The International at Valley Ranch

The maintenance is great. So is the apartments management. The amenities are good. Only issue is the walls are thin, I could hear the kid in the next door running around, or if the dogs in the adjacent apartment start barking in the porch then it’s too loud.

My experience in the International at Valley Ranch has been very good so far. The apartments are new and well maintained. The fitness area has all new equipments.

Excellent, timely, and very convenient. Issue was resolved in less than 24 hours.

Good place to live as it is a new building. Neighborhood is quiet and peaceful. Pretty safe to walk outside during evening. Staff is friendly and helpful

It has not been a pleasant experience living here. My building is not clean...residents leave trash in the stairwell, foyer near the elevator, in the elevator, parking garage and parking lot. The building hasn't been open a year and I have roaches! The elevator is constantly out of order so I have to walk up to the 4th floor which is actually the 5th (parking garage on the 1st level)...sometimes I have bags! There is always an issue with the internet...when I have called, the representative cannot help me...they have to create a ticket. Children running up and down the hallway being noisy. Also, some of the residents leave their garbage in the recycling area not the trash compactor area. I don't think I will be renewing my lease...if I could move now I would. I pay way too much in rent to be living like this. I am not happy here.

-The staff is very friendly and helpful. -The common areas are clean and well- kept. - The gym area is cleaner than any other I've seen. -We love the quick response to maintenance requests.

Timely maintenance and cleanliness in the general area. Issues resolved timely. Would give five stars if the private rooms inside the apartment had key locks. They are lockable from the inside not from outside. I live with a flatmate, and would have loved it if our separate rooms had separate keys.

The amenities are good and the service is good and quick. The location is also perfect. The leasing office also arrange the activities for the residents on public holiday.

From the first time we came to the residence the staff has been top notch,nice and easy to talk with. The place looks awesome, clean and new , well kept. The maintenance crew is on top of everything. I really love the sky lounge. Awesome place I love it

Excellent property for professionals and families. I have lived here almost a year and it’s always very quiet and clean. I am on the 4th floor of building 2 and haven’t had any issues so far!

There is absolutely nothing to complain about regarding this apartment. Being brand new, all amenities and fixtures are in perfect working order, ensuring a hassle-free living experience. The design of the apartment prioritizes privacy, allowing residents to enjoy their space without disturbances. Additionally, the ambiance is carefully maintained, creating a comfortable and pleasant atmosphere that enhances the overall living experience.

Clean, responsive, great maintenance team! I recommend the community as well the apartment company. The resident portal is easy to navigate and I have not had any issues.

Living here is great. I appreciate that it’s a rather small complex with only 2 buildings and is in a great location. Walking distance (less than 3 minutes) to 3 restaurants, a gas station, liquor store, coffee shop and Walgreens. The complex managers are welcoming and extremely helpful. Best of all, it’s such a clean space - daily cleaning of the main areas so the building always smells good.

Overall it is pleasant residing here. cons- Unsafe yard gates (experienced theft)& Mail packages getting lost are the most concerning, limited hot water if taking bath and shower at once, transfer inconvenience of prior application requirements. things that could be worked on in my opinion - One bag of valet trash service fee & pest control fee even when not needed feel redundant. Vending machine would definitely be appreciated since it seems lacking in the infrastructure. Pros- when delivered correctly parcel pending/mail service is indoors and convenient. Maintenance is resolved promptly. Apartment layout is beautiful. Appliances are good. Lounge/amenities come handy.

Love the new look of the apartments! I appreciate the resident events they hold as well. A couple machines are broken in the gym though, which is not the best scenario

The apartments are clean and it is a generally clean, quiet, and nice place to live. The staff is open to talk to you when you have an issue that needs to be resolved. Maintenance requests have been addressed successfully the same day most times.

Nice and cool friendly and good in maintenance, and need more maintenance in park and awsome experiences and nice living rooms and good experiences.

I like my experience at International at valley ranch so far. Here are some pros and cons: Pros: 1. Luxuries apartments located in a very convenient location 2. The amenities offered such as co working spaces, sky lounge 3. The management is very proactive in solving any issues Cons: 1. The water bill is way too high. I live in a studio and I have been paying 50$ every month which is a lot for a single person. 2. The receptionist is very arrogant and ignorant to any resident requests. She tries to belittle everyone.

Been here for the past month and I feel good about living in a vibrant community. Maintenance staff is very efficient and the property management does a good job of maintaining the cleanliness in and around the buildings. The apartments are beautiful and well located in the heart of Irving/Valley Ranch. This week, I have been attending the community events for Valentines week celebrations. I like how everyone is warm and welcoming here!

Wonderful support by the entire staff. No concerns faced at all. Leasing office team is very cooperative and professional. Timely and proactive communication.

It was good till now. More care needs to be taken towards maintenance as these buildings are brand new and don’t spoil them with bad maintenance.

1. Frequent Elevator outages are inconvenient 2. EV charging used to be free but now has a charge. Would be good to make it free again as it’s not a huge cost

The apartments are decent but the walls are very thin which reduces the noise isolation. Also the gym equipments are not well maintained. However, overall the staff is very helpful

It is awesome place to live with family and peaceful atmosphere. Property management is very understanding and fix the issues without any delays (but you can see the issues very rarely). Properly management arranged the multiple events in each and every month of the year. So you can meet your neighbours and get socialised. I simply Love my stay here.

Need consistent, professional and clear communication. Customer service towards residents needs to improve and quality of construction apartments cheap and rushed. Listen to reviews, feedback and complaints by residents seriously. Make providing resolution to residents issues a priority.

Ashley in leasing has been amazing. My move in was fast and easy. I came to take a tour on the 4th of December and by the 6th I was moved in.

We recently came to know about the Valley Ranch area and started exploring the beautiful and peaceful neighborhoods. Having seen many apartments and homes in the area, we were happy with our visits but were slightly skeptical about the age and condition of the interiors and appliances. But our search fruitfully ended with The International. Its very well located, has brand new amenities and interior work, beautiful pool and sky lounge, and the apartment itself was our favorite when we saw it. The leasing team explained everything well and move-in was totally hassle free. We are loving it here.

I like my apartment but the elevator stops working often. I don't like the Internet setup because it stops working from time to time. I was charged 60.00 for the refrigerator filter...I moved into a new apartment 4 months ago but was responsible for replacing the filter.

Management is prompt, the amenities are top class, the cleanliness and quality is unbeatable! The unit itself is so beautiful i would find it difficult to move from here. I would see myself continuing my lease here for a long time with such continued reputation with better deal.

Hi, it was a goog luxorious experience as resident at this apartments. It has pool, grill, roof top view, club house with snooker pool table, gym, yoga space, pet wash area with pet friendly and bike room storage and parking area and storage space garages and chage point for EV's and TV's and sofas and chair and quiet space for work/study.

I love everything about the apartment and the community. The apartments are very modern and luxurious. The only problem is with maintenance. My bathroom flush is not working properly since I moved here and even after putting the request multiple times, it has not been fixed.

The complex is clean, people are not noisy, and the maintenance team is on it! So far it’s been a good experience. Parking is easy and you don’t have to fight for a spot.

The Place is very clean. The move in process is flawless. The technology is top notch. Imagine turning on lights, opening doors, changing room temperature using a smart phone. The interior is 5 star. Stainless steel appliances etc. You really feel so important being at this place.

Just moved in but so far it’s great! It’s very quiet and serene. I grew up now too far from the complex so I know it’s a good area. Definitely an option worth considering when you’re looking for a new apartment!
