Me gusta el área donde están ubicado los apartamentos, el ambiente es calmado y tranquilo y limpio y seguro , me gusta que también hay acceso a los freeway 10 y 610 y que también está cerca de galería como de downtown

The location is central which makes it easy to access the interstate. The neighborhood is safe and very walkable. The apartments themselves could use some updates. Laundry room could be updated majority of the machines don’t work. The exercise room/apartment equipment is extremely out of date and majority of the equipment dosent work.

The Staff and Managers in the office have been very supportive and helpful. I’m a little slow at times with my electronics and there patients with me has been very appreciated. Special Thank You

So far so good. Great staff, lots of parking, but the stairwells are a bit tight and hard to move stuff in through. I’m also glad there is access to a walking trail on the bayou. Good location.

I love it here!!! It’s an amazing place to live, close but not too close to amazing bars and restaurants. Gym in walking distance. Quiet and nice neighbors

It’s a great place to live if the rent remains the same. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Sometimes it can get nosy but overall a pretty nice place for what you pay for. I would even said it’s great cause of location.

It has been an interesting experience, tons of updates are needed. To be honest I’m here for the location only. Other than that I don’t have comments.

Its a nice area for a good price. Not perfect, but not terrible. Safe area. Definitely have roaches on and off...Some old facilities, Gym is really bad. Laundry room is not awesome. Could use some real upgrades. but price is great.

Great communication. Haven't had any problems. It's quiet and very well lit at night. Neighbors are nice and helpful. They are quick to respond to any issue

Nice, quiet, clean, and very close to everything. Very affordable for the area. I've had a few maintenance issues that have been taken care of in a very timely fashion.

Moving into The Garden Apartments has been a mixed experience. While the location and apartment size for the price are great, the overall living conditions have been disappointing. The biggest issue has been a roach infestation that, even after a week, has not been fully controlled. While management is responsive, they are not quick or thorough enough to ensure a smooth move-in process. There are multiple openings on surfaces where bugs can enter and multiply, making it frustrating that the problem wasn’t addressed properly before our arrival. Additionally, the administration often claims they have completed maintenance requests when, in reality, they haven't. This lack of follow-through adds to the frustration of dealing with unresolved issues. Because these apartments are on the more "affordable side", some aspects of upkeep are neglected. However, the community, placement, and general space make it a decent option if you’re willing to compromise on maintenance and pest control.

This place overall is great. Good location. Great management. Enough parking. They just built a nice laundromat on the corner. In addition it's close to a 24 hour fitness and a Planet Fitness. It's mostly quiet unless you have rude neighbors. The walls are a bit thin so as long as you have respectful neighbors then you have a cozy place to live.

Great location, centrally located. In the heart of the heights . Close to major interstates, not a really busy area. Great walking trails on the bayou.

Great location in the heights. Rent prices are pretty low compared to others in the area. The buildings are old, and they have some problems dealing with pests. but overall not a horrible experience living here

I've been here about 2 years, it's been a good experience. It's been very quiet, nice residents and prompt maintenance. Great management also.

Everything is fine very calm and peaceful. Neighborhood is very nice. Maintenance and management are always very attentive and prompt when needed

gym is so bad they should reslly just take that away. half the equipment is broken, the small ac unit they have in there you have to turn in yourself so its always hot and its needed the filter changed for at least months, roaches always in my apartment and i keep it super clean/leave no food out, good location though

I've had a very good experience. It's a very quiet place and neighborhood. There is lots to do in the area. The rent is very affordable and the apartments are very clean and maintained.

Maintenance request are prop and fast. Also the maintenance dudes are super nice and respectful. As a single female I value this. Thank you maintenance!

It’s was just an ok experience, there are quite a few updates needed, the laundry room has become a challenge with hardly any properly functioning machines. The location is great!!!

This place is so peaceful and quiet. Walking my dog around here has been a great experience. It's very clean and well-lit across the entire complex. We absolutely love it here.

