTIL management changed. Now, I can't even get a maintenance request fulfilled in a timely manner.

The Kathryn overall is a very family friendly community in a great, quiet location. Not to mention, the washer and dryers being included in each apartment is a huge bonus. However, there are still some things I personally feel like could be better

The Kathryn has exceeded all of my expectations. I truly found a genuine home living in this community and have never had an issue. Management is very helpful, professional, and kind, and the property itself is always clean and maintains it’s upkeep very well.

Here at The Kathryn you can find a nice place to stay, most of the time is very quiet and you can find the perfect place to study or relax. Apartment are nice size and we will have a nice mall opening soon. One of the issues is maybe when you have to find a parking lot and is going to take you about 10 or 15 minutes to find one.

We have loved our experience at The Kathryn! From afternoon walks to the amenities, this has been a great experience! We love being close to so many things in Frisco!

We love living here! The neighborhood is very peaceful and safe. The amenities are great. I enjoy living at the Kathryn and will be renewing my lease.

I am living here since June and it’s a wonderful Community. Good pools, greenery and walking trails. Provides gym with all the facilities and residents get to trained from the trainer on selected days. I would recommend this if you are looking for a good community with good school Zone.

Amazing apartments, Beautiful community. Love the buildings, the architecture, the wooden flooring and the grand kitchens. Luxurious, yet affordable!

Nice and quiet community. Clean and spacious apartments. Service requests are always promptly resolved. All grade schools are nearby and have good rankings. Very happy with the choice I made.

Pros: The apartment and amenities are phenomenal. The complex is very peaceful and quiet. You have the ability to sign a month lease, locking in your rates. Opportunities: My move-in was not as polished as I'd expected, however, management was able to quickly resolve my concerns and were very apologetic throughout.

This is a great community. It is clean, feels safe, the amenities are outstanding and can even feel like a vacation. The neighbors are friendly and the location is close to everything.

Nice location to be neighborhood wise and the property staff does have a handle on maintenance. The amenities offer choices of things to do fitness and social.

The Kathryn is one of the nicest communities it is clean spacious with awesome appliances and layouts. The common area has all the amenities you could ask for . Two great big swimming pools the gym is so perfect and clean there's a pool table a completely well equipped kitchen. Pool tables and television. All great for entertaining your guest

Great place to raise children, feeling safe, enjoying the community. Great manager, great service, clean and peaceful. I enjoy living here, it has been a blessing.

The management keeps residents informed about any changes or events happening in the community that makes them feel involved. Management is great at addressing issues or complaints promptly and effectively that can lead to greater satisfaction. The amenities are of great quality and makes my stay more seamless. Community events are regularly organized. The environment is clean and safe. Ensuring the premises are clean, well-maintained and safe can help residents feel more comfortable and secure.

Property is nice and quiet still, but building seems to be falling apart. It would be nice if the grounds and building were maintained better.

Good neighborhood to have good time. Nice walking path. Gym is ver well equipped and maintained. Maintenance is good and respond in a timely manner.

This community has been one among the best that I've lived in. The maintenance staff is so professional and courteous. It's a pleasure living in the apartment. All the amenities are top class and updated.

Maintenance people here is very responsive. They will come fix things the next day. Very convenient location. Neighbours are nice. The club is clean.

Nice and quiet community. Good amenities like pool, picnic areas, gym, founders hall, dog park,etc. and it’s very near to the toll highway so very easy to commute.

It was an awesome experience. Andre is the best. He was very knowledgeable and always quick to respond to our queries and concerns. The community is beautiful and looking forward to start our new life here.

The apartments are constantly flooding. A ton of pipes burst over winter then again in the beginning of summer. My garage has had water damage 3x in the last 4 months and my apartment 1x. My neighbors got it worse. Maintenance is really fast. I’ll give them that. Otherwise, I love this neighborhood and all the amenities.

We have recently shifted to the community. We liked it for the amenities and Kathryn provides to its residents. Lots of greenery, open space, walk areas , pools to beat the heat.

Everythin is great !! Maintenance, amenities, neighbors!! Only thing i dont like is the high rent ?? Besides that,, great! I've lived this apartment for over 3 years

I really like this property and all the amenities they offer… my only complaint would have to be the stairs and no elevator access. I would definitely recommend it!

yesterday my AC was broken, they came to fix it in 20 minuts, great service! The Community is mostly peaceful but sometimes loud noise from neighbors.

I recently moved into the Kathryn and move-in was very smooth! I was able to retrieve my keys early and it took less than 5 minutes! Parking is harder in some places more than others. So more parking space would have been nice. But the community it beautiful and so are the living quarters!

Just moved in and love it! We had a welcome package waiting for us on our kitchen counter! Everything is done online, which is super convenient.

The Kathryn is an extremely well managed, high quality community. The neighborhood is beautiful, well maintained, clean, and quiet. Our apartment has so much more storage than we are used to, the appliances are wonderful, and we are very impressed with the thoroughness of the staff.

It’s a pleasure living here. It’s very clean and quiet. The maintenance comes on time. I don’t have any complaints. The people are nice. The workout room is super big.

Nice neighborhood with tons of retailers and restaurants nearby. Lots of fun amenities with great features the kitchen is especially nice!!!