Apartment complex is great and so are the neighbors. Only complaint is no cameras so I couldn’t figure out who stole my motorcycle. Say what you want about the people around here but they are friendly

From when I moved in, it has been very easy and laid out throughout the entire experience. Any issue or concern is attended to swiftly thru management. The community is to themselves and generally kind.

Really great location! The most affordable place in the area for sure. Not a perfect, the gym is HEAVILY LACKING. Dont bet on getting a workout in here honestly wish they didnt even say they had one the way its so bad. But youll save enough to get a membership at the 24 hour right down the street

Its been good the location is great the only thing that could make it 10/10 is if the amenities got upgraded. The management is also great they do all they can to help.

Decent experience, however the location is excellent. You kind of centrally located. The Heights is a pretty upbeat area. The Apts are ok…..

I love living here. It is convenient, quiet and affordable. A lots of stores and restaurant close to the apartment is also a plus. I am happy with my choice

Location location location have not lived at this place long but the location is great really close to a lot close to 610 close to 290 staff seems great so far so good no complaints

I love it here!! Quiet place with quick access to food and gym. Love the back gated access to walking trail along bayou as well. Hope things stay this way for a long time.

Very friendly and welcoming staff. Cozy apt. Love it here. Quiet and the common areas are clean. It’s very close to all of the cool bars in the heights.

I love the maintenance and front office team they are usually quick to respond and they get the job done! I hope everyone is recovering from the hurricane!

I'm pleasantly surprised that the manager (Sandra) actually cares about the units and the people living in them. I genuinely feel like I can go to her about a concern and she will address it. The reason I'm surprised is because I'm used to hearing about bad landlords not giving a hoot about the places they lease, and allow people to live in low quality units. While some units are pretty outdated, the newly renovated unit we saw was absolutely beautiful. Not only do these units have fair prices for the excellent location, but the whole office staff is amazing. Sandra does everything in her power to right any wrongs. I hope she stays manager here forever!

Location, location, location. Great location right within the i10 loop. I wish the workout room was updated. The office staff are easy to work with and seem to be caring of the residents.

Living here has been great. Maintenance is wonderful. There is a new fancy laundry down the road which is convenient. The only had thing I would say is that if you have a neighbor who lives above you with a big dog it can be noisy at times.

I've had a very good experience here with the Gardens Team. The residents are great. Maintenance is quick to making sure everything is good.

I really like living here especially the price and area. I have only felt unsafe once when my car got broken into, but that happens everywhere. Other than the laundry room never fully working, I love it here

I have lived here for almost a year now and I love living at the gardens. It is such a quiet community and well maintained. My service requests are always handled in a timely manner as well!

Quiet place to live. I have no problems. People leave you alone and don’t bother you which I like. Washers and Dryers barely work, but other than that it’s good.

The neighborhood is friendly and the staff is very nice and helpful. It’s a nice quiet area to be in. My move in was very smooth thanks to the staff

This is my first Spring, as a resident, here at the Gardens Apartment complex and I'm happy to still be a satisfied tenant to date! I've had minor repair or replacement request, and the maintenance team are always there in a jiffy to make things right--Blessed!

Nice place,good neighbors. Staff is nice . Sandra and Andre’s much love. Quiet, peaceful I just love it here. Been here for over 15 years and hope of staying longer . Safe place . No issues no problems just plain peaceful

It happened very fast at the pace I needed to move-in. Within the two weeks, I was able to move, and the apartment is where I wanted it and very content. The staff were great and took care of the things that were addressed at the time of the move-in.

Awesome staff Sandra ur awesome,Andres is awesome. Cool neighbors. Quiet and safe . Jogging trail right behind us . Several stores in walking distance.lots of sports bar all down 18th and 20th . Just love the area

The management is super responsive! I had an issue with a barking dog and they addressed it with the resident and the problem was solved and I felt heard. Thank you!

I appreciate how quick maintenance is and how well they handle reports. It is nice knowing that a problem can be quickly and easily fixed. Not that I have many.
